However, for your information, indeed, the rooms are accessible at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon as indicated on your reservation. Cher Manigo 1, Nous vous remercions de votre retour. Cependant vous nous parlez d'honnêteté ? J'avoue que je suis perplexe avec un nom comme le votre: Manigo 1 sous couvert d'anonymat. Il aurait juste fallut nous transmettre votre désarroi, à vous lire, votre réel déception, du fait de loger à la poupe. Nous aurions pu trouver une solution adéquat pour votre plus grande satisfaction à la proue de notre bâtiment. Comme vous le savez, L’Ibis Styles Saint Malo Centre Historique est un petit hôtel de 39 chambres aménagé en plein cœur des remparts, dans un bâtiment du 17ème siècle reconstruit après-guerre et séjourner dans un tel édifice implique quelques concessions. Et c’est le cas dans tous les hôtels de la vieille ville. Il en découle aussi une multitude d’avantages, on fait tout à pied, restaurants et commerces au pied de l’hôtel, plages a quelques mètres, musées et expositions à proximité immédiate…. Un parking de 3000 places est disponible a moins de 50m de l'hôtel. Il est dommage que vous n'ayez pas mentionné le professionnalisme de notre équipage à savoir notre savoir être et notre savoir faire et la réelle nouveauté de l'ensemble de notre établissement après plusieurs mois de travaux. Nous espérons sincèrement vous revoir, lors de votre prochaine escale Malouine à la proue du bateau ou j'en suis sure, les voiles seront bien réglées, à votre allure. Bien à vous Thomas
