I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I especially loved the stunning view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The services provided were excellent, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Location is complicated, however that is not an issue because nothing can be done there but would be great for other guest’s if there is sign board for direction because we were rounding in taxi. Receptionist who did our checkin is fine, room has a great view and totally satisfied with our room. However the amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was almost more than half empty and conditioner bottle was broken when we checked in, they did not refill it even when they did room cleaning next day. Pool is small but it has great view from sun bed and pool staffs are amazing. Whenever we ordered something even when we have 350aed credit we need to wait until they call reception to open the charge and signing bill to room is so complicated here, we ordered from room service and asked to post in room however call came from reception to pay on spot while we had our credit to be redeemed. When we ordered food from room service their was a small card for review which was pre-filled by some other guest and they kept same card for us which was very much disappointing regarding hygiene like how could you give same card without even checking to another guest?? Also we ordered butter chicken (Indian food) and taste was nothing Indian also rice portion was very less and we need to order additional rice which costs 20aed. 20aed for rice is fine but the portion is less than a kid’s meal. How can you keep indian food in menu and not give proper portion. Butter chicken is to be eaten with side dish and side dish is so small portion. However breakfast is top notch. We really liked our breakfast on first-day and filipino lady who served us breakfast was amazing, sorry i forgot her name but her service was very nice and pleasing. Front desk staff and not so welcoming specially lady who was chewing gum in reception and morning front desk staff was totally trying to ignore us and stay busy and trying their best to not look to the guests. They need to be more welcoming and energetic to assist guests. Overall experience was not so good but not so bad too. Bed is very comfortable, room and breakfast is nice, also pool is very clean.
