The view of eiffel tower is great if you spend more money to book one, the room is big in size if you pay for one bedroom, based on the review and my own expereince, one of the two available elevator is always broken. It always a long queue for the elevator

I have paid a deposit of 800 EURO to secure my booking which should be refunded to my account once I checkout. However, no refund has been made until now. Please do the needful. Overall experience was good. However there was no hot water in the evening!

This hotel was perfect for our 5 days in Paris.n On arrival we had to pay the tourist tax which I expected however I do believe they pretend to have a pool to up it to a 4 star hotel to get more money. We was told to the pool was out of order however I didn't even see any signs for it so god knows where its is. However we did enjoy our stay as the location was ideal for strolling into the city and doing touristy things. We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view so I can't really complain as we could see it all day and sparkling at night. The lifts weren't that quick but we were never in a rush. I would recommend going to the supermarket up the road and stocking up for your stay. I didn't hear any noise at night and slept perfectly.

We had the best experience checking in due to Makkie . His efficiency and kindness were mind blowing. Hats off to him . Our room was clean and comfy. We could see Eiffel Tower from our room. Another plus point. Only problem we encountered was the bathtub couldn't drain easily. Other than that , all were pleasant.
