There were many pillows in the room, but they were all the same size and type. I requested a softer, thinner pillow, but it took the hotel two days to provide one. I stayed for four nights and indicated that the room did not need cleaning for the first two days, but it was left uncleaned for my entire stay.

A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Swanston and Little Bourke made our combined meant our combined family and work trip was perfectly located. Easy access to everything in Melbourne.

Lovely stay, friendly staff, fantastic location. Great club lounge experience. Only negatives were the noise from the street (but unsure how this can be helped) and the lack of options for late-night room service dining. One thing to note was the digital check in did not appeal at all after I noticed all of the personal details of the person in front of me being very visible and in large font as I waited behind them. I opted to go to the reception desk. Simply screening this off a little or having it face a wall will allow for more privacy.
