Booked as it's part of Accor Group :( Worst service. Reception wouldn't answer phone. Was asked to call back in 10 minutes once! Have to go down to get whatever you need. No toiletries provided!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I really wanted to. I am so happy that I stayed at this hotel — the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I asked for a higher floor and a better view because it was my birthday, and they really took my request into account. It was amazing to enjoy such a beautiful view every evening — just wow 😍 Everything I needed was in the room, and everything was very clean. I think we will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Thanks so much !!

Overall, our stay was not pleasant. The room was extremely small, and once we opened our suitcases, there was hardly any space to move around. The reception rarely answered our calls, forcing us to go down personally even for small requests, and the staff often appeared unfriendly or borderline rude. Basic amenities such as daily water bottles and essential replenishments—expected from any standard hotel, especially one under the Accor group—were not provided. Additionally, there was no room cleaning at all during our entire five-day stay, which was highly disappointing.

A great two room apartment on the 24th floor, with expansive window views to the Eiffel Tower. Nicely fitted out and functional.

Only one elevator was working and our room was right near it. The noise kept us up all night. Also, they don’t replenish coffee pods in the Appartment and they only replace towels if you stay 7 days.
