My stay was purely overnight however reception staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice although I would love to see some more hot options and bread could be more fresh. I think air-conditioned rooms would be great as in a heat wave can be not pleasant at all.

Easy check in, with a warm welcome. Comfortable and spacious room. Shower is a bit small! Walking to St Malo Intramuros takes about 20 minutes. We were leaving early, so didn't have a lot of breakfast. Very close to the port for the ferry to the UK.

Efficient. Good car parking (payable) but a bit tight. Also spaces out in the street. Good breakfast (ours happened to be included in our room charge. Very spacious room - looked like a family room (there were only two of us). All the basics were there. Tea and coffee in the lobby - not in the room.

I've used this hotel a few times now - due to its location being so close to the ferry terminal, especially for late arrival ferries. The secure underground parking is an important feature for me, although overall cost is a touch on the hight side, I pay it for the location and security.

Another great stay at this hotel which is ideally situated for the ferry port as well as bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and starts early enough for a quick getaway to the ferry.

Overnight stay for ferry next morning with underground parking and breakfast included in deal. The friendly, English speaking receptionist had checked us in, we left our bags in our modern looking rooms, and had a15 minute stroll to the walled old town for early dinner and to stretch our legs after a long drive. Only gripe would be that there was no air conditioning in the rooms although there was a fan.
