Overall the property suited my needs as a solo traveller. My room was very small and unfortunately the bedhead was right next to the lift well which was busy through the night. The first night I couldn't sleep however the second night I was so tired I could have slept in a subway and thus had a great sleep. Being situated close to Swanston Street, the busy asian food hub was the best! On the other side is the Melbourne shopping precinct with everything a shopper could want. The location is perfect!

Well located for Grand Prix trams. Comfortable room with all facilities. Not noisy! despite middle of CBD. Good breakfast. Even the lifts appeared to work and not be too busy

the staffs were nice and friendly. however, there was no cleaning for 3 days. the carpets were super dirty. behind the bed and lots visible areas had clear pill of dust. the beds were very uncomfortable . I have dust mite allergy and because of all the duats I couldn't sleep much. also everything was noisy, including fridge and aircon

Always love my stay with you but this time a little disappointed. Upon arrival we requested breakfast for 18.00 but when arriving to breakfast it hadn't been put through. Wasn't paying 30.00 a head as they couldn't sort it. If I wasn't staying only one night I would if requested a room change as our room backed onto the lift. Which was rather busy all night with school sports teams going up and down.

Every time we used it the shower in room 239 randomly surged from cold to very hot
