There was a horrible renovation noise coming from the floor above early in the morning. We were woken up by this noise for about three days, and every time we complained at the front desk, they told us that no renovation was happening and that the noise was coming from the building next door. That didn’t make sense, because there is no building next door and the noise was clearly coming from the ceiling.

Location was perfect , we could walk to all the places of interest , but the rooms were very small and the beds also were very narrow. Friendly staff and clean bedrooms.

I had paid for early check-in, but when we arrived to the hotel, they didn’t have my room ready arguing that the early check-in was optional, even though I have already paid. The rooms were really small.

1. A pillow was placed on the floor in the middle of the room, when I enter the room. 2. Hairs and p**** hairs on the bedding sheet 3. Even if I put skip the clean sign on my door, they clean my room once. 4. Even if I put skip the clean sign on my door, I got knocked on the door for 3 times in a morning. 5. 4 edges of the duvets were tucked under the bed, even the head side! 6. Nothing to do with housekeeping: - The hotel only provides one type of pillow which is too firm for me. - Slippers not provided. - Hotel only provides all in one Shampoo, Body shampoo, and hair wash. no hair conditioner.
