Dear Micheal W., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Hôtel Mercure Paris 15 Porte de Versailles. We are deeply sorry for the accident that occurred on February 5. Rest assured that our elevator is regularly checked by the maintenance department but sometimes technical problems arise. Please note that we contacted our service provider who now handles the elevator and they sent the technician to us shortly after you exited the elevator.
