For a one night stay just ok. Overall the hotel is tired and the bathroom in particular needed refurbing.

Good, but my room was adjacent the circuit entrance road, and some people parked up for a while and made alot of noise, after 10pm at night.

Lovely room, only fault was the lighting was very dull and hard to see when putting make-up on and getting dressed. Staff very friendly .

Room was used when we arrived. Rubbish in bins, bed crumpled and pillows squashed. Golf tee, and a nail left on bed. Not a great first impression. Bed looked clean inside. Reported to reception and told it had been cleaned but may have been used for a staff break???? Otherwise ok, comfortable bed to sleep in. I have booked elsewhere for my next visit.

Great hotel and love the racing theme. However don’t like the new clinical faceless check in. Part of the reason I like this hotel is the friendly staff on reception, especially Leah when checking in. Leah is always happy to help.

How can the staff who are just standing there not check you in or out? Their first response is that we need to use the machines even though they are standing there doing nothing. Would only use hotel again due to location to circuit. Food in the bar took a very very long time to arrive both Friday and Saturday

i visit every month with work but its an ok hotel instead of an excellent one as above room should be cleaned. i am not offered any sort of loyalty scheme for my monthly visits. other than this the hotel is fine, but could be better.

We had to make a last minute reservation. The staff were very welcoming and the room clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The food was good too. Will definitely tell stay here again.

The rooms powere fluctuated repeatedly scaring my 2 year old. While trying to gain access on my first night after a long travel to the hotel my room key wouldn’t open the door after multiple visits to the reception desk across 30 mins late at night with a tired toddler was not a great start. And multiple issues with the food on site. Very disappointing especially after our previous visit being so amazing

My usual work week hotel. The staff are great and always make me feel welcome. Jacob, Lukasz Louise, Amy, Thao take good care of me in the bar. Breakfast time is good service from Jewel and Jeeva. Bar food and restaurant food is amazing, thanks to Pankesh and Vikram

We were visiting family for an event and paid the £245 begrudgingly. However, to charge that amount for a night, there are certain expectations and a level of cleanliness is non negotiable. Bedding was questionable, dust and cobwebs throughout the room and the bathroom was poor Add to this breakfast being sparse with a non working pancake machine and a toaster that was sub optimal. The whole experience was poor. I'd love to comment on a drink from the lobby bar but I fear id still be waiting there for someone to serve me.
