We stayed at the Pullman for the Christmas festive activities. I can not rave on how amazing this place was . There was a small hickup with a minor miscommunication and the duty manager Anish fixed the problem and made us feel so welcome . The rooms are so sleek and clean and overall the customer service is A+ we will be staying here again

Polite staff though did feel like limited help available. Super quick room service which was very impressive. Loud neighbour down the corridor blaring music until 4.30am - not the hotel's fault but impacted my experience. Clean room and bathroom which is so welcome, thank you
