Location is great but had to call multiple times for housekeeping. It was frustrating. We also moved room in the 1st night as there was hardly any water pressure in room 1315. The staff came to inspect and he agreed it was bad and requested to move us.

We have just stayed 2 nights and were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, quality of the breakfast and the great central location. Highly recommend.

Prior to check-in hotel was informed via app chat my wife will arrive early for check-in. she was denied checking and after talking to CS staff she was granted access. i was asked to present cc upon arrival to hotel. upon arrival i presented myself to check-in and foh rep had no idea why i was asked to come in and present myself with card. our room "executive" booked for city views we were given room on level 4 with view of wall with graffiti art with opposite building roof top patrons who wouldnt stop staring at our hotel room. we had to have the curtains closed of whole time. if i wanted to book for budget hotel cell or cheap deluxe room i would have. It was our anniversary we came to enjoy night out and overlook city while enjoying a drink. it was evident that all comms via chat was ignored and not updated for experience i had hoped and expected. google review coming soon so others dont make same mistake we did. ignored most of the negative comments while making this booking and it is evident now that it is just bad service despite staff being polite it evident that bad service, poor guest experience is systemic.
