Only a one night stop to see a theatre show. Great location and as we are platinum Accor members, we used the club lounge which is fantastic. Great food for breakfast and canapés with a good selection of drinks. Staff were very accommodating and attentive with nothing too hard for them to help with.

It was ok. When compared to other 5 star restaurants I stay at frequently around the world I found this one wanting. Confusion at check in with the green approach to saving water etc left both my rooms not cleaned or fresh towels for 2 of the 3 nights stay. Breakfast from a 5 star in relation to variety was also wanting. More a 3 to 5 star breakfast and not of a 5 star. Food quality however was excellent as I always support the hotel I am staying in and dined on the roof top for lunch 3 times. Staff were excellent. Lastly as a Platinum member room upgrade is usually guaranteed and this was not even offered to me. First time.
