Pillows were really terrible - one of the worst I´ve ever had. Bed wasn´t much better either. The wi-fi at the room was pretty bad too - almost imposible to work or to watch any live stream

All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. However, the hotel was not what I expected compared to how an IBIS hotel would be in Europe. I had an issue with my room where the power did not work, and after moving to a new room the air conditioning didn't work. The girl on the front desk (I think her name was Artemis) was amazing, she really tried to help me and resolve any problems - she is great!

Positive: the personnel of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The food offered many options for people without food restrictions and the prices of the buffet for the lunch was reasonable. The menu is really great. You can also access to both restaurants of the Ibis budget and Ibis hotel since they are next to each other. Finally, it’s a great location close to a lot of attractions in the center and the Sambodromo. Negative: the rooms are really old and the shower of my bathroom was full of small flies. The bed felt like it was about to break. Even though it was a comfortable room maybe with some renovations could have been better. Finally, I went with my fiancée and she is vegan. However, there no vegan options in any of the restaurants. Even though they have “Veggie burgers” in the menu, we asked for this twice (in different days) and they said they didn’t have it. So if you are vegan be aware that they probably will not have many options for you. Also, in the breakfast there is no soy or almond milk. PD: They offer you to change your room any time at your request.

The personnel do not speak Spanish or English to communicate, which was very frustrating. The toilet in my room does not work, and it almost never has water to be used.

The hotel was very old and worn out. The facilities in the room were very limited and too old. Worst of all was the noise. I was there for business and couldn't sleep till 5 am because of the very loud music coming from outside as well as the noise from other rooms. Zero sound proof.

The hotel is very old. Some parts of the room where damaged, like doors and the lights. There is few plugs in the room, it should have more The breakfast starts only 6h30, which is very bad for who have to start the day early.

Bom, 3 pontos deixaram a desejar. 1 - Até o momento não recebi a NF e foi me dito que estão com problema para emitir - já deu 10 dias e nada. Estou precisando urgente da NF para acerto financeiro. 2 - Precisei fazer uso no restaurante a noite. No elevador, tinha um informativo do cardápio e valores, mas ao fazer o pagamento, o caldo estava com valor quase que o dobro do que estava informado no elevador. Reclamei e me falaram que o preço estava errado. 3 - Este dias que estive no Rio, foi um dos dias mais frio e o quarto não tinha coberta. Então, foi decepcionante, nunca tinha passado por uma situação assim em nenhum hotel da rede Ibis. Espero que isso seja corrigido, pois depõem contra a marca.
