We have experienced the long queue at checkin. It would be very nice it is resolved.

Great location, good room equipment and design. A lot of mold in the room (windows, bathrooms). Luggage room, elevators and reception were overcrowded and with long lines.

Great being able to see the Eiffel tower from our window, but the room was too hot (and we were told we couldn’t change the temp), one of the lifts weren’t working, which meant every lift wait was at least 10 minutes and no air con while waiting either. Incredibly expensive to store our bags as well. The staff were lovely however.

The VRBO ad used to advertise this hotel said that the rooms have a view of the Eiffel Tower and a laundry. However, upon check-in, we were told this was not the case. We were very disappointed. The room was clean and somewhat spacious compared to others in the area. We still enjoyed our stay and had easy access to a grocery store a couple blocks away, a Korean store next-door to the hotel, and public transportation nearby.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We booked two rooms for five people on the first night and a two-bedroom apartment for the second. While we understood the need to change rooms, having to check out and check back in was incredibly inconvenient, particularly when late checkout was refused even at an additional cost. Breakfast was included on the first night but not the second. The accommodation was old, dirty and poorly maintained, with blocked toilets in every apartment, no ironing facilities, unbearably hot common areas and an unusable pool area. We reported these issues, but staff seemed completely uninterested. Having worked in the airline industry, I found the overall standard of accommodation and customer service appalling.

Room was fine but wont stay here again. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful in my interactions with them. Didnt find the location as convenient except to go to Eiffel tower.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from an Accor property. When we arrived at our room, the dishwasher was continuously beeping and a light was flickering. We had to go downstairs to reception to report the issue, after which a technician came to attend to the dishwasher. However, approximately an hour later, the dishwasher started beeping again. As there was no technician available at that time, we had to work out how to resolve the issue ourselves. The condition of the hotel was also disappointing. The hallways were extremely hot and felt like a sauna. Additionally, only one lift was operational, resulting in waits of more than 15 minutes just to get a lift. We were staying as a group of three, yet the sofa bed was not prepared for our arrival. We had to work out how to set it up ourselves, which I believe should have been done before we arrived. I subsequently stayed at another Accor group aparthotel during the same trip, and the sofa bed there was already properly set up and ready for use. Once we eventually managed to set up the sofa bed, it was dirty and there was no linen provided. The phone in our room also did not work, meaning we were unable to contact reception from the room. I had to repeatedly go downstairs to reception because no one would answer when I called from my mobile phone. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. There were also not enough towels provided for three guests. When I requested additional towels, I was told that I would have to pay for them, which I found completely unreasonable given that the room was booked for three people. Overall, the experience was very poor, particularly considering the standard I would expect from an Accor property. We experienced multiple maintenance issues, inadequate preparation of the room, insufficient amenities, very poor accessibility due to the lift situation, and disappointing customer service. The only positive aspect of our stay was the view from the room. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the numerous issues we experienced.

The room was large to handle big luggages and a kid for usage. Having a kitchenette was a big plus when came to cooking for the little one. Some of the equipments do not work properly like clogged sinks but maintenance eventually get it done so a little bit of patience is needed for this hotel. But seriously for what you are paying, it’s fine. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood compared to central Paris but you get the neighbourhood feel.

Location was fine but for what I paid I expected more. First, the tub and the toilet were both clogged. The elevators did not work consistently and I was on the 17th floor. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, the air conditioner did not work well, and I had an obstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. For how much I paid I was beyond disappointed with all of the issues at this hotel

Overall, the place was ok. The staff were extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean, but you can see that it required some maintenance. During our stay, the temperature outside of our unit was hot and uncomfortable. Breakfast option was good and would recommend as an add on.

The apartment is well planned, all necessities are in place, we had a comfortable stay. A couple of small things: the bath tub is high, and stepping into it is a problem for short, elderly or handicapped people; the shower head had no regulator of flow. Other than that, an apartment was fine. Another big issue during our staying was the building's elevators. A few times we had to use a second bank elevators accessible through four doors to get up or down because one or both elevators in our bank did not work.

The lobby and check in/check out process was very easy. But for the price of the hotel, the small and worn down hotel rooms was very disappointing. In addition we had views of the Eiffel Tower however, the windows were so dirty and disgusting. What was the point of having it?

Disappointing stay, not what I expected from a brand like Adagio We recently stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. I am sharing the details so other travellers know what to expect. Check in and reception Check in was easy and quick, which was a good start. However, the reception was always very busy, and it was often hard to get help when we needed it. Room cleanliness The room was not clean when we arrived. When we raised this with reception, a cleaner was sent up, but she did not speak English, so it was difficult to explain what needed to be done. Even after the cleaning, the sofa still had coffee spills on it and toffee wrappers lying around it. Kitchen The utensils were very dirty, and some of them, including a pan, were burnt. There was no salt, pepper or coffee provided, so we had to buy everything ourselves. The gas stove was old and there were no instructions on how to use it. The reception staff did help us turn it on, which I appreciated, but basic instructions should be in the room. There were also no spare garbage bags in the kitchen. Bathroom The bathroom refills were very limited. The toiletries were of poor quality. The shampoo left our hair in a bad state and the soap was very hard to rinse off. Laundry The washer and dryer only accepted cash. When we tried to use them, our cash got stuck and the machine never started. WiFi The WiFi was extremely slow. Something that would normally take me five minutes to upload took the whole day. I was surprised that such a well known brand would have such poor internet even when the WiFi signal was full. Breakfast There were very limited vegetarian options at breakfast. Other facilities The infused water jugs near reception were always empty in the afternoon, every time we went to fill up during our stay. The swimming pool was also very hard to find, and there was no clear signage to it. Overall The location is convenient, but the cleanliness, kitchen setup, facilities and WiFi need serious improvement. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better. I would not stay here again unless these issues are fixed.

We booked two weeks at Adagio while i attended a nearby language school. We paid for an upgraded room one-bedroom apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The view did not disappoint! The space was clean and well-appointed. Elevators were busy, but not problematic. They were out of service for several hours one day (a frequent occurrence per other reviews), causing us to walk down 29 flights of stairs. Apart from that, all went well. The AC was a bit feeble, but that is typical in Europe. We had to keep blinds and drapes closed in the morning hours when the sun shined on that side of the building, kind of defeating the purpose of the view. I wouldn't want to stay there during a heatwave. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and friendly. A few odd things: there is no towel bar in the room with the toilet. The only place for a towel is balanced on the edge of the sink, but that is oddly common in France. The kitchen lacked storage space for food we bought, so we had to leave it piled on the glass cooktop that we never used. There were no drawers for unpacking suitcases, but there were shelves in the closet. If there were four people using the room, its advertised capacity, I have no idea where others would put their clothes. With just two people with a normal amount of luggage we were hard pressed to find adequate space for our things.

I chose this hotel because of its location close to the Eiffel Tower as I joined the Paris Varsailles run. I was with my husband and 2 children and we got an apartment with a living room and 1 bedroom. The room was big, in a high floor, with an amazing view to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was also very good with many options. There was a video to explain how to open the sofa bed, which I would have preferred it to be already open as I informed that we would arrive late. The elevators are very slow and not enough for the number of apartments.
