Because our ferry from Jersey (Condor ferry) to St.Malo was cancelled. Not our fault, and can't stay at Ibis. But they refused refund my money - at least some money, because i didn't know that i booked non-refundable tarif. I tried also to re-book to next day, not possible. Absolutely not customer friendly and horrible communication. Never Ibis again!!!!

Clean, comfy room - nice breakfast, good location. Felt a bit upset with how ordering breakfast could be dealt with. Nice and homey nevertheless. If we had 5 children the crevice in great in the double bed however with a partner slightly annoying.

Love this hotel, accepts dogs into rooms. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Great place to overnight before catching the early ferry to Portsmouth and the docs are just 8 minutes round the corner. My 3rd visit, never disappointed and great value for money.

This hotel was easy to locate (once one worked out the one-way system to park in front) and offered a warm welcome and comftable, if basic, room - but what esle does one nedd for a couple of nights stay.
