shower in bath was not good, not much pressure and separating hot and cold water taps make it inconvenient. also no drinking water or minimal amenities like dental kit

Hallway being painted with paint that was high fumes going into rooms. The room we paid $60 to upgrade for twins and then went to a different room with supposedly no fumes but they went through whole building down to ground floor. New room was smaller looked out on a pigeon filled shit in Crete Alan. Air conditioner did not work. Did not unpack but went straight to sister hotel Pullman and was treated beautifully. Could not get a refund on Mercure as was not booked directly but with trip.com. Never again. Do not recommend. Only good side staff was exceptional.
