Great location and a friendly, attentive reception, which made a good first impression. However, the air conditioning in room 204 wasn’t working, and the toilet flush was very weak, which ended up impacting the overall experience.

Your staff is incredibly friendly, something I rarely experience in larger hotels. It really gives a warm, family-like feeling. The stay was disappointing overall. The room and bathroom were poorly maintained, check‑in was slow, and basic amenities were missing. Staff was unavailable at night. The location is convenient, but the hotel is only suitable for a very short stay. We spent 20min waiting for someone at the front desk to get our second key for the room that wasn't available at check in time.

The room was very small. It doesn't look like that in the photos.
