Small rooms, clean but smelly

We had room 3013 and found the hallway from the front door to smell of urine as we entered. Also the door to the bathroom was broken and couldn’t be closed. Beds were super comfortable however the room was extremely narrow for a family of 4

When we arrived, we were greeted by Franco and he made us feel very welcome. He personally delivered our stuff to our room ( which was upgraded by the way being an Accor Plus member). Location is awesome (short walk to shopping, restaurants, tram stations ). Room size is adequate, tidy, water pressure is good and I can truly recommend this hotel if you visit Melbourne. We regretted that we only stayed 2 nights because we have pre booked other hotels in Melbourne. Breakfast is simple but good and I really like that we can make our own smoothies. I’ll definitely stay again when I come to Melbourne again.
