Staff was friendly and attentive in all departments. Very clean and comfortable rooms as well as an excellent selection of food options in the restaurant and a great breakfast. The only negative at this hotel is in regards to the price they charge for parking which is excessive.

Good place, good room, only air conditioner is a problem, at first moment no work, then I use control of my son room to start my apareil. Second day, the equipment somply not work, then I need call maintenance do fix it. Very bad that situation

I’ll stay at this hotel again when I am in Rio. The restaurant has amazing food that is surprisingly inexpensive. Awesome location next to the airport where the rooms are super clean and really nice. Price is low and quality is high. Highly recommend!!!!

Upon checking into my room the A/C didn’t work. Went to the front desk and was given another room. Went to that room and opened the door to a room with an unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor, open drinks on the table. So I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that my room was dirty. His reply was that it shows clean in the computer. I told him well it’s not. So he gave me another room. Which was fine. The best part about the entire stay was the breakfast.

Frontdesk personal makes you wait for many minutes before giving you some attention. Room general as[ect is good but there are many things showing it deserves an update. The main reason to stay at this hotel is the proximity to the airport. With a flight departure at 7:20 AM, the breakfast should be served at 6 as advised but it was late and I had to run to catch this flight.

Novotel SDU stay after my trip to Europe. This is a good stay after a long trip, very convenient close to SDU airport. Only that misses in this hotel is a transfer to the Airport. Is close, but it is close enough to make it difficuklt to find taxi; at the same time it is not close enough to someone who needs to walk to the VERY DANGEROUS center of Rio de Janeiro

Very expensive for the quality that a received. Bad Smell, old furniture, air conditioning noisy, and dirty sheets. I will never return in this hotel. Thats sad a Brand like Accor offers in a big city a poor quality hotel !
