The elevator was out of order for many days, no repair was carried out, but having a room on the 6th floor is not convenient, especially when carrying the luggage.

Nice hotel and well located but big difference between the rooms. This was our 4th stay at this Mercure and we had been very happy so far. But this time we got what looked like an older room which was very small, did not get two single beds while travelling with my daughter. The plumbing was making a lot of noise when taking a shower and having a bathtub setup is also less than ideal. Furthermore, the room remained very cold despite the heating being setup at 22c.
