Negative: Lots of live music around the hotel, so if you want quiet, do not go there. It can get really noisy. Super slow check-in by the staff. Positive: The place is clean; shower has good pressure and temperature; breakfast is good checkout is fast.

The very first day, upon arrival, I've bought breakfast which was, in accordance to check-in, goes up to 11am, but, on the contrary, it was untill 10am, since it was a weekday - 5min prior to entering the space, it was a little bit stressfull to eat up all in a hurry - I'm not mad, for the staff itself is really gentle and warm, but such message should be clear (for both the staff and travellers) upon selling individual lunches upon arrival. Except for one person during night-shift after a show (which was the reason for the hotel to be almost out of vacancy), who was really impatient and sort of rude, the staff is AMAZING and makes the experience really cozy. Breakfast was decent, and so the room. The things that tricked me most were in the room itself. I was not aware there was no refrigerator in it, which is tolerable, but yet - not something I'm used to experience, even in much cheaper hotels. But what really bothered me was the absence of an hygienic shower for toilet, which was told me only to exist in Ibis Red accommodations. There is no reasoning for this - a simple one costs around 60 BRL (and that is not b2b price, which could be lower), much less than a quarter of a daily charge a traveller pays, especially considering a bathroom that is divided - you have to leave a toilet room, to the main area of the room, to than go to the shower. There is no excuse for such a potential embarrassment as this one, and it's a huge no-go for a future trip. The air conditioning system is a must, as the hot water in the shower, but even that doesn't make for the bathroom low point. It's not something that would set me to cancel my stay, but I will not consider this hotel in a future. And that is not my sole opinion: that complaint has been echoing over other guests during my stay (I've talked about it with lots of them). Fix that (KEY POINT to my grading), instead of using it as a trick to attempt to convert guests from blue to red's accommodations, and the hotel will raise its value, especially among specific target guests. Also, despite the proximity to the metro station, warnings should be more visible concerning the violence over going there at night (there was another guest who was a robbery victim on her way to the metro during our stay).
