The hotel is very well located, inside the fortified part of the old Saint Malo. The staff was very, very kind and helpful; I've rarely had such a good experience. Really worth noting how Nicolas and Nadine (I think those were the names) were cheerful, polite and helpful. The décoration is thought to every detail and the "ship / ocean" theme is everywhere. The room was spacious and the décoration was great (the pouf and the "break the glass" in the wall were amazing!), but I'd have welcomed better toiletries and a few hangers for the towels. Our dog was very much welcomed: there were bowls for her, as well as a few treats. Breakfast was very good and copious, but the room was small and it was hard to get to the food.

Ideally suited to visit the old town of St Malo.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, the room was clean, the breakfast was perfect, but the room was so noisy. The noise from the street and the room alongside us kept us awake most of the night.
