Smooth check in / check out, nice clean and good sized rooms. Hotel facilities ie. restaurant was good and breakfast delicious. Great location and plenty to do within walking distance.

The Hotel and Staff where fantastic. But the travel agents ( Flight centre) Did not choose the right size room to stay in too small for the time we stayed, The was only suited for an over night stay. We will stay at your hotel again but will not use the flight centre for our booking again. Thank you Colin & Sara R.

Good location, and housekeeping were great with towels / bed / bins each day. My friend who also stayed did have issues with reception and I also found them quite unhelpful. Not sure on the self check in - didn’t work for us and we’re still pushed to use it by Novotel Understand the Ibis is cheaper but was made to feel ‘less than’ as we weren’t in Novotel by reception level 2 Concierge downstairs were so helpful and friendly though.

MoD couldn't get her hands on my credit card fast enough. Cancelled my prepaid reservation snd charged 969 for a new one. $1800.00 for 6 days

Cannot asked for a better location if one wants to be in the CBD. Room was new and clean. Fortunate to have one on a higher floor and facing the wall of the next block. Staff were friendly and prompt whenever we needed them.
