Lovely and fast checked in and checked out process. The only issue I encountered was the housekeeping did not clean the room neatly and forgot to replace the bath towels, hand towel and floor towel in which they took out. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the Hotel our room was small had far too much furniture in of the wrong type. No need for sofa in such a small room . Cabinet housing fridge far too big We were unable to unpack as there was no space to put items. No drawers no where to place toiletries. Breakfast set up was confusing hot food on either corner of bar not all together . Was unable to get sugar for my tea staff seemed confused when asked for white sugar tried to pass off sweetener instead.

Everything went well. Glass shelf in shower cubicle shattered during our first night covering the shower floor with glass. Reception relocated us to another room promptly
