After a week of efforts, I have not managed ti get an invoice with the right invoicing address and VAT id. This is just amazing how bad the service is for something that is so easy to do considering that I made the effort to writh down the invoicing address the first day when I checked in and the day after in an email after I checked out. It's been the most expensive hotel in which I stayed in the past 3 years and the poorest service.

Good location, very clean rooms and polite staff. Only downside was breakfast. Hot breakfast items were not re-stocked a good 45 minutes before the end of service. Ability to cook your own eggs was good in principle but after cracking raw eggs I needed to wash hands but there is nowhere in the breakfast room to do this... Would stay for the hotel but skip the breakfast next time.

Very pleasant stay. Staff friendly. Hotel warm and room was a good size. Good security as the lifts only work with a room key card. Excellent central location. Plan to return.

a. The stay was alright. b. Couple of issues 1. No English Breakfast tea packets in the room 2. Milk Sachets just 2 3. Welcome drink : No mocktails, just normal soft drinks 4. No Salad in breakfast like tomato, cucumbers 5. No hot options for vegan/vegetarians for breakfast 6. Asked for toothpaste at reception, they said need to pay 3Euros, last time it was given complimentary. 7. No Newspaper in the rooms.

Located approximately 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place and from the Vieux Lille district, the hotel offers comfortable accommodation. Meals in the hotel, are copious and good value for money: we had an excellent evening meal on Christmas Day! The staff at Reception and in the Restaurant are extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. This was our third stay and we hope to return.

Location was the best of the hotel. We expected better amenities for the money we paid: * Gym had no weights apart from 1 machine * On the first morning we woke up at the hotel and went for a shower the soap dispenser was empty. The room and towels were clean, there is a drier available in the room and wifi too.

We had a very nice stay, the room was very clean and tidy and all ready for us slightly early (with cot as requested). All the staff were very friendly. The bar was nice atmosphere with good selection. Would have scored 9 or 10 if the breakfast was slightly cheaper, it was a little expensive for us so we went elsewhere. Overall a very nice stay, thank you, would definitely stay here again. :-)

Lovely room, very comfy bed. friendly staff and Good central location. Breakfast Sunday was however chaotic, 2 members of staff was just not enough to cope with a hotel full of guests. We had to clear our own table and there was no juice, or cups,and it felt very un-relaxing, spoiling what was a lovey stay.

Really enjoyed the stay - room was wonderful but i did not get the invoice with company details which i requested when i was checking in. during check-out they promised me to send it to my email but after 2days - still not yet receieved

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The hotel was in a great location for the Christmas market and for the zoo and cite park which our daughter loved.
