This is not my first time staying at Fairmont Dubai. I believe this is my fifth stay at the same hotel, and possibly my third time staying in room 3012.
Everything has been excellent. For me, this is by far the best hotel. The service, attention to detail, follow-up, and the wonderful staff are all exceptional.
A very special thank you to Mr. Yazan Al-Abadi, who is always incredibly helpful and supportive. He assists us even before we arrive in Dubai, taking care of our reservations as well as those of our guests, and continues to look after us throughout our stay.
He is truly professional, attentive, and wonderful to deal with. His exceptional service always makes our experience at Fairmont Dubai even more special and complete.

Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent stay and the commitments that were communicated to me prior to my arrival.
During the phone call before my arrival, I clearly emphasized that I did not want a room on a high floor. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was initially given a room on a high floor. However, I do appreciate that your team later assisted me and kindly changed my accommodation to a suite on a lower floor.
During the same phone conversation, I was also informed that I would be offered a better room at a good rate, together with the benefit of early check-in and late check-out. I accepted the arrangement based on these assurances.
Unfortunately, when I later went to renew my room key, I was surprised to be informed by the reception staff that I had only one hour remaining and that I was required to check out by 3:00 PM. I explained the details of the previous phone conversation and the late check-out that had been promised to me. Initially, the staff member did not seem convinced, and only after an uncomfortable discussion was my check-out extended until 4:00 PM.
I would like to emphasize that the issue is not simply about an additional hour. What disappointed me most was being placed in a situation where I had to argue with a member of the reception team over something that had already been promised by the hotel.
As a guest, I should not be made to feel as though I am asking for a special favor or trying to negotiate for something that was clearly offered to me beforehand. This made the situation uncomfortable and, unfortunately, affected my overall impression of the service.
I believe that commitments made to guests should be properly recorded and communicated between the relevant departments so that guests are not placed in such an embarrassing or uncomfortable position.
I am sharing this feedback because I expected a higher level of communication and professionalism from your hotel, and I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
