I loved my recent stay at the Pullman! The room decor is so quirky you can't help but smile! I found the bed so comfortable and the complimentary locally made toiletries were excellent to use. I liked that they were provided in large dispensary bottles. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I paid extra to use the Club Lounge as the Pullman had a special deal. The Lounge is quiet and charming. I enjoyed a quiet drink with canapes in the evening and a very satisfying breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment was that the coffee was not barista made but rather just made with pods. Overall, I was very impressed with the Pullman. I would stay here again when in Melbourne but only if I could secure a good rate. Taxis can't pull up to the front of the hotel and the drop off point is in a lane-way. The entrance to the Pullman is not all that clear or welcoming at this side.

We have stayed here quite a few times & it is amazing! Recently refurbished the rooms & restaurant are beautiful. Fantastic location, just behind Bourke street making it a great location for those who love shopping!

The upgrade from Grand Mercure to Pullman has seen a completely refurbished hotel in the centre of Melbourne. The rooms are a modern theme, very comfortable and spacious with comfortable king bed. Restaurant needs more settling in with further staff training. I very enjoyable stay.

A new well designed hotel in a good location for an overnight stay in the city. Close to the main shopping area. A short walk from the train station and Southbank. No need to drive into the city and worry about parking.

Everything about our stay was perfect. As usual the rooms were lovely and I loved the new technology in them. The new foyer looks amazing! We stayed Christmas Eve, and the hotel even went to the trouble of buying my children a couple of small toys and putting them in our room and we were not there. The cleaning staff are also lovely and tried to help whenever we asked. I love this hotel for its fantastic location and valet parking. It’s so easy to leave from here and have a fantastic experience in the city and have such a short distance to get back to your hotel which is quiet and safe. Breakfast was beautiful however we missed some of the hot options that were available previously in the buffet. I also love how you have introduced more sustainable packaging for your shampoos and soaps.

Overall experience is good, I like the design, room is not too small and has got a window which I can open. ticks all my boxes. However, the only issue I had which I never experienced in another hotel is the phone line, I've tried to call receptionist a few times, NEVER picked up my call, which I think is very rear.

Everything is within a few steps. Shops, Coffees, Foods, even Grocery-stores, very convenient. I was there for 8 nights, it was just great. Shop till you drop. However, i don't like the sofa, the cushion was not comfortable to sit on for a Pullman standard.

We booked a room through a third party site before arriving. Even though the booking hadn’t come through to the hotel yet and it wasn’t check in time, your staff assured us everything would be fine come checkin time. We were not disturbed during our stay, however our room was not serviced. I’m not sure why and we didn’t really mind as we didn’t really have anything to be serviced, apart from some rubbish and dirty coffee cups but we managed. Check out was flawless.

Stayed two nights with some work colleagues. We were all impressed by the staff and the lounge but none of up slept well due to the level of noise at night. Windows to the bedrooms really need to be double glazed.

The rooms are great but a few things need attention. As a paying Accor member you kinda expect a little more (of what is already promised). The upgrade, the welcome gift, the welcome drink etc... I needed to remind staff at check in. The most disappointing thing for me personally, is the Optus channels have disappeared. The channels to watch the EPL 9a personal favourite) made choosing this hotel a first choice in comparison to others. Now not so much (unless they are reinstated) In saying that, I asked a staff member on the first day of my stay to which he replied he would check and get back to me.... I am still waiting for a response.

Each Christmas for the past few years my Christmas gift to myself is 2 nights stay at the Hotel.. Beautiful room, love the rain shower, amazing view out over the Bourke Street Mall and such friendly and helpful staff... Love being so close to the Mall where the most amazing buskers play day and evening.. Merry Christmas to all at Pullman on Swanston..
