Room needs some updates, but over all spacious and comfortable. Our actual bedroom did not have an AC and we asked for it to be fixed several times, but no one ever came, which made sleeping a bit warm. Great views of the Eiffel tower

The hotel is close to the eiffel tower, but definitely on a very ugly location. The room is large for 3 people, but with very old and tired appliances and EXTREMELY hot. The staff was friendly and helped us with 2 fans which helped, but was far from ideal.

For context, I am A. platinum member with Accor. Booked A. room with the Eiffel tower view through the app. Was given room 1502 initially. Ventilation was extremely loud, almost 70decibels to be exact. Went down to reception to request for A. room change and was rejected immediately by A. rude reception with just A. no who was in his late 50s to 60s even though I mentioned that I have not used the room yet. Was told that they will get the maintenance to fix the ventilation and he will be there in A. few minutes. Waited for 30mins and had to go down again to request for maintenance who then came and said that it is normal and that it cannot be fixed. Was then finally given another room without any apologies and no service recovery. the room came with half the view of the Eiffel Tower blocked. Saving grace was the lady at the priority checkin the next day when I made A. complaint. She was apologetic and offer breakfast but I already had mine. Got A. 2hour late checkout so that I can prepare and move into another hotel. Please look into your service and quality. Do not put someone unwilling and grumpy to be at reception if they don’t want to do so. Just give them some other work. The gym is A. joke, do look at it yourself. Accor, please look into this and provide some form of compensation, this is truly appalling and not worthy of A. 4 star rating.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully designed and spacious. Some walls have humidity issues. Breakfast is fine.

Room cleaned once per week No possibility to set up the room temperature No courtesy along the staying at the hotel for a customer who spend 4 weeks in the structure (e.g. never added coffee pads even after three weeks) No possibility to use washing machines without coins (no bills, no credit cards) and impossibility to get coins at the reception No notice from reception about the receipt of envelope addressed to me
