This Novotel property is a major disappointment. It is in dire need of a major renovation, including the carpets in the hallways, leading to the rooms, the walls have noticeable dirt and no attempt to try and maintain a clean and healthy environment. The room in our case and executive room was extremely small, and the sofa had many stains on it. The quality of the linens, including the towels was of incredibly poor quality. The flooring was cheap and parts of it were coming on glued from the adhesive. I will never stay at this property again. The only Upside was the closest to the airport and the friendly front desk staff. The leadership of this property, you should be ashamed of whether they’re promoting as a four-star hotel.
