Pretty Boy Bar & Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast and Mon-Sat for dinner- with social hour available from 4.00pm-5.30pm. Note- Pretty Boy Bar & Restaurant is closed for Dinner on Sunday's with Golden Mug Cafe on the ground floor open until 8.30pm. The hotel offers valet parking at $70 from Sundays-Thursdays and $80 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays per day.

Hotel was located at a central location and is easy to commute to any part of the city. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. However, I had issue with the amenities. There was no water bottle in the room which I can use during the stay for drinking water. I understand hotel promotes sustainability but atleast there should be one glass bottle which I can refill and reuse. When I raised the concern with the Hotel manager, they said it’s as per policy and glass bottle is provided to only Accor Silver members and above. Sustainability is important but should not be implemented basis the membership level someone holds. Thanks.

Staff arranged an accessible bathroom for us due to our week long stay. The room is spacious compared to standard. The staff made our room feeling fresh at the first few days, refilling and bed made perfect. Give a thumb up for the staff working over the weekend till Monday to make our room nice. Unfortunately, after mid week, the standard did not keep it. I can understand it could be a different staff. Hope they are all well trained in future and keep the high standard.

Perfect location for accessing Melbourne Central shopping centre and Bourke st mall. Trams are just around the corner, heaps of restaurants within a 5-7min walk. Our room was comfortable, a good size and had everything we needed.
