From the beginning of our stay at Fairmont Dubai staff went above and beyond what we expected. We arrived with no luggage as it got left behind in Nairobi. Staff were really helpful with the concierge helping us follow up with Emirates to have our luggage returned to us. A huge thank you to Farar who was supportive and helpful as we needed to find some basic items until our luggage was returned. He gave us directions and suggestions of where we could go to be able to get some basic items we needed, he also helped us with directions and instructions on exploring Dubai and seeking food places that were in easy distance to the hotel. We had great eating experiences in the Cascade dining room, where we again received excellent service from all staff that we had interactions with while at the hotel.
We found all staff to be very friendly and genuinely helpful. We hope to visit Fairmont hotel again next year but for a longer stay next time.

We had a great time staying in the hotel . Bed and pillows are so comfortable and food at breakfast buffet is superb. Perfect location as its just few steps away from the metro. Hotel staff specially the housekeeping team are very polite and for the breakfast buffet staff they explain very well the details of food section in the breakfast buffet. Overall the staff are very accommodating.. place is very clean and tidy.. definitely i will recommend this hotel.. please extend my appreciation to your team and keep up the good.work.thank you so much !
