We had great experience with ibis during our stay. Much appreciated staff support upon request anything regardless. Very spacious room with nice interior. Heated pool was great experience for my kids especially during winter.

I stayed 4 nights (3 Jan to 7 Jan) the room was double and I mentioned that I need single bed as I was only one person, I select smoking room however the room from first day smell "not good". Moreover, the room light not working properly. I did inform the hotel help desk many times and they keep promising me every day they will transfer me to another room, which is not true. I stayed before in Ibis styles Airport and it was awesome.

Hotel location is ok, lobby looks good. When I arrived I approached the first desk asked the receptionist for check in, she replied, please wait ,..no issues I standed on the other side. Less than a minute some people came to the first desk and looks like she was free to handle them and see their inquiries but not me, nd this made me feel disappointed. Room was not ready upon arrival, we had to wait but it was not a Problem, thanks to Ahmed who was kind and approachable. The design in floor corridors looks a bit weirded, Room was very clean, but the lighting in the room was very weak. Bed was not that much comfortable. Swimming pool was good and lifeguard was very friendly. Appreciate the late check-out given. Overall stay was good.

Short drive from airport. Room was clean, however, water in shower never really heated up even though heater was switched on. No room service Although there were a few restaurants close by.

We always choose to stay here for staycation due to accessibility to the beach and parks. Last visit, the room next to us (couple with 4 teenage kids) were noisy at midnight singing and shouting. When we informed reception, the hotel staff ring our bell instead to check what was the complaint about when he can also hear the noise from yhe lobby. They were not able to do something about the noise.

+Big room with comfortable bed and chairs. +well located with bus stop going to all shopping malls or metro stations. -problem with housecleaners : sometimes don't come while absent and oblige to call them in evening to clean room, sometimes forgot to put the daily complimentary water bottles...

I enjoyed my stay at ibis style hotel Jumeirah, it was like home away from home. Had a lovely and lively experience. The breakfast was good, hospitality was nice and location isn't bad. My wife didn't want to leave, lol. But we would surely visit some other time. Generally, it was a memorable experience and fun all through our stay.

We’ve stayes in a suite room wirh my husband, 2 kids and sister in law. Everything is ok, the ambiance, the room, the toilet, and its clean.. but other than that the breakfast which was pack in a plastic container with the box. Its just onlu scrambled egg wirh one hashbrown, fried mushroom. The a little cornflakes with a small bottle of milk. Few cut fruits for desert. Which could have been more better and should have varieties to choose from.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, especially Fatumah and Isabelle at the reception. Room service was good too and measures to protect guests from Covid-19 are satisfactory. It will be great if the hotel can include airport pick-up and drop off as part of its services. In the rooms, the lights were quite dim. I suggest that the lights in the rooms should be brighter. Also the inclusion of live soccer games tv stations should be considered especially tv stations that show the English Premier League. Breakfast was excellent. In all, the hotel services were satisfactory
