Great location, only 1 block from the Mall. Welcoming at arrival and happy to help with bags. I paid almost $700 for two nights - a lot of money for us, and I was disappointed in the room considering it was supposed to be a deluxe king suite. The water pressure was almost a dribble, paint was peeling off the black stand that the towels sat on - which looked scruffy, the paint was beginning to peel from the ceiling above the shower, there was no toilet brush, there was no fan for the bathroom and the room generally looked tired with chipped paint along the skirting boards and wallpaper. The view was incredible, especially at night with the city lights and the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. But the shower in particular and the general state of things was very tired.
