I would like to commend that we got a welcome amenity (chocolate and sparkling water). We’ve had an experience previously in a different ACCOR hotel where they sent us an email about our preference but we didn’t get what we wanted. Novotel had the sparkling water ready when we arrived in our room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rang housekeeping once for a dental kit and it was provided within a reasonable time. Room had a nice design, it was spacious. And most importantly, the location’s perfect as it was close to our favourite restaurants and coffee shop!

The toilet is basically part of the bedroom and therefore provides no privacy if you share a room. Also unhygienic.
