The staff were all lovely, I loved the apartment ( it had everything we needed ) and best of all the location was perfect. We walked to the station with no problem and saw most of the tourist spots in Lille

Very well located, right next to the Grande Place, calm, nice, very clean and well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. The second time we came at the same place and we shall return a third one for sure. Thanks!

We were impressed with our little apartment and the very relaxed feeling in the hotel foyer. We enjoyed the filtered water and hot chocolate machines in the foyer too! The kitchen was well-stocked with a dishwasher, microwave/grill combi oven, and a nice 4-ring induction hob, though the sink was so small it was hard to wash up. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when our hob stopped working suddenly they replaced the whole unit within the hour, which was very impressive. It would have been nice if the smart TV allowed us to watch YouTube or other streaming services, but TBH we didn't watch much TV anyway. The hotel is close to Lille's attractive old quarter and we filled our whole week with trips to local museums and attractions that were all within walking distance.

We stayed in a room for three persons, with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room is well-furnished with a small kitchen enough for simple cooking. It us quiet, and with air-conditioning, excellent during hot weather. The hotel is close to the Grand Place and a large number of restaurants abd cafes. A few minutes to the Metro station to the major train stations, though it is only a 15-20 mins walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If there is anything to improve, they might check to see to stop the interference of controlling the two TVs with remote controls. Will certainly recommend.

Staff were very polite and helpful Appartment was spacious, clean with plenty of space. Sofa was not too comfortable to sit on but sofa beds are never comfortable as a sofa in my experience. Aparthotel is close to city centre, within easy walking distance. Good supermarket and fantastic boulangerie again within a few minutes walk. Excellent stay.

An extremely comfortable room and the hotel in a very convenient position. Street signage not very clear as the word Aparthotel is small. A bit disappointed that there was not one English TV programme - even if it is just a news programme. Not all can access the smart TV system without Netflix etc on phone - not easy system to operate.

I had a very pleasant stay at Adagio in Lille. Although my stay was relatively short, the apartment I was given was excellent — spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, the bathroom was comfortable and practical, and the bed was excellent. Overall, the apartment provided a very good combination of space for relaxing, cooking and feeling at home rather than simply staying in a hotel room. Early check-in was not available when I arrived, which I completely understand is subject to availability. However, I was able to leave my luggage safely at the property, which allowed me to start enjoying Lille immediately without any inconvenience. The overall experience was very positive, and I would gladly choose Adagio again for a future stay in Lille, particularly for a stay of several days where the additional space and kitchen facilities would be especially useful.

The hotel is very modern, well maintained and clean. There was an issue with the hot water, however, Jonathan? sorted this out by moving our room.
