We had stayed here previously so I booked a 1 night stay before getting the ferry the next morning. I had asked to have safe parking in the underground car park (15 spaces only). This was reserved for us a we have a soft-top car. The room was incredibly hot when we went in. The aircon was not turned on. However, we were moved to the next-door room which had two windows and a small balcony so we could get movement of air. This we greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As I have problems with my balance, I asked for a walk-in shower. It was very slippery, absolutely no grab handles and very little space to put my own shampoo & shower gel. Hospitality tray was disappointing - I am aware they are rare in French hotels but if you are going to provide, then do it right! Breakfast was excellent, the lady there was always busy replacing and topping up items; staff on Reception were kind and helpful. Good ambassadors for the brand.
