Way too expensive for the in hotel benefits ( A can of Pepsi almost 6€ and the in hotel laundry for example a pair of socks for 7 AED when next to the hotel you could have the same service for only 1 AED. The room was good, clean but very uncomfortable having windows glued so they can not open.

I have now been to the Mercure Gold several times with my wife. I love this hotel. Everyone at this hotel is just fantastic! They do everything to make your stay so pleasant. Bettina, and others at the front desk are absolutely the best! Including the young lady from Sri Lanka at the front desk who is 21 years old. Just fantastic employees! This is why we come back to the Mercure Gold. And that is why I will come again in September.

Although the facilities are not 5 Star but the service and absolute co-operation from staff was amazing eventhough I had matrimonial issues as well, and they allowed my fiancee' to escape while in Quarantine

The staff are very accomodating specially those in the reception. The place is great. We love the room. It is nice that there is a bathtub, however if the shower space is slightly more bigger it would have been better compliment to the bathtub. I suggest that they should convert the TV to smart one with chromecast if possible. Hoping that it would be easy to display video or movie from our phone to the TV. It would be great if thats the case rather than no function television.

It was really good value about £26 per night. It’s very clean and rooms are nice with comfy bed and helpful staff. The area isn’t great (massage parlours which look a tad dubious and the hotel down seems to attract a lot of young women) but it’s safe and close to everything in taxi was about £5 to Dubai mall

All your staff are excellent especially Rizebelle, Joyce, Angelica and the filipino guy cleaning the 3rd floor room (don't know his name but he's 26). Very generous, courteous and helpful, the ladies at reception are a delight to talk to and deal with. I'm sure I'm not the only one praising them.
