The internet is useless, and you have to pay for everything, from towels to room cleaning. Not to mention that if you want to leave your luggage for a couple of hours, it costs an extra €7 per bag. They seem to want to charge you for every little thing, even breathing. The worst part is that I paid more than €200 per night only to be charged extra for everything (and for poor quality, too, since the entire hotel smells awful and there’s no way to ventilate the room because the windows don’t open). Paris has much better options. It’s very disappointing that this is part of the Allacor chain.

The reception service leaves a lot to be desired. There is a long wait in line, and then another long wait while someone finds your room and calculates the tax. In the end, I did not hear anything like “Have a pleasant stay.” Similarly, when I checked out, nobody asked me how my stay had been. I have never encountered such a lack of courtesy, warmth, and hospitality anywhere else in the world

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. To begin, it was nearly impossible to reach the staff on the phone prior to my stay as I was on the phone for half an hour trying to get through to give an update about my check in time. Then, while checking in, the staff assumed we were part of another group for no other reason than us having the same race. Despite me telling the staff member multiple times that I was not part of the other group, she completely ignored me and continued to instead make jokes and laugh with her colleagues. It was not until I advised the staff I did not pay for the tourism tax for my family that she then finally listened to me and got my booking done. She even make a remark as to why I did not tell her despite me telling her multiple times. The problems just started from there. We finally get out room and go to it. Before we unpack its already noticeable that the AC unit is not functioning. Furthermore there was a broken tile in the washroom causing leakage from the tub and the panel for the toilet buttons completely fell off. To make matters even worst, our room was double booked as another group knocked on the door to enter the room. I had to speak again to the disrespectful staff member to sort the room. We were given a new room however this room also had a range of issues. The sink, tub and toilet all did not function properly and were clogging our entire stay. I had given notice of this to the staff members at the desk every day of my visit and they were not fixed at any point. In addition to these issues, the rooms were also not clean. The only good part of this hotel is its proximity to eiffel tower, bus stops and metro station. I would never stay at an Accor hotel ever again and will always warn others to stay away as this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

If you don’t do hotel service such as changing towels and provide more toilet papers before consecutive 8 days, please indicate your policy clearly in the booking platform. I enjoyed to stay at other Aparthotel in other countries with full hotel service. So I was embarrassed after 3night stay when I requested new towel. My friends of four had to count toilet paper sheets until check-out. The location is moderately satisfactory.
