We had a great stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice. The pool is clean and the lifeguards are very attentive and helpfull. I want to mention Andrew in particular. He is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast offers a large choice and is fresh. One point of improvement however, when we were arriving during the night, the woman at the reception desk, I think her name was Hope, was not very friendly. I had difficulties trying to understand her due to her speed of talking and accent. She refused however to talk slower upon my request. But for everything else, our stay was perfect.

We stayed at Fairmont Dubai for four nights and had a great experience overall. The location is a big plus, with the metro station right outside the hotel, which makes getting around Dubai very convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast spread had a good variety with fresh options each morning. What stood out most was the staff, courteous, polite, and always willing to help. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a property I would happily recommend for both business and leisure travel..

The checkin experience was good. Room was average and also overall the behavior of the staff was below average. No staff ever smiles. Taking a spoon from the restaurant was frowned upon, wanting to take tea to the room in the breakfast was stopped. These are some practices which we never saw especially in a 5 star hotel. Room quality with respect to a 5 star was substandard. Also for kids there is no activity at the hotel. The hotel had christmas decor but overall had no activities or celebrations. Also had ordered, food (room service) - White sauce Pasta - charged 120 AED for it and it was probably one of the worst pastas that i have ever tasted. For a room night which is a premium, i expect better quality.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Fairmont Dubai. The hotel is well located, right next to the metro (there is no noise to worry about). The rooms are very spacious. We had a room on the 32nd floor which offered us an unparalleled view across the north west of Dubai to the sea on the horizon. Very importantly breakfast was well catered, with a broad range of food.
