The hotel is new so the rooms are fresh; ours was also quiet, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is small but functional. The breakfasts were very good. Two modest bars, neither of which were open on Monday evening.

Great 2 night stopover

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We're thrilled you had a great 2-night stopover and enjoyed our great location and food. I apologize for the inconvenience with the TV and the delay in resetting it, we'll work on improving our response time. Regarding room servicing, our room-attendants work until 6pm daily, prioritizing departure rooms for new arrivals by 2pm, which may have caused the delay in servicing stayover rooms, such as yours. We have stayed at other Pullman/Accor properties before and this was the our worst stay yet. While the stay wasn’t overly bad, compared to our previous stays with this group of hotels it didn’t hit the mark. Especially considering the price.

Please know that our room attendants work until 6pm daily, focusing first on preparing rooms for arriving guests by 2pm, which may have contributed to the delay in servicing stay-over rooms, including yours. Regarding breakfast, we regret that the à la carte options did not meet your expectations compared to buffet experiences. A lovely hotel centrally located. It can be quite confronting arriving via Little Bourke but rest assured the hotel is not a ghettto as described on another review. Check in was fast and seamless. Presentation of room was lovely and a good size. However the child running through the corridors until late in the evening was disruptive Room service was disappointing. The food was stone cold on arrival. This was mentioned on check out with the relevant staff member shrugging it Room service trays were left outside room all night and other guests had piled their rubbish on to tray as well It is a lovely hotel but customer service and the little things matter in a market that is saturated
