Hello, Good Afternoon Sir/Madam I had a pleasant stay with excellent customer service from the reception team, who were attentive and welcoming throughout. A small improvement would be adding more in-room amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and lotion. Overall, it was a positive experience and I truly enjoyed my stay.
