While we are pleased that you found our location convenient and appreciated the friendliness of our breakfast team, we regret that several aspects of your stay left you disappointed. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the bathroom and the maintenance issues you encountered, including the broken tiles and paintwork. Your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams so that appropriate actions can be taken. We also understand your disappointment regarding the size of the room and the lack of comfortable common areas. As our hotel is located in a typical Parisian building, room sizes can be more compact than some guests expect, but we appreciate that this may not have matched your expectations when booking. We are equally sorry that the service at reception did not feel as warm and welcoming as it should have. Providing genuine hospitality is one of our priorities, and your remarks will be discussed with the team as part of our continuous improvement efforts. Regarding sustainability, we appreciate your observations. Dear Mr C., Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis Styles Paris Eiffel Cambronne. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience you encountered. We fully understand your frustration and disappointment, particularly given the late hour of the incident, your early flight the following morning, and the health circumstances of your travel companion. The failure of the air conditioning in your room was already an unfortunate situation; however, what is most concerning in your account is the way the issue was handled. The repeated delays, the lack of clear communication, the unanswered calls to reception, and the uncertainty surrounding the alternative accommodation process clearly did not meet the standards of service that our guests are entitled to expect from us. We are also deeply sorry that you were left feeling unsupported during what became a stressful and exhausting situation. Having to identify an alternative hotel yourself and wait until after 1:00 AM to be relocated is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the absence of timely management support and the lack of proactive resolution have been taken very seriously and will be reviewed internally with the teams concerned. We also regret the difficulties encountered during the payment process when making your reservation, as well as your perception of the service provided by some members of our team. Your feedback highlights several areas where improvement is necessary, particularly regarding communication, responsiveness, and guest assistance during unexpected incidents. While we are pleased that an alternative accommodation solution was eventually arranged, we fully acknowledge that this came far too late and did not compensate for the inconvenience, discomfort, and loss of rest you experienced.
