Well situated with easy walking route to Eiffel Tower. Very comfortable room with all necessary amenities. I would recommend however for a family of 4 that bathroom soap containers be filled.

Hotel is at a great location. Breakfast was really good. Had communication issues with hotel staff in general as they barely understood English especially reception staff. I would not rate cleanliness as good though. Pool was too cold as well.

i have lived one of my worst experience due to the elevator. out of 4 elevators, only 2 were working for the 2 buildings. people had to wait sometimes 20 minutes to go up and/or down. my family and i got stuck for about 10 minutes inside the elevator (alonf=gside other families). When i complaint to the front desk he said literally "it is what it is.. sorry".

Great front desk personnel, only one elevator working during my 7 day stay, one bedroom had plenty of room for two people, could use a room update and bathtub was extremely slippery. AC worked great during the 100 degree heatwave!

Overall, the stay was disappointing. The air‑conditioning in the living room didn’t work, and the bedroom unit wasn’t sufficient, leading to uncomfortable heat and poor sleep. Public areas, including the lift lobby, were extremely hot, with long waiting times. Reception was consistently backed up, and a check‑in mistake added to the frustration. Breakfast felt chaotic and unpleasant. The pool and gym were a shock, with clear maintenance issues and poor equipment. Finally, access control felt inadequate, as key‑card entry didn’t prevent free flow through the building and reception was out of sight, making the property feel insecure.

The only 2 good positive feedback from this stay are: Jean-Louis (from the Front Office Team who really took care of us at any point) and Location was Excellent. The rest: apartments need a huge renovation and the entire hotel requires alot of maintenance (escalators, toilets, etc....)

We were able to check in early which was great after a long flight. Room was spacious and had a great view. Not the cleanest ever, but we were ok. Location is close to a supermarket and a mall. A bit far from the attractions, but a doable walk.

Clean rooms, great staff. Don’t count on the pool. Close to the Eiffel Tower, cafés and a Monoprix grocery store with more than you can imagine. Our daily walk to the Tower took us 15-20 minutes. (We’re in our early 70’s). This was our daily commute and then we opted for on/off buses. Enjoy

I am vert pleased with the stay. Having a small kitchen when we have kids is very useful. Before booking when I read the reviews, people have mentioned that they have to wait for long for the lift but it was not the case and lift is very fast so it hardly mattered. TV was not working but when we raised issue, a guy came and fixed it instantly. I will definitely refer this Aparthotel Adagio Paris Eiffel to all my friends. I am very happy with the stay and my family loved it. I will also emphasize to book an Eiffel Tower view room, if you can, because when ever you look out of the huge windows, no matter which room, you always see the Eiffel Tower which is breathtaking and always reminds you that you are near the Eiffel Tower in France. The hotel is in a great position however the staff were extremely rude and not at all helpful or welcoming, the air conditioning was extremely poor and noisy, no one came to repair the lift during the five days of my stay and the laundry facilities didn’t work and the staff were not prepared to help.
