Dated decor and Poor room service

The room was comfortable but the decor rather dated. There was no room service menu in the room. It took them almost half an hour at 23h00 to bring a menu to my room. Once I’d ordered the kitchen rang me to tell me that what we wanted was not available. The bar also had no chilled champagne… so our romantic soirée was rather disappointing.

I was stuck in the lift on evening of 5th February at 23:07. I raised the alarm but alarm did not alert anybody. I was stuck in the lift for 30 minutes. I managed to open the door myself and jump out!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly friendly and even offered us a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Throughout our stay, the service remained exceptional. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and efficient. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile. A special thanks to the reception team for making our stay so pleasant. We truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail.
