Due to the extremely inclement weather, we arrived at the hotel wet and cold three hours earlier than planned. The staff were most obliging, our room was made ready and we were given immediate access and our baggage was taken care of. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the public areas were warm and cosy.

Our stay was overall very nice, however I was expecting a room upgrade as a Gold Member also the parking space is too little and should be free for hotel guests

During my recent stay, I found the hotel’s facilities to be quite satisfactory, offering most of the amenities one would expect for a comfortable experience. However, I was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful communication from a manager named Matthis. This lack of professionalism made a negative impression and significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was subpar, which further detracted from the quality of our stay. I had hoped for a more pleasant and seamless experience, but unfortunately, these issues left me dissatisfied.
