Unfortunately not a great experience. Aircon didn’t work. Lights. Plugs. Lifts. Smelled of smoke. Very long wait at reception then being spoken over in French. Not a good experience. Emails ignored

Please work on improving the air conditioning system in the rooms, elevators and public areas. This is a must in hot weather, which has become more frequent in Paris and Europe than before.

We enjoyed our stay here, staff were friendly and helpful with any concerns we had. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchette. Location was good ,bonus bus 30 stops right outside the hotel. Price was reasonable for what we had. Monoprix just a couple blocks away. Close to several Metro stations and the Eiffel tower. Would stay again.

We booked a two bedroom apartment. It was very expensive (about 700 us dollars per night). I guess we were expecting a little more out of this unit. Nowhere in the description were we told that the apartment would be two floors with a narrow winding staircase. I wish we would have been told about the "two bathroom" setup. we were expecting two full bathrooms. Instead there was a powder room downstairs. then a full bath upstairs with a shower/bath combo that was almost impossible to use. I am relatively young and healthy but I do have some previous orthopedic surgeries. I almost fell getting in and out of the "shower" in the second bathroom. There were not grab bars! Plus it was very deep and narrow without a shower door or curtain. the bathroom floor would end up completely soaked and I would have to use most of the towels to clean up the mess before I slipped. The bathroom sink almost never drained so I had to constantly pull the plug out. The air conditioning was minimal. We were not able to control the temp of the unit. It was on the top floor and the unit was barely tolerable during a heat wave. The kitchen was another issue. the fridge barely worked. Plus the door would not close completely unless we pushed hard. The dishwasher barely cleaned the dishes. Overall it was just average for the amount of money that we paid. We understand that the French Open was going on and this hotel was a partner. hence the demand and the price.
