Air con was very loud and would not cool down the room. During my three nights stay, I repeatedly complained about it without any action - except at last night - a hotel staff knocked the door at 11 pm to enquire the state.

this was ideal for our stay as we were within walking distance to the art centre, regent theatre. old melbourne gaol and close to the trams and shops also the staff were very helpful and friendly and didnt mind if we had any requests

Rooms were well air-conditioned/heated. Clean rooms. Firm bed that was just right. A decent sized TV with enough content to kill time comfortably when needed. Friendly and helpful staff at the 24 hour service desk. Chinatown and Emporium just outside with plenty of food and shopping options.
