At checkin the staff was polite but the room i got was in poor shape, when i checked out it took long, then the next day i got a message that my account was not settled, i went there and made sure to close it, then i asked for the invoice they insisted to sent it by e-mail and i'm still waiting for the receipt

The condition of the room was very poor. The electric switches were broken, and the cleaning was just average. What I did like, however, was the breakfast service and the view from the restaurant. I understand that food service has fixed timings, but if the hotel is aware of a late check-in, they could arrange something simple like a cold sandwich or similar for the guest. I’m not very familiar with hospitality standards in Brazil, but overall, it was just okay.

Uncomfortable and no-privacy room. Hard beds, air conditioning didn’t work properly. 3 only for the sake of the staff. Otherwise, it would be a round zero!

Ibis budget centro has great value for money. Having staying in both ibis and budget and i feel this hotel although basic really fits the needs. Staff is great and friendly and has all the basic amenities you would expect being clean.

Me hospedei com um colega D. trabalho, ambos com reservas D. quartos separados e tivemos o mesmo problema! Simplesmente não deixaram ele entrar no café, ele teve que ir na recepção confirmar o pagamento realizado. Comigo foi pior, porque cheguei a entrar no salão do café e me chamara na frente D. TODO mundo, causando um constrangimento TERRÍVEL, me fazendo ir a recepção também, provar um pagamento que já tinha sido feito até antes mesmo da viagem. ACHEI UM ABSURDO! E mal me pediram desculpas depois.
