This is a great base for exploring the city. The compact double room is the perfect size for a solo traveller and my room was modern and very clean. But the highlight is definitely the amazing location — the entrance is literally a minute’s walk from Hardware Lane and 5 mins from Melb Central! Great value for money as well. Will definitely stay here again when I’m next in town!

Slow check in, tiny room, no clarity on check-in whether breakfast was included. I know expedia and all suck for you, and I wouldn't have used it if I had known that booking through AirNZ, but you're punishing otherwise loyal Accor members, not them. I'll think twice about booking your hotels through any channel, since you care little for your customers. Hint, give some small fraction of points, even if booked via Accor, and follow up with how much you'd like to be more welcoming when booked directly.
