the hotel was well placed rooms were great the hotel policy for a date change was not friendly…. despite same room being available were were being offered at a significant higher price since our dates changed due to our war related itinerary change…. could have been more supportive

We were disappointed. The hotel has major problems, like AC not working properly in the rooms, elevators out of service (leading to long waits), problems with the shower, and telephone not working. The staff was nice but this didn't solve the problems. Also had issues trying to reach the hotel by phone prior to arrival (no one ever picked up, as there was a problem with our booking.) Would definitely not stay in this hotel again.
