I am dissatisfied with my stay for several reasons, as outlined below: There was a very unpleasant smell in the rooms, as well as mould on the carpet and furniture. Due to a personal emergency, I contacted you at 7:00 a.m. the following morning and requested to cancel the remainder of my stay. However, my request was refused, and I was informed that the full day’s charge would still be deducted. There was no cooperation, proper response, or genuine effort to address my concerns. Instead, I felt that I was being ignored by the staff, particularly by one Filipino employee. I was subsequently moved to another room, where I found the refrigerator cabinet locked. I also requested a luggage rack, but it was never delivered before my departure. In addition, there were strong and unpleasant cooking smells in the restaurant. The kitchen should be properly separated and ventilated to prevent these odours from reaching the dining area. Overall, your team showed little interest in addressing my concerns or taking my feedback seriously. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel, very central, staff very attentive breakfast outstanding Complaints would be to do with the room, bed very hard, pillows very soft and quilt very large and heavy which makes for uncomfortable sleeping especially when the air conditioning isn’t great also shower only had 2 temperatures, hot and very hot even turning down temperature it just kept staying hot and very hot in saying this I would stay again

We were grateful for an early check in, which we were not expecting. Rooms showed signs of age. Balcony door was very difficult to get open and closed. Room only cleaned on day 1, we then had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll. Amenities in the shower were empty, you only got one coffee pod, and not milk for the drinks. We were called to reception as we had exceeded our room deposit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, breakfast was great, right on Jumeirah Beach, accessible beach, shops and lots of food places. Raisin Canes was literally across. Rooms were nice and spacious.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with good views. My favorite part of the room is the deep soaking bathtub.

From start to finish the service was perfect and caring. Definitely will come back next year. The location was perfect with all shops and restaurants seconds away. Wish I found this place sooner as I used to stay elsewhere during my travels.

Toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, whereas most other hotels provide these items as complimentary amenities. Suggestion: It is recommended to provide a mobile charging cable in the room for guests’ convenience, preferably with support for common charging types.
