No room service, a very limited menu with few options, no shampoo, few TV channels, no mini-fridge in the rooms, and breakfast wasn't that bad but it leaves something to be desired.

At checkin the staff was polite but the room i got was in poor shape, when i checked out it took long, then the next day i got a message that my account was not settled, i went there and made sure to close it, then i asked for the invoice they insisted to sent it by e-mail and i'm still waiting for the receipt

The condition of the room was very poor. The electric switches were broken, and the cleaning was just average. What I did like, however, was the breakfast service and the view from the restaurant. I understand that food service has fixed timings, but if the hotel is aware of a late check-in, they could arrange something simple like a cold sandwich or similar for the guest. I’m not very familiar with hospitality standards in Brazil, but overall, it was just okay.
