Shocking, do not book. Filthy, dirty, blocked loos, no hot water for 2 days. They have denied any issues. How on earth they have passed any health and safety checks, is beyond me.

Comfortable beds and a very cosy atmosphere. The hotel is in a great location, close to Cambronne metro and within a short walk of the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, and there were some cleanliness issues - we noticed leftover crumbs in a vase. Unfortunately, the water also didn’t get properly warm during our stay. Overall, a nice location and comfortable sleep, but some improvements are needed.

1) We were not informed that there was no hot water supply on one of the night. When hot water supply was restored, we weren't informed as well. I understand that it was a Sunday and there was only one staff on duty - the staff tried very very hard to fix the situation, which is very commendable. But as a system, unexpected to have such breakdown and many hours to fix it. 2) The room is really small - should have made it clear in the marketing info, and with pictures showing correct size perspective. If I had known the size to be so small, I would have selected another Accor accommodation. 3) Bath towels look and feel well worn for a hotel. Should replace bath towels with newer ones. 4) Bath liquid in my room was not topped up on first night of stay (bottle was clearly empty). The one in the second room was never topped up, although it was clearly empty. 5) Breakfast was ok. 6) Cleanliness in hotel and rooms were good. Decor was also reasonably good. 7) Location of the hotel was good (to Metro, Eiffel Tower, and eateries)

Great cost x benefit near Eiffel Tower

Good! Great place to relax after a great day of walking/explore Paris. Great Clean Room, Clean beds, Just The Bathroom are too tight. Great localization (about 100 meters of Cambrone Metro Station), and near Eiffel Tower. Great cost x benefit.
