We have been pleased to get towels folded on swan. Reception is very helpful and breakfast is good.

as above but didn't like shower unit which is not totally enclosed and the floor got very wet - a big hazard - or no separate toilet. otherwise excellent all round. congratulations

We pre booked to stay in the hotel to enjoy a night in Saint Malo before sailing back to the UK the next day. It was a public holiday in France and St Malo was extremely busy. The hotel went out of their way to organise parking, making our stay so much easier. The hotel rooms were great as was the breakfast. Good staff capped of a lovely visit.
