First experience at this hotel when we arrived for our holidays the hotel was so clean and bedrooms so comfortable we decided to book it for our last night before departure. They didn't have the family bedroom this time so we had two bedrooms located next to each other it was very nice! Very important information if you ask for the free shuttle at our arrival, as soon as you get you luggages you call the reception of the hotel and in 10 minutes the mini bus will be waiting for you outside BUT at the queue of the taxi line outside. Very important to know because we were waiting at the beginning and they couldn't find us and the situation became a bit complicated fortunately I'm French and could communicate properly to avoid even more misunderstanding... !

Thank you! Nice hotel with pool, friendly staff, modern Equipment, gorgeous breakfast. If I would mention one only detail, the door 1229 is not closing properly by itself and requires some tuning. Best Regards Laurent

It was very convenient to stay here when we had an early flight at the Basel airport. The shuttle was easy to take, both when we arrived at the airport and when we left in the morning. The hotel responded quickly to an email I sent asking for directions in taking the shuttle, and they offered step by step instructions. The hotel is very nice, clean and modern, and very quiet. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Excellent hotel at a very good price.
