We checked in late in the night but were well attended to by Zipporah at the Reception. We faced a confusion with the payment of the booking as the payment status in the app and email confirmation didnt match. She explained and clarrified the situation calmly and professionally. Absolutely loved my room 403. It was spacious and the view from my bed was simply breath taking. We stayed for 2 nights and just couldnt get used to the view. Surely coming back to this hotel. All the staff that I interacted with at this hotel were very warm and always smiling. In my opinion this hotel is a hidden gem and more people need to know about it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was happy with the room and amenities; the view was also amazing. The room had everything I needed, which satisfied me. My only note is that there is no air conditioning in the hallways. Other than that, everything went great, and a huge thanks to Mohammad Salah and the entire reception staff for their support during my stay.

I had a lovely stay here overall! The location is fantastic, right by the beach and Marina Walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to my needs to make sure I was comfortable. The room was great, too. My only issue was that at night, I could hear someone singing loud karaoke while trying to sleep, which was a bit of a turnoff. I hope the hotel can address this soundproofing issue, as everything else was wonderful!
