I was a little shocked when I arrived at 1am with kids after a delayed flight and was told to make our own pull-out bed for them. I have never had to do that before at any serviced apartment or hotel. Heater was set way to hot and nothing could be adjusted or cooling was broken. Lights kept going off in the hallway while waiting for lift. Breakfast was meant to start at 7am but was never ready at 7 and was way way to busy! For the amount of money we paid per night and given the supposed 4 stars, I expected a lot more! Won't be back.
