- Very warm welcome on arrival by Mr. Shafi D. Sibomana/Front Office Manager and his friendly team. - Descent upgrade to a relatively quite corner suite, - Super nice staff such as Mr. Imran, Mr. Musa, Ms. Jessica (FO) , - Ms. Claris and Mr. Clyson (Street Cafe Restaurant) - and attentive Mr, Dim (HK) are all I tend to remember from this stay. As traveler using accor hotels i found this Hotel have an issue with isolation of outside sound , i can hear everything happened in the corridor or lobby , i can be sure the facilities was nice , good location , value of money and reception was great as usual , but the room was really noisy

Stayed for 1 week in a corner suite. Changed rooms after day 1, due to a noisy neighbour. This was not the hotels fault and they accommodated our request to change. Based on the experience of my Dubai visit I would be happy use the Jumeria Ibis Styles again. The suite we stayed in, 128, far exceeded my expectations. I do not normally stay in Ibis due to a poor trip elsewhere, so the size and cleanliness of our room came as a very pleasant surprise. This was a nice hotel for our family, though a slight negative was that the room walls were a bit thin and soundproofing wasn't great. Both managers we spoke with during our stay were very helpful and the cleaning staff who did are room were great- they would even place my son's teddy bear, sitting up on the bed after it was made. The location of the hotel was good for us (we have a car in Dubai) but it could be a little remote for anyone without transport, as there is no metro nearby. There is a hotel restaurant (good steaks) and other restaurants within walking distance. We went to a local Korean restaurant 1 minute walk away and it was very good, so a choice of eating options are available on site and within easy reach.

The staff for the meals was excellent: paying attention, very polite and highly efficient. At the reception: very helpful, I had to send a parcel and the lady at the reception managed to find me an empty box. The reception staff in general was assisting me in the best possible ways, also to provide information for my stay. Of course, it is part of their responsibility, but it happened in a very polite and efficient manner. Rooms are nice and price/quality ratio is very good! Location: approx. 15 min. by Taxi from World Trade Center (exhibitions)

The team is not supported as i wished, the smells of the coking are all over the hotel , bad smell for the towels

Busy hotel with poor facilities

We shared the room as 3 guests and the 3rd bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel was so busy for the nye. The staff was helpful but was very tired. The towels and toiletries were missing in the room. The first room offered was on a very smelly smoking floor with construction going on. Had to change the room twice. The breakfast was not good and the hotel was over booked. The facility looked old also.

for 6 days it was not possible to provide a hair dryer in the room (the staff said that it would be but it was not provided). several times approached the receptionist asked about possible gifts for the couple who just got married. but got no answer.

Overall my stay was good, but when i arrived the receptionist took too much time to complete the reservation. I requested for upper rooms but she given lower floor room. After travelling my self & family were too much tired & looking for quick reservation which couldn't happen. Rooms were very good & peaceful
