A very good stopover. Convenient location to rental car offices, bus line, train station, and nearby restaurants. Easy access to ferry port and Ville Close by taxi or Uber. I used Uber and it was great.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was excellent ~ very helpful and friendly. However, when my wife and I settled into our room (Room 513) we realised it was set up for 1 person … Only 1 extra pillow, only one medium sized shower towel and one hand towel. The hot drink making area was also void of any decaffeinated tea or coffee, and there was no milk (uht or powder). When we left in the morning at 6.40am, there was nobody on reception. This was inconvenient as, when the taxi had not turned up on time (6.45am) we wanted to ask reception if there was a problem. We couldn’t even get back into the hotel as the front doors were locked. Overall, very disappointing. I have stayed at countless Accor hotels and always been very happy with all the facilities and staff. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience. Our next stay is at a Novotel in York on 25th October for four nights - I am also an All.com member. I look forward to your reply.
