Staff were friendly and service was of a high calibre. Rooms were fantastic. Elevate Lounge was great for evening drinks and breakfast. We did have an issue with valet parking which was not resolved to my satisfaction, despite making enquires in that regard before the weekend. No access to floor 14 for drinks on Saturday night was not satisfactory, resulting in the complimentary drinks (included in our package) not being able to be used.

I recently stayed at Pullman Melbourne City Centre, and while the location is undoubtedly its strongest advantage—being centrally situated and convenient for getting around the city—the rest of the experience did not live up to the expectations associated with the Pullman brand. The property seems to fall short of the premium positioning that Pullman typically represents. Basic in-room amenities were missing, such as room slippers and body lotion, which are generally standard at this level. The bathroom was notably small, and the shower cubicle was even more cramped, making it quite uncomfortable to use. Overall, apart from the excellent location, the hotel does not deliver the level of comfort and attention to detail one would expect from a premium brand like Pullman. Better if renamed Novotel .

We should have been provided with a room change in the first instance when the problem became obvious rather than have to stay in an environment that was awful for and unhealthy for us.
