Everything was good, except that as my room was on the ground floor I couldn't sleep with the window open so the room was airless. A small fan would really have helped.

First of all, I'm told charges are one value to find that the stupid and idiotic tourist fee was added on top. I was not aware of this from the beginning. Secondly, guests doing a lot of noise either talking or moving doors (which are not settled properly) without respecting the other guests. For the money paid, other conditions should be met. Resuming: not going to stay here ever again!!!

This hotel is ideally located for people travelling by ferry. Toilets and showers were very clean. The room did get quite hot which I why I marked it a bit down. The fire alarm went off around 7.15am as someone smoked in the building. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Breakfast is simple but adequate at around 7 euros (cereals, breads, brioche and selection of juices , as well as hot drinks. The receptionist was very friendly and very accommodating.

Hotel is clean and in a convenient location to the Brittany Ferry Terminal. The staff members were very efficient & helpful. The only downside to our stay: lack of ventilation in our rooms, a fan would be a great asset and the lack of hand washing stations outside the WC or hand soap in the rooms to wash hands after using the toilet.

Turned up, went into our room and then booked somewhere else. It was absolutely horrendous, even a prison cell would have been better.

I was worried when I realised that reception was closed when i arrived at 21.01 but checking in automatically was easy even for me (I hate automation). The bed was comfortable and the shower easy to use and excellent. My only criticism is the lack of a light bright enough to read by - except in the shower room.

As my boat was cancelled I couldn’t make to hotel . When booked I get confirmation email that price for the night is €75 including the taxes. Than I was charged €80 euro from my card. Than I get refunded €2.75 - so total was 77.25 - very strange practice. Never again I will even try to book that hotel .

I had read negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes- the hotel is on an industrial estate, but we were only staying one night with an early ferry departure the following morning. Yes- the room was small, but it was adequate - had a clean, comfy bed, towels, TV and parking.

Now I know how a place for asylum seekers and undocumented refugees/immigrants must feel like. Sleeping on a park bench has more dignity than that experience: arriving after a 12 hours non stop drive across Germany and France, the attendant was displeased that I didn’t have my confirmation number at hand ( mobile ran out of battery). And he showed and made it known to me. A youth hostel is luxurious compared to this. It is actually damaging for the good reputation of the ACCOR/MERCURE brand having such a facility in the corporation ☹️🤬

This was perfect for us. Late arrival, no fuss, very straightforward system. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast the next day was simple but perfect for something quick before left to get on the rd. very conveniently situated. Our only problem was that the rooms were so hot and there was no air conditioning so we all slept really badly. We were on the ground floor so felt a bit uncomfortable leaving the window open. The simple latch didn’t feel like enough security.
