We found this hotel to be a real gem. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from. The restaurant was so good we ate here 3 nights out of our 5 night stay. Excellent position if you are attending for the Lisbon half marathon 😀 Staff were always friendly and courteous.

No iron in room. Asked at reception and had it for a few hours then cleaner took bag while we were out. No bar at all this is a dry hotel sorry not for me. Food could not get any for two nights and only there for three. Said fully booked. No other restaurant near. Had to go the Lidl next door to eat a sandwich. An hour later went for a walk and restaurant still had plenty of free tables. Poor service. Bed had and give me pain in back. Water only given for one day. Not 4 star standard at all.

It was a good location for my week of work in Almada Naval Base, but 2 experiences made it a not so good experience. Smoke smell from other rooms at 5th. floor and Airport transfer ordered from reception was a very small private car, which only just had room for 2 passengers and 2 suitcases.

Hotel is very comfortable and good location for visiting tourist sites and near to large shopping mall with many fine shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

In fact, our hotel was thoroughly renovated according to the latest trends and additional facilities with 23 m2 rooms to provide the utmost comfort for all who stay with us, the free covered parking, close to the famous 25 de Abril bridge between our city of Almada and the center of Lisbon just 10 km away. The hotel is also a step away from a local supermarket and metro station from where you can reach quickly to the center of Almada and then Cacilhas with typical seafood restaurants beside the river with view to Lisbon and the ferryboats to Lisbon (Cais de Sodré). We are 5 minutes taxi ride from the "Almada Forum" shopping center, one of the best and largest in Lisbon. We are equally pleased to know that the attentive service contributed to a positive experience. That is precisely our goal: to make a difference in every detail.
