We’re really disappointed with this hotel. The photos are extremely misleading this doesn’t feel like a 5star property at all. I’ve stayed in 3star hotels that offered a much better experience. The staff were kind, but the breakfast was honestly underwhelming. Only three types of croissants, two kinds of fruit, and most trays were almost empty unless we asked for refills. For the price they charge, the quality and variety are far below expectations. Also, we couldn’t use the other pool and jacuzzi because they said it’s only for residents. If that’s the case, it shouldn’t be listed as an available amenity. Overall, this stay wasn’t worth the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
