1) We were not informed that there was no hot water supply on one of the night. When hot water supply was restored, we weren't informed as well. I understand that it was a Sunday and there was only one staff on duty - the staff tried very very hard to fix the situation, which is very commendable. But as a system, unexpected to have such breakdown and many hours to fix it. 2) The room is really small - should have made it clear in the marketing info, and with pictures showing correct size perspective. If I had known the size to be so small, I would have selected another Accor accommodation. 3) Bath towels look and feel well worn for a hotel. Should replace bath towels with newer ones. 4) Bath liquid in my room was not topped up on first night of stay (bottle was clearly empty). The one in the second room was never topped up, although it was clearly empty. 5) Breakfast was ok. 6) Cleanliness in hotel and rooms were good. Decor was also reasonably good. 7) Location of the hotel was good (to Metro, Eiffel Tower, and eateries)

Good! Great place to relax after a great day of walking/explore Paris. Great Clean Room, Clean beds, Just The Bathroom are too tight. Great localization (about 100 meters of Cambrone Metro Station), and near Eiffel Tower. Great cost x benefit.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and the Eiffel Tower. However, the room is too small for three people, there is neither a water kettle, nor a mini bar, the closet, if you can call it that, is so big that one person might be able to pack it. The breakfast is quite solid, I was delighted with the fresh orange juice, but the breakfast room is too small and it gets really crowded. I also had an unpleasant experience with thumbing, where the hotel kept the reserved funds on my account for a week after paying the bill and staying there. All in all, I would not stay there again.

The hotel is a budget option, and the price is relatively high for its category. The location is good, close to the main points of interest. Cleanliness in the room and common areas is adequate. The staff is the hotel's strong point, being very friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. In particular, Lounes helped me change my room, understanding that I needed a quieter and more comfortable one, which made my stay much more pleasant. Upon arrival, I was very tired, and his gesture was truly appreciated.
