it was very cold at the room 15 degree and they didnt accept to turn on the radiatieur the receptionist told us that they will not turn it on before october 14

Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. Signage from the road to the hotel was poor. Reception was efficient, room and shower were very small, but clean. There were 2 towels. We were not disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was basic, but more than adequate. A useful, inexpensive stopover before the ferry back to Portsmouth.

Easy to reach from the ferry terminal. Easy access, very clean. Basic breakfast, but ok for the price.
