I was delighted to have stayed at this property for a night. It’s sophisticated and serene, set in a quiet area slightly away from Dubai’s main attractions, but absolutely worth it. I truly enjoyed my stay, primarily because of the elegant and gracious hospitality of the manager, Mr. Robert. It was a pleasure to meet you . calm, refined, and professional. He ensured both check-in and check-out were seamless, and I must say my Accor Platinum/Diamond status was recognized with a regal sense of courtesy throughout. The rooms were elegant and maintained in pristine condition. For me, hygiene and cleanliness reflect the discipline of a property, and this hotel exceeded expectations on that front. The checkout receptionist, Mr. Prabin, was also extremely professional. I look forward to returning. A perfect choice for a short stay or a work break.
