Pre Booked evening meal and breakfasts, only to be told that restaurant doesn't do evening meals at Fri-Sun, attitude of the staff was tough it's a problem with the booking system. Have emailed a complaint, still waiting for a response and a copy of my invoice for the stay.

A comfortable stay with good staff. Food and drink on a limited menu was very good. A little improvement could be made with a spicier Beef Madras curry and the tea at breakfast being in a bigger cup. Water dispenser wasn't boiling and tea was warm not hot. The EV chargers in the car park were not working due to a very poor app(1.5/5). Would definitely stay again.

Average stay. breakfast isn’t great, used to have bottle water in the rooms, that’s now stopped. Staff are always helpful , and air con is always working. Rooms are dusty and need of decor upgrade. Bed linen is always clean. Can’t get invoice until you check out.
