I was delightfully surprised when an early check in request was honoured. The room was spacious and perfect for what I need. Breakfast was hearty, and the option to order omelettes was well appreciated.The only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been the promised amenity on arrival was delivered, as it was a special occasion stay.

Hotel was located in a convenient location close to transport. Upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. Additional breakfast option of eggs cooked two ways was appreciated.

Overall a very comfortable room, bed, pillows and ambiance. Chrome cast wasn’t connected on the TV so no way to stream. That was so disappointing given the standard of everything else. I got a whatsapp message and mentioned this in the whatsapp but there was no response to that message. 2 further generic automated messages but still no response to my message. To me you set up an expectation that you can message when you do that. It really annoyed me. Way more than the Chrome cast not working! My only other criticism was the restaurant for breakfast was absolutely freezing. Food and coffee were cold by the time I sat down. Why do you have it so cold?? Choices for breakfast were great and great value for money I would definitely stay again. Great room and location is perfect.
