Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Eiffel Tower 4 stars

THE ROOM THAT I WAS PROVIDED (1413) HAD A HORRIBLE TOBACCO SMELL. EVEN AFTER LEAVING, MY CLOTHES AND LAPTOP BAG WERE KEEPING THAT SMELL FOR 2 DAYS.

It was a great view but our point was getting to the hotel and relax but floor and bathroom was so dirty that I was scare to sleep on those beds, the person in the lobby was great very helpful but rooms was disgusting, I am sorry to tell, but I am a travel agent and I am scare to recommend this hotel to my clients,

No hot water the first night. Leak in the bathroom for 2 days which made the apartment smell like mildew. No extra towels. Carpet in the hallway was dirty and discolored like it was previously wet and never cleaned after.

My stay overall was okay. What I liked was the location of the hotel. IBI the receptionist was very helpful. The room was pretty much okay.

Upon checking in we were rudely greeted by reception, €25 taken from my card without my approval (I get charged for using this card abroad). Got into the room and it was very dimly lit with the skirting board hanging off and ceiling panel falling off. The room was dirty with stains in the bed and towels. Very unhappy.

The hotel is unclean The staff is not helpful and courteous The payment through card was charged twice and we had to follow up for reversal

The room need to upgrade add more light. Room is too dark. We had 12 travelers and booked 3 rooms but none of us can see anything in the room. We couldn’t find out clothes and can’t see anything around, so unconvenience. Also the hallway and the room is so smelly of the mold, not good for the health. We wouldn’t come back if it not upgraded or recommend to anyone.

I was guest for 4 nights,no cleaning at all,dirty toilet and all bathroom.Same good location and amenities,in rest nothing!

Initial reception was somewhat disappointing as the room I thought was reserved online didn’t match the room I received at check in. The male receptionist at checkin was not very helpful but another receptionist told me to come back in the morning and check for the possibility of an change in room. The reason this was so important was that my daughter would be visiting my wife and I in Paris and spending the night so we needed a room with a sofa bed. I spoke to Lillian in the morning and she was able to upgrade my room to one with a sofa bed and marvelous view of the Eiffel Tower. I cannot thank Lillian enough for understanding and the ability to resolve my problem.

A great holiday stay in Paris! Hotel was in a great location, close to attractions and metro.

The Adagio Hotel has no housekeeping service. But the manager entered the room without knocking. And rudely shouted at me and my wife. I asked him why he was here. I showed my keys but she went out without an apology. And I protested but made me a strange person. I have seen many reviews of the number of thieves in Adagio and I am sure she is a thief.

On my arrival, I asked for an early check in but was denied. I came back around 3pm and was given a room. Then on the third day, there was water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. I could not use the bathroom. It was fixed, but I was told to change a room on Sunday. Apart from this incident, the stay was very nice. Most of the reception staff were very polite and helpful. If I may, I would like to ask for better cleaning.
