Clean rooms , comfortable , all functioning utilities , close to all the shops and restaurants, literally walking distance , the only thing that needs improving is more people checking in and checking out should be directed to the automatic check in and out , it’s very easy to use and frees up the staff at the counter and the long lines to check in or out .. I found the automatic check in and out very very convenient and easy to use more people should be shown / directed to use this function

Found Sound proofing from inside the hotel inadequate , when the people adjacent to us opened and closed their door (happening all hours of night and morning) sounded like it was our door it was that loud, Shower mixer was difficult to get to right temperature and then during shower temp of watewr would change so had to keep adjusting.

Check in was simple and easy. Staff were friendly enough. We were not offered a room upgrade, nor an explanation as to why we couldn't have one. it was only after we queried it on the way out to our tour function this was made apparent even though we could have booked an upgraded room via the app. Room was extremely small considering the room rate paid. I also do not understand why, as an accor member I need to have my credit card details held for charge

Room was a little on the small side and sadly it was quite noisy. Whilst I apprec8ate that is not the hotels fault being able to hear the next door room on their phone and their conversation at 2am would suggest that the rooms may need better sound proofing

Upon arrival we were told that towel changes would be done daily and cleaning every 3 days. We left the hotel in the early morning of the 3rd day and asked reception to clean the room and they said ok. Returned at 3pm and no room was cleaned and no towels. We called to ask say the room wasn't cleaned and to get more towels. Towels arrived 30 mins after and was told that they clean every 4 days and that they get told by concierge when a room needs to be cleaned. Since the towels arrived, obviously meant that concierge did not tell house keeping to clean and we had to make a second complaint to get the room done and after 5 minutes, someone came up to clean the room.

I like the hotel’s front desk staff. However dissatisfied that the hotel does not offer daily housekeeping and does not mention this in the booking form. This is different from all other hotels in Accor chain. I emailed the general manager twice about this, and did not receive any reply. Poor experience

Bed hard, pillows harder, Shower cold, shower scalding hot difficult not to get burnt. Informed desk staff after first night and did nothing about it, so played dodge the hot water for the next 2 days.
