I stayed at this hotel as part of a professional group booking and, unfortunately, the arrival experience was very disappointing. Despite prior communication regarding late check-ins and confirmation that rooms would be pre-assigned, the process on arrival (around 11pm) was disorganized. Several reservations could not be located, and the night staff seemed unaware of the group. This resulted in long waiting times and confusion at reception. More concerning, one of the rooms allocated via the ALL app was already occupied, which led to an uncomfortable situation. In addition, some booking inconsistencies (including a duplicate reservation that had been cancelled in advance) contributed to the overall lack of available rooms. As a result, even after midnight, one guest was still without a room. It appeared there had been a breakdown in communication between day and night teams, and the reception staff indicated they had limited information to work with. This created a difficult and somewhat embarrassing situation, especially as we had recommended the hotel to colleagues and partners. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better coordination and preparation would significantly improve the guest experience.

My card did not work and I had to return to reception three times to get it fixed. No apology was offered by the person - if anything she seemed annoyed. She told me the card had stopped working because I keep it close to my other credit cards. The next days I had the same issue, even though I had kept it away from any magnetic sources. Same person was overall was rude. She was a young woman with black glasses and black hair.
