I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and 6 nights while attending an event at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The location is good—Paris Expo is within comfortable walking distance, and having a Franprix supermarket directly opposite the hotel was extremely convenient for buying groceries, snacks, and other essentials. The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was generally comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was average, and exactly the same menu was served every day throughout my stay. For guests staying a week or longer, it would be nice to have some variety. Housekeeping also needs more attention. Although the towels were changed daily, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The tissues were not replenished, and the carpet did not appear to be vacuumed during my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant stay because of the excellent location and convenience, but improving breakfast variety and housekeeping standards would make the experience much better.

Very happy with our stay, very accommodating. A lovely touch with the slippers, bath robes and the complimentary drinks. Very clean also. Location is nice and quiet.. however a fair walk from the main attractions.. but there is lots of transport links. Only thing we’d have to say is the maids twice just opening our door without knocking (even though we were checking out that morning). On the website we booked (Love Holidays) it said we could check in at 12pm but when we got there they told us 2.
