Room was small, underportrayed photographically with open-plan bathroom annexe, the furnishing was budget and the bed exceptionally hard, the buffet breakfast was also limited in its offerings. on a bright note the room cleaners did a good job (thank you cleaners). The whole offering was well overvalued.

Mattress was very hard and got charged for mini bar when I hadn’t used, I noticed that they had a different guests name and invoice on the tv and the mini bar had things missing when I got to room

I came back after my first night and my room had been emptied of my stuff. Laptop - gone, Medication - gone. It took over an hour to sort out, just what you need after a full on day at work handling problems, another (massive) problem!

We just stayed at Novotel Central for two days and thought it was terrific. My most important criteria for a hotel are: clean, quiet and comfortable and this place meets all three. All the staff were outstanding in their approach and care in providing the best service. I was especially taken with the two reading beds under the window. My only negative was the bathroom arrangement. I much prefer a private bathroom area. Overall though this is a great place and I will definitely rebook.

Hadn’t stayed in this hotel before but aim to do so again. The location is excellent and you can leave your car and just walk the city. The rooms well appointed and quiet. Particularly liked the two couches in the room that made tv viewing and reading comfortable. The bottle of water left in the car upon departure was a nice touch.
