During our stay at the hotel (5 rooms), there was absolutely no heating in any of the rooms for three consecutive days, making the accommodation unacceptable. The issue was reported repeatedly from the first day, yet the staff responded only with excuses and false assurances without providing any real solution. This reflects a serious lack of basic amenities and complete disregard for guests.

Nice hotel and well located but big difference between the rooms. This was our 4th stay at this Mercure and we had been very happy so far. But this time we got what looked like an older room which was very small, did not get two single beds while travelling with my daughter. The plumbing was making a lot of noise when taking a shower and having a bathtub setup is also less than ideal. Furthermore, the room remained very cold despite the heating being setup at 22c.

Nice and charming hotel. Small bedroom but well organised and in good conditions. Minimalistic breakfast but offering the basics + crêpes. Good coffee. Quiet surrounding close the the Eiffel tower and Porte de Versaille.
