Chère Monsieur B. Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié l’amabilité et l’attention de notre personnel ainsi que notre emplacement, à proximité de la vieille ville. Concernant la taille des chambres, celle-ci est clairement précisée sur notre site et dans les descriptifs de réservation afin que chaque client puisse choisir la catégorie correspondant le mieux à ses attentes. Nous regrettons donc que les dimensions de la chambre n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous souhaitons également préciser que l’hôtel a été entièrement rénové il y a seulement un an selon les normes Ibis Budget. Les équipements sont donc récents et ne peuvent, à notre sens, être considérés comme vétustes. Nous sommes toutefois désolés si certains éléments n’ont pas correspondu à vos attentes personnelles. Enfin, nous prenons bien en compte votre remarque concernant l’insonorisation, qui fera l’objet d’une attention particulière de notre part. Nous espérons malgré tout avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience plus conforme à vos attentes.
