Well appointed rooms. Staff very polite. Not a fan of the breakfast procedure. Would have preferred a buffet. Major problem with my reservation, after I changed from one night to a two night stay. Reception staff very confused. I have now been OVERCHARGED as a result. Will attempt to get this rectified.

The hotel wasn’t cleaned adequately - there was rubbish in the hallway for our whole stay and one of our rooms had cockroaches.
