Dear REBECCA S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, on the night of last Thursday we experienced exceptionally high outdoor temperatures. Our air conditioning system automatically adjusted its settings to maintain an appropriate temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor environments. Unfortunately, this resulted in your room temperature being reset during the night, and we understand how disruptive this must have been, especially given the additional difficulty of having to adjust it again. As for the sofa, the single sofa is intentionally provided in our accessible room to accommodate a companion staying with the guest. We appreciate that its placement may have made access to one side of the bed more challenging, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to review the layout of our accessible rooms.
