I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sarmila from the housekeeping team. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and ensured our room was absolutely spotless every single day. It was such a pleasure coming back to a perfectly refreshed room after a long day of exploring. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly embody the high standards of Sofitel. had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was impressed by the overall level of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making the stay relaxing and convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and transportation.
