Top located, close to several main Paris attractions, but the service is to be (vastly) improved. Starting from the Reception desk (first impression counts you know, and there I noticed most gaps, starting from overall general cordiality and hospitality, to providing more specific tips and recommendations). Media selection is to be vastly expanded (we're in 2025). During my stay not a single time I was asked for a feedback or improvement idea, totally underwhelming performance on that front. It seems you don't even care if client's expectations were met or not. And that's a pity.
