Our wheelchair accessible room was great in every way. We had initially booked one of the larger style studio apartments (44 m2), but these are split over two levels and thus have internal stairs which made them impractical for us. (This "feature" is not made clear on the hotel website, something that should be remedied). Thankfully, the hotel staff were very quick to assist in switching our room. From then on, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. The staff are friendly. It's also well located for local attractions and amenities. (Supermarket is just around the corner, and the "Papillon" boulangerie is super). Only complaints would be the crappy (& noisy) Nespresso machine that seemed to have a mind of its own, and that the main door to the corridor does not offer very good sound protection.

The apartment was lovely, it has a good location and walkable distance to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We asked for certain requests and they were dealt with straight away.

All was well. The only problem was they could not provide a room for my planned 10-day stay, only 8 for days. I expected better service for a regular customer.

comfortable staying prime and central location. The apartment is very spacious and badges are comfortable. Curtains let too much light in the room. Breakfast correct but could be with more local products.
