While the stuff is nice and helpful, room cosy and clean. I couldn’t sleep even if I was on 31st floor and I usually do not mind about the noise. I had troubles relaxing and it flet like the window was open because of the noise. AC even when you turn it off it s still working so it was freezing and finally last day I had breakfast and pastrami was smelly like really smelly, I told the team about it, they apologized and took it off but still I feel like these kind of things should not happen.

I didn't like it at all.. Service was really awful.. I called housekeeping twice, and in the end I came back to find that the room still wasn’t clean. A terrible experience. I’ve stayed at a 3-star hotel before and it was far better than this by miles. I will never choose to stay at this hotel again, honestly

It is good but it is not getting better. First of all terasse is no longer available and no Arguileh. Food is not up to the regular standard as im used to it in buffet.
