We stayed at the Pullman for the Christmas festive activities. I can not rave on how amazing this place was . There was a small hickup with a minor miscommunication and the duty manager Anish fixed the problem and made us feel so welcome . The rooms are so sleek and clean and overall the customer service is A+ we will be staying here again

I got accessible room and that gave me a very depressing feeling. The staff at the reception was not willing to understand. Then I reached out to the manager and he put me in another room but I was charged for that even though I am a gold member. I am never going to stay in this Pullman. The breakfast was also very mid range.

Please note that on our website we clearly advise that for this particular room type (Accessible room), we are unable to offer upgrades or room moves, as we only have three of these rooms in the hotel. When guests specifically book this room type, we may need to decline other guests requesting it. Our records show that our staff offered you the option to upgrade to one of our Superior Rooms with two queen beds at $30.00 per day, which you accepted and were aware of the charge. We regret that the room and breakfast did not meet your expectations and appreciate your comments, which will help us improve. Our apologies for the inconvenience experienced. This was a luxury escapes deal to see MJ the musical. Location was so central to everything it was perfect and walking distance to the theatre. Staff were fabulous everywhere. Our room was great with a huge bed. Only slight negative was an ill fitting toilet seat! But that's all

A series of “Fawlty Towers” like experiences eg a significant gap in the room window causing noice and draft which duty manager, initially, refused to provide a change of room but, rather, offered a very inexpensive bottle of wine as some form of compensation (which we refused!); eventually after several additional conversations, the window was patched with a primitive stop-gap repair. There was no hairdryer in our room. No alternative toiletry products which considered my partner’s allergy to all nut products. We were gven a broken umbrella by front desk staff when it was raining. Considerable water leaks in bathroom after showering. Car-park QR code not working which required me to call the emergency car park staff to exit the building. My Accor loyalty program number was not recorded in my room reservation. Several phone calls to front desk and hotel operator went unanswered when I tried to speak with hotel staff to address some of the above issues. Lift access to our room was extremely difficult and crowded due to external Xmas parties on one evening.
