I usually dread staying in hotels for work but this? This was gorgeous. Comfortable and lush. Appreciate the high quality of the room; the shower products, the linens, and bed. Clothes steamer such a great touch. Staff were flawless: fast, and genuinely look like they care. And a handwritten note from the manager? Love it. I'm absolutely converted.

The room was full of dust. A little bit uncomfortable the space in the bathroom. I didn’t like it at all.

The location is very convenient, the team member checking us in was so welcoming, and any other team members we saw during our stay too! Room was very comfortable (as a Platinum member, I did get a room upgrade to a King size room), and clean. Welcome gift was so cool!
