The staff and hotel are great however your booking team was very extremely difficult to deal with. I booked the hotel for my daughter to stay in and they attempted to make me pay twice the day before she arrived even though I booked weeks in advance and told them I wouldn’t be staying. It was very stressful given it was her first time travelling by her self. I had paid the full amount up front in an attempt to avoid any issues but your booking team were more concerned with my points rather than my daughter. I was told that next time I should just book through Wotif and I would avoid this issue.

Sharing my honest experience with one of the Accor Group hotels during my recent trip to Australia. Unfortunately, this stay was the only disappointing part of my journey. I stayed for five nights, but housekeeping only tidied up the room once. For the rest of the stay, basic services such as rubbish collection, fresh towels, tissue replenishment, and general room upkeep were not provided — which is far below the expected hotel standard. The room itself also didn’t feel particularly clean or comfortable. On the positive side, the location was fantastic — truly convenient and central, which is the only reason I gave it any points. Overall, the experience felt more like staying in a youth hostel rather than a hotel from an international chain. I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers expecting full-service hotel standards.

The room could be more cleaner. I felt sticky gum on the floor. Should change the wet towels everyday. Perhaps your room cleaning policy should be everyday or every second day and not every third day.
