The staff was extremely friendly, always ther to help. The room was nice and clean. Everyday we got new towels and bedsheets. Will surely come back one day!

Super size suite and staff were very helpful. Special mention to Helen of Front Desk who was excellent. Two negatives were the doormen always trying t steer us towards hotel care when taxis were substantially cheaper! Also when we checked out we understood that the UAE Government were covering hotel bills due to the conflict but this was denied by staff.

Overall, my stay at the hotel left a positive impression. The staff were polite, the room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant, so in general I was satisfied with my stay. However, there were a couple of issues I would like to mention. On one of the days after housekeeping, the towels placed in the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell — it smelled like dampness and mold. It was impossible to use them, so please pay attention to the quality control of laundry and towel storage. Also, at check-out I was not provided with the documents required for my company’s accounting department (invoice/receipt for the stay). I already sent a message through the hotel’s website asking for the documents, but it has been 5 days and I have not received a response yet. I hope the hotel will take note of these points and help resolve the issue with the documents. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant.

UBK restaurant was good and Rohini Indian restaurant was excellent - staff at the hotel were all so lovely kind and friendly and could not do enough to help
