Needed to be this end of Dubai and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice of Hotel. It occupies about 8 floors of a huge tower in JLT so it's positioned among plenty of life with a great jogging track and pedestrian area all round the Lakes. Rooms are very clean, large and modern. We were in Room 618, side facing with a balcony, so got a bit of a buzz from the road and a lot of bin noise around 7am each morning, but it didn’t affect us as we were out and about. Breakfast is outstanding. There's a nice little outside seating terrace area for when the weather is cool, the egg Chef is superb, everything is replenished regularly and kept really clean. There is a different 'Shot' on offer each morning as you come in and superb selection of food to suit every taste. Staff at breakfast went out of their way to look after us, in fact, the staff throughout the Hotel were superb, but these chaps worked hard and were always incredibly helpful, friendly and cheerful. The gym is excellent, much larger than expected and very well maintained. The pool area is also larger than we expected, with a very relaxing atmosphere and it gets the sun from about midday onwards during the winter - there are flashes of warmth through before then as the sun peaks in and out from behind the surrounding towers! An overall excellent stay and somewhere we will be happy to return to.

From the moment we arrived, even though it was nearly 1am, our amazing service began. There was someone waiting to take our suitcases to the room and show us where to go. Check in was quick, easy and we received an upgrade to a suite with a balcony!!! LUSH!!! The staff were just perfect at booking us taxis and getting us where we needed to be. There were buttons outside of the room to stay whether you wanted your room cleaned or not. Clean towels and fresh bedding provided, along with robes in the wardrobe. The staff really couldn't do enough for you here. Nothing was too much trouble! Really happy with the balcony view...Stunning at night time!!!!! This hotel also has a small gym and outdoor pool, with waiter service for cocktails. We enjoyed the sunset, in the pool, sipping cocktails for 2 evenings. Hotel is based near a shop, pharmacy, pizza express and is also about 15 mins away from some good spots! I really can recommend this hotel to anyone! I would LOVE to go back!!!!!
