Pear the girl at the check in desk was amazing and extremely helpful she went out of her way to assist us and help us with our check in, however our room was extremely small and not like the picture of the one we had booked online it was very narrow with not much space to move around it was a little disappointing. The concierge was also a bit disappointing as we had to wait a long time to talk to someone we then left our bags for the day and when we returned we were taken through the carpark and into a cupboard to retrieve them it seemed like a very strange thing to do.

We regret that the room allocated did not align with the images you had viewed at the time of booking, and that the space did not comfortably accommodate your group. We also apologise for your experience with the concierge service, including the waiting time and the way your luggage collection was handled. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this would have felt unusual and inconvenient. In addition, we are sorry to hear about the condition of the bathroom and will ensure this is followed up with our housekeeping team for further inspection and corrective action. My mother and I stayed for just one night prior to my birthday and WOW! Every team member I had contact with was so welcoming, helpful and kind. The little towel birthday cake and amenity was very much appreciated and made me smile as soon as I walked into the room. I will definitely be back one day!

The location is good. However we found that even though we did not have breakfast included with our stay, this resulted in us not being able to have breakfast on Saturday 18th April 2026 at about 09:35am. The person who was in charge of welcoming people in the restaurant for breakfast seemed to stress that our booking did not have breakfast included and so my wife who had got to the restaurant earlier than I felt that she was being improperly treated as she was made to “sit” and wait for me. When I arrived at breakfast, the Accor employee also said to he that our booking did not have breakfast included and already my wife had signalled to me that she was not happy. I responded to the Accor employee that even if we did not have breakfast included, surely we could make arrangements to have breakfast as we needed and we should be able to get all the discounts which go with bring an AllAccor+Explorer member. The response was that we could fob this but the fact that our booking did not include breakfast seemed to be somewhat difficult with the Accor restaurant welcoming person, a male. So my wife instead decided she was not going to have breakfast as arranging for breakfast seemed to have been becoming a bother for the Accor person. So, I said to the Accor person under the circumstances I could not go ahead and have breakfast by myself. I then said tote Accor person it was unfortunate because Accor had just lost this sale! The Accor person responded by saying that someone else would come and have the breakfast to which I responded: “But your company, Accor, had just lost this sale but they will still pay you today but your company is making less sales today than revoked otherwise have made. We left the restaurant with making any further arrangements for breakfast. Instead we went and had breakfast in one of the restaurants the well-known Hardware Lane in Melbourne. I must state that in my experience prior to this we had always been able to have breakfast at any Accor group hotels as we needed following making any suitable arrangements as needed. It was however an unfortunate situation in this case and we could not understand why this was so.

Five day stay, 01:15 check in and the process was friendly and seamless. The only negative part of my experience is the $70 / day charge for parking. Even in todays high cost of living that is a over the odds
