Wonderful 2 nights at Fairmont Dubai. Everything about this hotel is fabulous, staff induced. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Dubai. The rooms were very well taken care of and up to date. I had two amazing massages during my stay as well. The front desk staff and the concierge were so nice and accommodating. I was not that impressed with the breakfast. It felt mediocre and the coffee options were not very tasty. I usually love an intercontinental breakfast, but this one left me dissatisfied. Also, the restaurant where it is served is very dark and depressing. It could use a facelift. The only other issue I had was during the unfortunate Iran missile emergency alerts that happened during my stay, I went to the lobby level for safety. Upon finding a staff member who appeared to be the night manager, I asked how to get to the basement for shelter. He not only would not answer the question, but laughed at me. This was very distressing. Only when a man came over to ask the same thing, did he answer him. The answer was "it is up to the hotel's discretion to evacuate to the basement and we are not doing that at this time". I did not appreciate this interaction at all.

Well located just opposite Metro, very close to Museum of future and Burj Khalifa. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. We was in HB . The breakfast was satisfactory but the dinner or lunch didn't reach our expectations. The menu was very short and the quality was not for a 5* hotel. The deposit takes few days to be released.

I've found the place perfect to stay, very close to Dubai Mall and other important avenues. Rooms are spacious & well maintained. Staff is courteous right from reception, housekeeping and restaurant during the breakfast. The only thing I wish to highlight is the vegetarian breakfast variety to be increased.

This was my first trip to Dubai and being an Accor loyalist, I had chosen Fairmont because of the positive reviews and the location of the hotel to all the tourist spots. It was supposed to be a 4 night stay however due to the situation , I had to extend it to 7 nights. I had booked a One Bedroom Suite and it was neat and clean. It was very spacious and my daughter enjoyed during the whole stay as she had ample area to play. Being vegetarian, we requested for some Indian vegetarian items for breakfast and the chefs (Aashish and Sherif) were kind enough to prepare it for us. Housekeeping staff did the job well for keeping the suite neat and clean and up to the mark. With the situation that happened in UAE during our stay, we had to extend for a few days ( we did not know for how long we would have to extend). However the prices were too high as compared to the previous stay that I had booked. Even though the UAE govt advised that the hotels should extend the bookings at the same price, but I had to pay the extra price. Mr. Ankit Jadhav was kind enough to let us continue in the same suite even after me making a reservation for the room category. One suggestion that I have is to introduce more Indian dishes in the IRD menu given the number of Indian guests that stay at the property.
