I had a very comfortable and convenient stay. Everything in the hotel was in good condition, comfortable, spacious, quiet and the hotel was well situated to visit the city. The only recommendation I would make would be to add some "anti calcaire" to the dishwasher because it seemed long past needing it!

The hotel were really helpful in advising me about the accessible rooms before booking, sending pictures etc and helping with booking. We were pleasantly surprised to see how central we were, with lots in walking distance, shops, restaurants etc.

Will definitely come back as location is great and staff are lovely. Rated the stay an 8 because our extract fans didn't work, a bedside light was broken (had a giant floor light standing in), towel rail in the bathroom was broken (there was a note attached) and the twin beds had no mattress or pillow protectors. But we still had a great stay despite this

Lovely hotel, stayed in room number 1 which was obviously an accessible room due to layout. It was huge and perfect for my family. Staff let us check in about 2.30pm, spoke very good English and did what they could to help. Perfect location central to everything. Only small negatives were the doors slamming throughout the night from other guests and no English tv channels at all. Difficult when you have a bad storm and advised not to go out. No late check out available and Eurostar was heavily delayed so we were all exhausted. Breakfast felt too expensive when you had so many options around for a fraction of the cost. The supermarket was just round the corner and we bought most meals there. The most beautiful church directly opposite (where we attended a service) and kids loved the comic shop next door. Felt very safe but a lot of homeless men, women and sadly children all around which was upsetting.
