We will def stay here again next time we visit Melbourne. Appreciated the early check in on arrival and an extra 1hr for checkout which was greatly appreciated as I was battling food poisoning from eating a dodgy kebab so the extra hour to rest before our flight was appreciated.

Room fine and no issues. Having the basin in the room a bit strange especially as it means you face mirror sideways on. Our fault in not booking the accommodation earlier as we knew we were going to be in Melbourne over 6 months ago, as once the Grand Prix dates announced prices skyrocketed

I stayed for 3 days. On day 1, I had a car parked in the garage. The front desk said the parking fee was 70 AUD, but it could be changed to 60 AUD after registering as a member. At that time, they charged 70 AUD to my credit card. When I checked out 3 days later, I communicated with the person at check-out and told them that I was overcharged by 10 AUD. The front desk said they would discuss the refund with the manager. However, I never received this refund. It's fraud.
