It was very convenient, clean, comfortable , and breakfast was great. We loved the view on JVT. And the whole stay was made amazing thanks to Nandini who was extremely kind and helpful in everything. My recent stay at Mövenpick was unfortunately very disappointing, which is unusual because I have stayed at this hotel many times before and always had good experiences. The issue started with the swimming pools. My children first went to the pool near the kids’ water play area, but the water was not warm. We then went to the Mövenpick pool on the opposite side, where my children had swum the night before without any issue. This time, however, we were told that children are not allowed to swim there during weekends, even though it is the hotel’s main pool and nobody informed us about this rule beforehand. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the Egyptian staff member responsible for the pool. He tried to physically pull my son out of the water, which immediately upset me. I told him clearly not to touch my child and asked to speak with a professional hotel manager who could explain why children were allowed the previous night but suddenly not allowed the next day. Instead of handling the situation calmly, he threatened to call security and later said in front of my family, “I don’t care who you are.” Later, another Indian staff member came and handled the situation very politely and professionally. He apologized, explained the circumstances calmly, and even offered a late checkout and invited us to bring the children back the next day. However, my issue was never about swimming itself — it was about the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the first employee. I truly believe that someone with this attitude is not suitable to represent a hotel at the level of Mövenpick. I hope management takes guest treatment and professionalism more seriously in the future.

I was delighted to have stayed at this property for a night. It’s sophisticated and serene, set in a quiet area slightly away from Dubai’s main attractions, but absolutely worth it. I truly enjoyed my stay, primarily because of the elegant and gracious hospitality of the manager, Mr. Robert. It was a pleasure to meet you . calm, refined, and professional. He ensured both check-in and check-out were seamless, and I must say my Accor Platinum/Diamond status was recognized with a regal sense of courtesy throughout. The rooms were elegant and maintained in pristine condition. For me, hygiene and cleanliness reflect the discipline of a property, and this hotel exceeded expectations on that front. The checkout receptionist, Mr. Prabin, was also extremely professional. I look forward to returning. A perfect choice for a short stay or a work break.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Village Triangle, and I’d like to especially appreciate Steven Rebello at the front desk for his warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout our stay. He truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’d also like to thank the two other front desk staff members (unfortunately, I don’t recall their names) who were equally kind and supportive. A special mention as well to the breakfast and dinner restaurant team, the service was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly, and the dining experience was consistently pleasant. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment we entered the lobby, whether it was the lobby staff, reception team, restaurant staff, or anyone we met around the hotel, everyone was so calm, relaxed, and genuinely happy. It made us realize that we also need to slow down in life. Once inside the hotel, life truly felt slower in the most beautiful way, and that was an amazing experience. Our room 1309 was big and very comfortable. We specifically booked a more spacious room as we had 10 pieces of luggage, and it worked perfectly for us. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning our room every day, especially on the day our family visited with kids and we ordered lunch through room service. Everything was handled so well. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their care and attention. The check-out experience was also very smooth. The staff at reception (I unfortunately forgot the name) was very helpful and professional. A special thanks to Prem & Noman who assisted us with weighing our luggage to make sure everything was within the correct limit to avoid any issues at the airport. That extra effort meant a lot to us. There were many staff members we encountered during our stay whose names we were not able to catch, but every single interaction was pleasant and professional. Truly, everything was perfect.

I only stayed for a night - but was delighted when the staff upgraded my room. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything a bit more but sadly was not enough time. If you are a gym lover, you will really enjoy the gym that they have. Great space, good equipment. The pool was nice - though they had sealed off one side of the pool so there were limited space at peak hours.

I found a cockroach in my room and two more in the corridor. I was very annoyed and felt uneasy throughout my stay, even though I informed reception and they said they would send pest control tomorrow!

I turned a single room into a participation with two people. The additional cost was very high. Room was not very clean. Apart from that all good.
