Rooms need updating, and havkmg one elevator working is very inconvenient as it took more than 10 mins to get to my room.

I was also charged for my room twice, and still haven't received a refund for the second charge.

One lift was broken down, breakfast was not what is used to be and could not take the stairs as they were locked. Terrible if there was a fire no-one would get out, so not lawful as they said if they unlocked the stairs there was no-one at the bottom to let people out, thought the door had to have a lock that opened from the inside

The 3 day room clean is terrible for a Mecure hotel. The lie that its for enviornmental reasons rather than cost cutting is obvious and we dont like this arrangement. Very poor from a Mercure hotel.
