Quick business trip and stayed at the Pullman again. Location can’t be beaten, in the heart of China Town. Facilities and staff excellent. Rooms always wonderful.

Bad experience with room clean up

Good hotel to stay, the problem was only they forgot to clean up the room sometimes. My room was not cleaned 2 times during my stay
