Hard for Corporate Bookings

Misc Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Two of our team members found blood in thier bedsheets. We also had a hard time checking in as a large team. Ibis confirmed that those that had paid on personal card when checking in had been refunded (so only the company card would charged), only to find out this was not the case and we had paid double. Similary, before checking in we had called to confirm the authorisation form has been completed. A team member of the Ibis had confirmed that it would have been as 'their inbox is empty'. We rocked up to find it still had not been approved. A very disorgainised experience, with questionable cleanliness. Would reconsider before booking for a large coporate team.

Our stay was short but we had no issues with the hotel. Although it would be nice to have the basic grooming kit in the room.
