The hotel is comfortable with friendly, welcoming staff and it's very conveniently located around 100m from the railway station. We often travel on our e-bikes and the staff are always very helpful in allocation secure places for them to be parked. For these reasons we always stay in this hotel, whenever we are in St-Malo

The hotel is very well equipped and rooms are very nice. We had a nice big family room and for a rare time in Europe, the four of us were able to stay in one room. Great location. We were there during a holiday so not much traffic but may be on a regular busy day the rooms on the main street might be a little bit noisy. I really recommend this hotel. Very good stay

We enjoyed the excellent location right by the train station and truly appreciated the exceptionally kind and forthcoming staff, who went out of their way to provide us with a secure, lockable room for our bicycles. We also had a wonderful breakfast with a great variety of options, especially the delicious sweet French pastries. However, the condition of our room was a bit disappointing. While the bedroom itself was adequate, the bathroom felt quite worn out. Unfortunately, the towel heater was not functional and was actively shedding rust onto the clothes we had placed on it to dry. The shower also appeared to be in need of some maintenance. We only stayed for a single night, but we expected better upkeep given the otherwise positive experience. In the future, we will be sure to inquire about the status of specific amenities in advance to ensure they are fully operational.

I stayed the night before an early ferry, after a long drive up from the south of France. The welcome was very warm, and the hotel was lovely. The room was very clean and well appointed. I went out in the evening, but left very early to catch my ferry. I would have liked to have stayed longer.

We picked this hotel because it was next to the railway station and we had a very early train to catch to Paris (6am). The station was very easily accessible, so it was a good choice. Moreover, the hotel itself was very comfortable and immaculately clean. All the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s a good 20 minute walk to the Old City, but we knew that when we booked it. The walk itself was very pleasant and easy.
