Room was very hot at night Breakfast was disorganised... its a shame for the tourists...the raison the staff were young and in experienced...nothing wrong with them... just not familiar enough... e.g. layout was not logical, cereal for the northern europeans... could not be found, no spoons, no cold milk, tables set with out full cutlery, hot food, some days with spoons only no tongs...don't kill the kids... they dont have 30 years of accord like i do... the quality of the food was fine... but you could have a for a lot less... a better more organised breakfast... you would spend less, have less waste, impress the tourists,,, who would not have to asked where is.... can i have...etc

Excellent customer service and experience from your Front Desk team, who gave me a room with Court Side view, as it looked into my childhood gymnasium and school. Great nostalgic feeling which made the stay even better.
