Everything was amazing Staff incredible. Friendly, helpful, even the life guard was interacting with my children. Front desk were always smiling helpful and have a sense they were truly happy to welcome us. Room service was the quickest I have ever experienced I feel he has rocket shoes it was the first time I have never had to call a hotel for follow up. It was fantastic Only constructive feedback was breakfast It was disappointing for husband specially the next day of the stay when there was no fried egg. Only boiled egg hotdog fritta available For me personally the room was very cheap can not have all your baskets ticked But if fried eggs and labneh and a few cheese assorts was available at every breakfast I would of been very happy. Thank you for a wonderful stay Surely we will be returning.

Dr. Barber had to arrive at 6ish in the am because we were kicked out of our offices. She met a nice Filipino lady at reception. She made her aware that there were no rooms and that she needed to wait. Dr. Barber asked her if she had a meeting room she could use for her daily meeting classes. She was told that it needed to be reserved first. Dr. Barber said ok. She got her things, sat in the lobby, asked for help with the wifi and was off to a chair to sit in. A few minutes later, Isabelle came over to see if she wanted water or coffee. The Filipino lady came back over to see if she wanted tea or coffee. The Filipino woman returned with a place for Dr. Barber to get her work down, but construction needed to be done in the room. So, Dr. Barber was taken to another room. This office belonged to an administrator. Dr. Barber was very happy for the privacy with her classes because we could hear everything that was going on at the hotel while she was in her online classes. Dr. Barber wasn't able to express her gratitude to the young ladies whose office she was in because we could hear everything. We want to thank her for her patience. We really appreciate it. The restaurant staff was awesome as well. Isabelle gave Dr. Barber a complimentary breakfast and the kitchen staff gave her a really good breakfast. It was the efforts of Isabelle that we'd like to highlight. She showed Dr. Barber three rooms until Dr. Barber felt comfortable. Dr. Barber received the room she wanted. This is the kind of service we are used to her having. The only thing that was missing was a fruit platter with chocolates. She always gets this from every accor hotel she's been at. Other than that, we are very grateful for how you took care of her. April is her birthday month, so we always want her to feel extra special. Her birthday is on the 11th of April. May God continue to bless everyone and their family during this pandemic. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

Had an amazing night stay experience. Room was very spacious, clean with an amazing city view. The location of the hotel is easy access for restaurants, public transportation and even a shopping centre. Service was amazing! The lady from reception "JOYCE" was very friendly and helpful. As I said on my review on Booking.com, staff are pleasant, location is good, rooms are spacious, but rooms are not well-lit and dirty. I have posted pictures on the website of stains on the floor and bed sheets. I left early with no refund.

The check-in was great, Issabela was particularly attentive, Shafi provided warm welcome by engaging and offering any assistance required. The room given was specious and well-appointed and had nice floor to ceiling window which provided nice view and feel of openness. The bathroom area was quite specious too with standing shower, however, the water pressure from the overhead shower was undesirably low. The bed was comfortable and clean. The house keeping team doing great job in maintaining cleaning standards and do not miss out on details. Location is great to and most landmarks i.e. World Trade Center, Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach, Rashid Port , Museum etc. are on close driving proximity. Overall good place to stay and has value for money.

The experience was fine overall. Most of the staff were helpful. Our family was not able to be located in 2 closer rooms and that was a bit inconvenient for us. The rooms were not clean thoroughly everyday, we had sand in the corner of the bathroom for over 3 days. Breakfast was not a very comfortable experience as we had to be served Individually and it greatly depended on our server, some were extremely kind and served us well, one of the servers was particularly grumpy and served very little portions and seemed annoyed when we asked for more.
