The rooms are tired. I had my first every complementary upgrade with accor despite having been a gold member for a long time. All this ctuslly consisted of was a complementary minibar that was not refilled during the week.

so calm with only 10 people in the Hotel. The guy at the reception was great. He did everything possible to help us and give us some advice during this confined period.

Good location, kind staff, services at minimum of standard (Covid cannot justified a so drastic reduction of the level of services such as room cleaning, breakfast, no night room service - it is a 4stars hotels)

No menus available at the bar (only by QR code for those who have it) ; No cleaning lady throughout the week (remove your trash yourself, clean the room yourself...) ; But nice and friendly staff as usual.

I booked and paid for two rooms for my wife and myself (one room ) and the other for my two daughters. The rooms which were booked and paid for in advance on 26th January were each described as Superior Room with 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed - whilst booking I made a special request that in one of the two rooms a single bed be prepared in advance. When we arrived on the evening of 20th February we were allocated Rooms 200 and 206. Room 206 was the only one with a separate single bed - not made up ! This room was the one then occupied by my daughters - a request was made of reception for the single bed to be made up - my daughter was told that there was no-one available at that time to make up the spare bed - the girls then made it up themselves.Room 206 did not have a hairdryer as was advertised. My wife and I occupied Room 200 - clearly this room was one intended for disabled persons and was not a "Superior Room with I double bed and I single bed" - there was only one bed in the room. The room was not very well appointed in terms of wardrobe space nor hooks for coats etc ( there were none ) and it had poor lighting . On our first night I asked at reception if we could be moved to another room as Room 200 did not have a bath and shower ( as was the case in 206 ) but only a shower/wet room ( with minimal shelving and storage ) clearly designed for less able bodied guests. The room was also immediately opposite the lift and somewhat noisy - clearly intended to be there for ease of disabled access. I was told that the hotel was full from the following day for the weekend and it was not practicable to be moved to another room. This was all very disappointing and not what we had expected nor indeed what we had paid for. I have now received an email inviting me to leave a review on Trip Advisor - I shall defer this in the expectation please that I shall receive a response from you to these comments - I look forward to hearing from you as soon as convenient please
