Very helpful staff and sorted out not being able to plug my CPAP machine in the bedside power outlet. However the food in the lounge on 15th floor was not replenished sufficiently for the guests using it. Some arrived later and even the cheese board had not been replenished never mind the hot food. It was the only thing preventing a higher rating.

As we were holding my partners 50th birthday celebration at Blossoms Rooftop Bar upstairs it made sense to stay in one of the rooms. We made the wise decision. The room was spacious and a lovely touch of wine and chocolates for his birthday in our room on checkin. Clean and tidy, friendly staff who went above and beyond. Definitely stay again.
