Broken shower head. Horrible room lighting. Had to request an extra chair even tho there were 2 guests listed. Small room. Badly clean, found an old piece of paper behind the fridge and scrap of paper jammed into the door's peephole meaning it wasn't cleaned that well. No face towel (I don't understand the point of this, to compensate I requested 2-3 bath towels every day) Among many other things that made so I spent the week hearing how other hotels we've stayed were better even tho they were cheaper.

Very depreciated rooms with many functionalities not working such as A/C, outlets, phone. Room very humid and extremely cold stinking mold. The same in breakfast area.

I found a gigantic clump of hair under the bed the day I was leaving; it looked like a wig and that they hadn't cleaned the room properly.

Overall an OK stay. We were catching early flight from SUD airport and it’s amazing you can walk there in 7 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast basic but satisfying, starts at 4am which is very appreciated. The staff nice but struggling with English and also talking about customers in Portuguese to each other. Room could be better, looks very tired and dirty, spiderwebs and leaking aircon. But for one night stay the bed was comfortable and desk good to work for few hours.
