This hotel really became my hotel, for the last month at least I'm stay twice a week. The best thing about this hotel is the staff they are so helpful and so lovely. I will try to remember their name (sorry of I forgot any name) From the Front office to be honest the whole team are so amazing like Angelica, Ahmed, Dilki, Sapana, and from HK my favourite Jay I tried to remember all names but to be honest the whole team they deserve the shout out. Thanks to the whole team for the friendly and amazing service.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here and would love to book again very soon. All the staff members were so professional and helpful, special thanks to Ms Angelica, she was so polite and supportive. However, I requested for the Tea Coffee Sugar to replenish and waited almost 1 hour and no one responded to my request, which made me lil disappointed. rest of the things as I said was so good. Spacious bathroom, rooms are clean and comfortable, location was good. I will definitely want to stay again. Good Job All the staff members....!!!!

this is my second stay in Mercure Gold Hotel Al Mina Road. for the second time, my stay was satisfactory. check in was excellent and as a Accor Gold member I got a room upgrade and a complimentary drinks. they served me at the room with a complimentary plate of Arabic sweets. room service is ok. still the service has to be enhanced. I asked for a bottle of wine and for the second time they guy brought the bottle without the opener so he had to come back again to open the bottle. check out was very smooth and easy. All safe measure are there but again the room was not very lean and you can find hand marks on the desk and tables. room wifi is free, easy to connect to and the speed is very good. amenity kits are perfect and everything is provided in the toilet . still didn't try food or drinks in the ground floor outlets but for sure will do the coming time.

All your staff are excellent especially Rizebelle, Joyce, Angelica and the filipino guy cleaning the 3rd floor room (don't know his name but he's 26). Very generous, courteous and helpful, the ladies at reception are a delight to talk to and deal with. I'm sure I'm not the only one praising them.
