Only one of the two lifts was operating. The other was down for repairs and at one point we had to wait on the 12th floor for 15+ minutes for the other lift. There was a sign that suggested we use the stairs - from the 12th floor? For two 80 year olds. In addition, the hotel is shabby, the reception area is totally inadequate for the number of guests coming and going, the hallways are narrow, carpet is totally outdated and only once in our 5 day stay was the room cleaned, towels refreshed and bedding changed. We could not figure how to call hotel reception from the room phone. However, the staff were very sweet and trying to manage a bad situation.
