I booked a room for three, a couple with a child. We left our luggage and went out for lunch. Coming back we realized the room was only set for two. The sofabed wasn't ready and there was no bedding. We called reception and and we're told someone would come. After 40 mins I came down to reception and was given keys to a new room. This time the room was terrible: hair on the floor, stain on the bedding, broken furniture and unstable sofabed. To top it all, we were awoken by a a dog barking non-stop next door that was left alone. I told reception and once again no one came. To sum it up what was supposed to be a relaxing stay on the way to the airport became a series of disappointments.

In general it's a good girl, but this time the internet was miserable and my room had no telephone, even though I requested maintenance to review the issue since the first day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious, and, most importantly, very clean. Cleanliness is always my top priority when choosing a hotel, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Daily housekeeping, you can walk around to Arcos and Selaron stairs they are just close together. Another thing make sure bring your own adopter for your phone to charge because there outlets it has 3 holes the front desk they have extra adopter but it didn’t work so I need to buy. Over all great hotel. 769 room should removed the sofa bed because of broken bed when we arrived.

Only stay 2 nights for a business trip. The hotel is well situated for my meetings; however, the neighborhood is not particularly enjoyable for walking, especially on weekends.

Stayed in late May 2026, city was full of tourists due to a national holiday, marathon, and the last friendly match before FIFA World Cup. Staff was very friendly and even with more tourists than usual specific during our check-in time they were top-notch.

Clean and tidy room, good options for breakfast, there's a gym at the hotel and staff are nice. P.S.: one of the treadmills is not working for more than 6 months and it's still there.

One of the three treadmills at gym has not been working for at least 6 months and no one puts a sign or remove it to optimise space. I had already talked to maintenance and reception some months ago but in this reservation I saw that nothing happened.
