We stayed this hotel for four nights. The entire time our stay we could get the TV to work. Tried several times to get staff to fix it. Would call reception reception for help they would t answer the phone or pick up and hang up with our speaking to us. The air conditioner was very loud and emitted a very bad smell. Smelt like mould or something dead. They only make the rooms up every 3 days. There was information about this apart from a card in the room. I appreciate the environmental concerns re towels etc but you could come in empty bins and make beds.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. Old and grotty carpets and walls, barely working and loud air conditioning, old furniture, ugly decor…the list goes on. Won’t stay again. No gym, basic and ugly breakfast facilities. .

Uncomfortable. Specifically requested 2 single beds as was with my son, was given a queen double bed which was far from ideal

Unfortunately even booking accommodation months before did not secure availability of a room with a view on a high floor

Booked a premium room & paid extra but very disappointed with the position of the room. Booking said high floor but we may as well have been in the basement - couldn't even see the sky from the window just looking at a blank concrete wall. Staff were not very helpful - we mucked up our parking but they did not advise on check in that we needed to move the car. Asked for directions to the rooftop bar but all we got was a thumb pointing around the corner with no advice on how to get in after 10 pm. The room was clean & tidy but for the price I would have expected a bit more.
