The check in experience was not great. The lady finished serving a customer before me and then told me she was clocking off! To queue for her colleague to check in, instead. The rooms were extremely warm and temperature setting either was capped or didn't work. Bed was comfortable and the hotel does provide water but the reception area the tables were dirty and unclean. Check out experience was prompt and straightforward.

Very well located, the breakfast has great options. I stayed in a single room, it's quite small, it doesn't have a mini-fridge or a wardrobe, but that doesn't detract from the stay at all. The only problem is that a lot of water leaked from the shower when I showered.

The lobby is spacious and the bed is good. However, the bathroom is very small, and the soap dispenser is backward-facing and unusable. There are no hand towels. Overall, the value for money is poor. The staff at check-in were not friendly and did not seem professional.
