Great short break in Dubai

Myself and my husband arrived at the hotel on Boxing Day for 5 nights and were immediately greeted by welcoming staff. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 5 star but is definitely a solid 4 star. It is a good hotel, friendly and attentive staff ( especially Sharmi who was always very welcoming and a credit to the hotel), nice large rooms and great location. The hotel could definitely do with an update and refurb as it is a little tired in places. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. If you book Half board, that was a strange set up but not a problem. Overall great stay and good experience

Sauna etc facilities could be cleaner and lockers should be working

Very well located and in a pleasant area. The staff is amazing. Noise isolation needs urgent intervention, though.

Staff were great and super helpful. Well laid out hotel, decent gym and solid breakfast. Didn't have any other food or drink in the place but overall it was decent. Also close walk to DMCC Metro station and lots of taxi's close by.
