great service and room but walls are so thin you are basically sharing your room with next door you can hear them watching tv, having sex, taking showers and even farting

The hotel is conveniently located. Lobby and check in experience is difficult.

I'm sorry your arrival felt awkward, with unclear directions on where to go and a wait to be acknowledged, and that check-out and your dinner attempt weren't smoother either. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the room cleanliness was questionable which made my stay uncomfortable. Upon using the bathroom there was a smear of something on the toilet seat. Afterwards I was looking for a hand towel and noticed some marks on one of the towels and face-washers. Which clearly looked like debris and not a stain. Then finally I went to bed only to pull back the sheets and see stain marks on the top sheet. I’m sure they were clean however after everything I felt uncomfortable during my stay. I believe the point of white is to make the guest feel psychologically that it’s clean.

I have stayed at this hotel 35-40 times and it’s usually great. However this instance I left my watch in my room and it was stolen. Unable to get through to reception for a week (not kidding they won’t answer their phone) I sent a WhatsApp to concierge who responded. I sent the tracking details to the hotel and it turned back up at the hotel the next day only to disappear again but I still cannot get their or have anyone contact me about about this.

I'm truly sorry about your watch, and even more so about how difficult it was to get in touch with us afterwards. A week of being unable to reach reception is not acceptable, especially for something this serious, and I understand why that added so much frustration on top of the loss itself. We've taken this situation seriously and are reviewing our internal processes for responding to guests, working towards streamlining this so nothing gets missed in future.
