Overall, our stay was not pleasant. The room was extremely small, and once we opened our suitcases, there was hardly any space to move around. The reception rarely answered our calls, forcing us to go down personally even for small requests, and the staff often appeared unfriendly or borderline rude. Basic amenities such as daily water bottles and essential replenishments—expected from any standard hotel, especially one under the Accor group—were not provided. Additionally, there was no room cleaning at all during our entire five-day stay, which was highly disappointing.

A great two room apartment on the 24th floor, with expansive window views to the Eiffel Tower. Nicely fitted out and functional.

Only one elevator was working and our room was right near it. The noise kept us up all night. Also, they don’t replenish coffee pods in the Appartment and they only replace towels if you stay 7 days.

Everything was perfect except for the bed. It is two single beds pushed together to make a double. There should be clips or something to hold the beds together other than just the sheets. Beds kept separating.

Beautiful Eiffel Tower view at a much better price than other hotels offering similar views. The room was small, but the view was completely worth it. The studios also have a small kitchenette, which is surprisingly useful for late-night cravings. Great location with a convenience store next door, a bus stop right outside, and a lovely bakery just 5 minutes away. Note: the hotel charges extra for larger towels and cleaning.
