Really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The proximity to everywhere I wanted to go was excellent. I parked at the Plaza on Rue Nationale from Friday at 2.30pm to Sunday at 3.00pm. We forgot our UK plug adaptors and the hotel kindly lent us 2 so we could use our chargers for our stay. I really love Lille and respect how the people are proudly French. I'm English and was made to feel welcome everywhere I went. I speak a small amount of French so can get by but even then everyone I encountered could speak English aswell. We had lots of fun and will be back soon for sure. Hopefully in the summer when it's warmer. Hopefully people will of forgotten about my dancing in Cagnard by then aswell 😂

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent, especially Astri and Mathieu, whom we interacted the most with. The place is great for a family or four and we really enjoyed our breakfasts! The only thing that we notice was some dust under our bed.

We liked this venue. Great location, central, walking distance to everything and to attractions, station, restaurants, tourist sites. Spacious apartment. Good facilities. Had a smart feel. Had a nice welcoming, warm feel in reception and the social, lounge areas and professional, chic. The only issue was I told the reception on day 1 the shower was not working properly and sprayed everywhere except onto a person in it and it never got fixed or reported back to me or that the safe was locked and couldn't be used. Small things / negative things are the things that people remember the most unfortunately.
