The two single beds were so small for an alleged 4 Star Hotel. We had a terrible nights sleep. The reception said we could have a double bed, but to pay another 50 Euro's, which we refused. There was THICK DUST UNDER BOTH BEDS, disgusting. The staff did not know how to boil an egg. We sent them back twice, as they were undercooked, when they were quite clear informed to be well done. Nobody spoke a work of English, so the breakfast was a Disaster. Finally it was NOT MENTIONED until after we checked in and paidm that we were informed that your hotel restaurant would NOT BE OPEN. You also charged 20 Euro;s for our small French Bulldog!!! Norman M. J. & Maria D J.

Dear Sir, I am sincerely sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations, and I thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points after speaking with my team. You booked a standard twin room, and we fulfilled this request. You then requested a sea view; unfortunately, this was not available in a twin room, only in a double. This room type is slightly more expensive than the standard room, hence the €50 surcharge. Regarding the egg, you requested 4 minutes, which was done by my breakfast team. The receptionist spoke with you in English about how you would like your egg cooked. I don't understand your comment about the hotel restaurant being closed, as there is no restaurant within the hotel. The pet fee is clearly stated on the website. I would like to emphasize that you answered "YES" to the question "Everything went well" at the time of departure. We would be delighted to welcome you back on a future visit. Staff booked excellent parking nearby for us. Just a short walk to the beautiful and historic old town/fort. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, but the bathroom is Room 310 is very odd with glass windows so anyone else in the room can see into the bathroom, although there is a curtain across, so is okay.
