i am a gold member. we had 2 rooms, one single and one for 2 kids and 2 adults. the room where i stayed with the kids had no coffee machine, it was very old and in need of an update. the other room was looking better. the staff was not speaking english. it was our second stay and definitely the first one was much better.

The hotel is well located with lots of parking. Some staff members are lacking a smile and are young and inexperience. They need some training. The pool section is great and would benefit from jet tub instruction to function. The restaurant is awesome price wise and staff wise. We appreciated the number of lifts and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Everything was perfect ,except for a moldy smell in the bathroom, it was very clean though. Also was really difficult to get hot water from the shower.

Unfortunately the telephone number on your correspondences didn’t work and we had to take a $16 euro taxi to get to the hotel. How would someone from the U.S. know that the 33 at the beginning of the phone number turns to a 03 while in France.
