Super hôtel et situé dans la vieille ville. Équipe de réception au TOP, plein d’humour et toujours prêt à vous conseiller ou à vous aider. Notre chambre était petite mais c’est parce qu’elle se trouvait dans la « proue » . Elle était propre. Le seul soucis c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et je me demande comment font les personnes handicapées ou à mobilité réduite ??? Sinon buffet de petit déjeuner standard.

We booked 2 nights, a Standard room for 2 persons and 1 kid 4 years old. We got confirmation. Upon our arrival, receptionist applied EXTRA charge €50 for 1st night in Premium room (room 100) and €200 for the family room of 2nd night with the reason that we are 3 persons and the hotel doesn’t offer free services for kids more than 2 years old. This is NOT totally acceptable with hotel confirmation that we received, specially we’re platinum and All Plus clients of Accord. Ibis style didn’t respect Accord hotel rules. We got very bad experience for our first night in Premium room. We walk up many times by the noise from the street, odeur of carpet and toilet was too strong. Never come back.

Vous êtes arrivés avec votre enfant de 4 ans, or il est formellement interdit de séjourner dans une chambre double à plus de 2 personnes. Le fait d'être client Platinum Accor ne permet pas de déroger aux règles de sécurité. Pour votre première nuit, une chambre confort vous a été exceptionnellement proposée moyennant le supplément de 50€ car celle-ci est plus spacieuse. Pour la seconde nuit, vous avez bénéficié d'une chambre familiale car nous en avions une de disponible. Vous nous voyez navrés que votre expérience fut mauvaise pour la première nuit, mais si vous aviez réservé pour 2 adultes et votre enfant de 4 ans dés le départ cela ne serait pas arrivé puisque vous auriez séjourné dans une chambre familiale adaptée. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accessible room has problems and should be improved: We recognise that the large kerb step is unavoidable but the further smaller steps in the doorway make it difficult for wheelchair with smaller caster wheels. Holding the outer door open is very difficult when with a wheelchair. Lack of support rails for toilet and shower. No place to hang towels .
