We’ve had a lovely stay. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and is also right next to the major public transportation links. It was quiet, clean and comfortable (maybe the windows need cleaning but that’s just if one is to look for something to improve). The staff were helpful and polite at all times. Great place and I would stay there again.

The hotel itself was pleasant and well located, we had a four night stay, however we had room 514, the first night we kept getting woken up by an extremely loud noise of a door banging every time someone Entered and left a room, it literally shook the room and made you jump. It wasn’t until the second night that we realised that we were actually next door to the laundry room! Unfortunately my husband was unwell in the night and all the next day so we couldn’t leave the room, the third night was just the same, not much sleep because of the door banging! In the morning we asked to be moved and did so without any problem. I would suggest that you put a very soft close door on the laundry room or don’t permit it to be used after 10pm! For the price we paid it was very disappointing.

We regret that this guideline was not followed and that it impacted your stay. We are glad that our team was able to offer you a room change as soon as you requested it. We will also remind the teams about this guideline to enhance our vigilance regarding the laundry room usage hours. We are sorry that, despite the positive aspects you appreciated in our establishment, this incident affected your stay so much. The staff definitely made my stay memorable. They were very helpful starting from reception and ending with the bar. I had dinner 3 nights at Gustave Restaurant and the food was amazing!! Maybe in future you should think about getting better beds as i was sweating every night and the material on the mattress wasnt so great.... but overall my stay was wonderful. Its my 4th consecutive year that i stay at the hotel as i attend iftm TOpResa at Port de Versailles annually in September :-)

The location is great. Breakfast is not bad. The personnel is great. However, the room was so small that I needed to jump over my luggage. This made me cancel my second reservation for the entire week. I had already payed for the initial days. I would have cancel all of them if I could.
