Outdated hotel. I don't understand what's wrong with this hotel's system that we had to wait in line for 1 hour to check in with only 10 people in front of us, it doesn't make any sense. Apart from that, we were supposed to have checked in online and we still had to go through the whole process and wait. They need to upgrade and improve the user experience.

Checking in was ok. One standard and twin beds as described while booking was not available! No hand/ face towels were provided and telephone inside the room didn’t work! Apart from that my stay was pleasant!

Amazing staff: knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and always with a smile. Great location close to major transportation, a local airport, and three consulates: Germany, Italy, and France. Clean rooms with a view, a nice table to still be able to work on your laptop, a bench by the phone, nice AC! Oh, and great breakfast!

Bed mattress was really worn out causing the bed to be too hard. Same observations for the pillows. Hallway carpet was smelly during all week and each day had a different bad smell
