We stayed for 21 days in Paris. We booked a Accessible Room by email & asked for a walk in shower. A photo of walk in shower was sent to us so we booked this room. Upon arrival we were given a standard room with shower/bath combo. After speaking to Reception & waiting hours we were given a accessible room. The rest of our stay was good but we had problems with the coin operated laundry & had to go across the road Laundromat to get our clothes washed. The neighbourhood has everything close by, easy walk for supplies, restaurants, shopping centre. The pool was fantastic during the recent heatwave.

When we arrived, we had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from overseas. There wasn't a dolly available to help us get our luggage up to our room. In addition , there was only one elevator working , so it took us several trips to get everything and everyone upstairs. When we arrived in the room, we noticed that several of the outlets in several rooms were not working.\n We called downstairs to ask for maintenance. And they stated that maintenance was not available. The bathroom upstairs flooded twice while we were there. We again asked for maintenance and again. We're told that they were not available. We then asked for another room. We\nThen asked for assistance to get to the new room sense.We had a lot of stuff and two people in their nineties , traveling with us , we were told there was no one help us.

The internet is useless, and you have to pay for everything, from towels to room cleaning. Not to mention that if you want to leave your luggage for a couple of hours, it costs an extra €7 per bag. They seem to want to charge you for every little thing, even breathing. The worst part is that I paid more than €200 per night only to be charged extra for everything (and for poor quality, too, since the entire hotel smells awful and there’s no way to ventilate the room because the windows don’t open). Paris has much better options. It’s very disappointing that this is part of the Allacor chain.
