I have a complaint about your duty manager Lakmal who was on duty while our checkout. By mistaken my kid even after my warning consumed 2 packets snacks and one chocolate and Pepsi . For Moven pick hotel like 5 star international hotel it is a silly thing even it consider a complimentary . But this guy disturbed me with near to 25 calls on my driving back and was continually annoyed me because of the above reason which is totally new for me. I apologize him because of my kid but after making the payment of 140AED only he stopped his frequent calls and disturbance against me. However it was a unpleasant and unexpected action from internationally firm like our group with a unprofessional duty manager like Lakmal for silly thigs making big dramas.
