I had an incredible stay at this hotel with my mom! We especially loved the breakfast, with its wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed relaxing in the lobby, and the pasta from the vending machine was perfect when we had late-night munchies! The front desk staff was always kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient. It’s within walking distance of a restaurant we really enjoyed, Leontine, and there’s a small convenience store right next door for any last-minute essentials. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our mother-daughter stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I was very disappointed with the service during my stay. At check-in, I clearly informed the staff that I would be staying for two nights under two separate bookings. However, on the second night, a staff member came and knocked on my door at night to ask for the deposit for the second booking. This was very disruptive and should have been handled at reception or during check-in, rather than disturbing a guest in their room at night. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, and the food was removed immediately at 10:00. I briefly went to the restroom, and when I returned, everything had already been cleared away, leaving me with nothing to eat. Overall, these experiences made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected better communication between staff and more consideration for guests.

I really like this hotel. Great location close to many restaurants and a monoprix ( like a mini target). I visited Paris in a heatwave (30+} and the air cooling system worked so well I had to turn it off. My room also stayed cool for 2 days which was perfect after walking so much in the heat every day. The beds are really comfortable and my room was spotless ( thank you Lalita) . The bathrooms are quite small. The staff member who checked me in was very lovely when I arrived at 11pm and the staff member who gave me a little extra time for check out was excellent. Both extremely professional thank you. Overall I would 100% stay again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean, well located close to the metro station, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the dedicated refrigerators available for storing medication, which was very reassuring. The only minor drawbacks were that the rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and the shower door allowed some water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Apart from these points, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

A quiet, comfortable and very well-appointed hotel. It is perfect for visiting Les Invalides, Rodin, Eiffel Tower and Grand and Petit Palais. The champs de Elysées and Arc de Triomphe are both within walking distance and there are lots of good restaurants within close proximity. It is also very close to the Metro stop, so easy to get to. This is not my first visit and despite what I will say next, I would still use it again, as it so well positioned. However, despite the positioning and comfort, there are a number of issues that Ibis/Accor might want to consider. I was surprised that a few days before I was due to arrive, I had a deposit charged to my credit card, which was the equivalent of one night’s visit. That is fine, especially if it then comes off the final bill when you pay that. However, it is only refunded after you check-out. So, upon arrival at the hotel I paid for the two nights I was staying alongside the deposit. I am glad that I used my credit card to pay rather than a debit card, otherwise I would have been £100 out of pocket. I am surprised that the deposit is not used as part payment toward the actual stay. Perhaps, something the multi-billion-dollar business can investigate improving. Upon arriving after a day of exploring on my second evening, I boarded an elevator with one of the employees of the hotel. The lift broke down and did not move. He called the emergency number but that was engaged, I pressed the emergency alarm but that was ignored or did not work. The employee then started to bang on the door and shout loudly for help to no avail. Eventually, I forced the door open, escaped and let the employee out. He went to find his colleague and I spoke to reception. The response of the receptionist, other than a look of disbelief left a lot to be desired. No apologies, no offer of compensation, a drink at the bar on the House. Instead, she went out to find the maintenance chaps who were outside. By the time I returned there was a sign on the lift confirming it was faulty. Finally, be prepared to have to fork out €6 to store your luggage in a locker in the hotel basement, if there are any available. By the time I went down at about 10.30 they were all full and people were abandoning their bags around the luggage room. Given the hotel has over 500 rooms, I cannot believe they do not have better provision for left luggage and do not expect people to pay for the most basic of services. So, despite all of this, I am looking forward to my next visit and hopefully a visit to Grand and Petit Palais.

Before arrival, it's normal for us to carry out a pre-authorization on your credit card corresponding to the amount of the first night. This is a bank hold and not an actual debit. This pre-authorization is automatically released after your departure. However, depending on the bank, the time it takes to release the funds can vary and take up to ten days. We understand that this process may have caused some confusion, and we appreciate your understanding. We are also sincerely sorry for the incident that occurred with the elevator. We completely understand that this situation could have been stressful, and we regret that the handling of it did not meet your expectations. Rest assured that your feedback has been forwarded to the relevant teams to enhance our procedures in such situations. Regarding our luggage service, we understand that this may have disappointed you. Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated concierge service, and the layout of our establishment does not allow us to manage luggage directly at the reception. The cleaning ladies knocked and entered the rooms several times even though we had paid for a late checkout. It woke up my wife several times.

Check in & out was really simple - they allowed us to check out at 5pm for a small fee which was perfect given my late flight. The rooms are a good size - perfect for two people. The bathrooms are a little small but still manageable. There are vending machines, water stations and a restaurant downstairs in the lobby. Lots of cafes and metro stations outside of the hotel as well. Only didn’t like that there was no kettle in the rooms, other than that it was perfect.
