Staff were very polite and helpful Appartment was spacious, clean with plenty of space. Sofa was not too comfortable to sit on but sofa beds are never comfortable as a sofa in my experience. Aparthotel is close to city centre, within easy walking distance. Good supermarket and fantastic boulangerie again within a few minutes walk. Excellent stay.

An extremely comfortable room and the hotel in a very convenient position. Street signage not very clear as the word Aparthotel is small. A bit disappointed that there was not one English TV programme - even if it is just a news programme. Not all can access the smart TV system without Netflix etc on phone - not easy system to operate.

I had a very pleasant stay at Adagio in Lille. Although my stay was relatively short, the apartment I was given was excellent — spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals, the bathroom was comfortable and practical, and the bed was excellent. Overall, the apartment provided a very good combination of space for relaxing, cooking and feeling at home rather than simply staying in a hotel room. Early check-in was not available when I arrived, which I completely understand is subject to availability. However, I was able to leave my luggage safely at the property, which allowed me to start enjoying Lille immediately without any inconvenience. The overall experience was very positive, and I would gladly choose Adagio again for a future stay in Lille, particularly for a stay of several days where the additional space and kitchen facilities would be especially useful.

We had a fantastic stay at this aparthotel in Lille. The location was perfect — close to everything and ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel was very clean, and the apartment was exactly the right size for four adults, giving us plenty of space and comfort. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. A special thank‑you to Saurabh, who was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. He really made us feel welcome. Lille is a wonderful city, and a long weekend was the perfect amount of time to enjoy it. Staying in an aparthotel gave us so much freedom and flexibility, which made the whole trip even better. Highly recommended.

The studio was very clean and spacious. Beds were foldable but surprisingly comfy! Huge fridge and a lot of amenities in the room. The staff was extremely friendly. They checked on us- gave us umbrellas for the days it rained and so on. The breakfast wasn’t great, otherwise it would have been a 10 ;-)

We liked the breakfasts, great location, and well-equipped kitchen and apartments. Having a vacuum cleaner and an iron was especially useful. However, some things could be improved. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. It would also be nice to have basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Finally, for a 7-day stay, no trash removal or cleaning was provided, so it is highly desirable to have disinfectant detergents, toilet cleaning supplies, rags, and a mop in the apartment.

We stayed at Adagio for 3 nights. Greeted at reception with a very warm welcome. They arranged an early checkin. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. There’s a large bedroom upstairs with a shower. Twin sofa beds downstairs, with kitchen facilities and the toilet.
