Asked for walk in shower. Was not as helping 80 yr old husband into the high bath to shower, the 1/2 door fell off in my hand. Very unsafe as the floor is soaked after word and with the 2 towels doesn’t clean up Well. The twin beds moved apart and my husband fell on the floor. I asked to have the bed put together at 630am on my way out. 8pm when we returned. Nothing was done. Someone came up and flipped the bed and got it fixed and I 67 proceed to put the mattress back on the frame. This is the second time I have asked in the am and not done till I came back. One lady On afternoon shift seemed to be the only one to help. My daughter from Australia suggested this place. And we met there. Will never use this company again. Very unhelpful. We did get compensation of a free breakfast which I had to get someone from Reception to say it was ok. Breakfast was not worth 19 euros.
