Rooms in bad conditions (smelly, bathroom dated and shower with malfunction, no additional toiletries). Don’t get high expectations about breakfast and snacks available at the lobby - go somewhere else or order food if you want a decent meal. Plus, the hotel is located in a dangerous place in Rio so be careful going in and out.
