The hotel is really lovely. We stayed there for 4 nights. The room was smaller than expected however it worked for my daughter and I. The bathroom was tiny however it was clean. The staff was really lovely and helpful. We needed more towels and got them straight away. Our bed was done everyday. Again, staff was lovely and very polite. We had breakfast there once. We thought it was a bit pricey hence we ate somewhere else. The hotel is ideally located. 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 min from UNESCO. 3 min from Metro Cambronne. Many restaurants around to eat from. The hotel has a brasserie which we did not try. The bar was brilliant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had bites to eat there and it was tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were dirty with dirt and spider webs around, the beddings were stained. Basic needs weren’t provided like toiletries. No room service available

Room 209 - Shower room /bathroom was too small to be comfortable in Toilet - could not sit on, without knocking your head on the wall mounted hair dryer ! Shower cubicle - Shower cubicle so small the shower head could not be positioned - step up & down to shower cubicle with no handle ! I have stayed in lots of Ibis hotels all over europe, this is the worst bathroom ever !! The Management need to got to this room & try & use the shower & toilet !!
