Clean rooms, good amount of space given the location and city. Great elevators, caters to families and kids in the foyer and bar with games. I was in the Eiffel Tower view room, which gives a view of almost the top half of the tower. Looked great when it sparkled around 10pm in July. Small bathroom, but I've had smaller in Japan. Would like to have tissues in the bathroom. Not a fan of the European hair dryers as they get quite hot to hold. The curtains were missing a couple of hooks and didn't block out the night lights.

The hotel is extremely close to two metro stations which was extremely handy and just a short walk towards the eiffel tower which was great. Staff were okay but not the best customer service we had. Shower was small but was warm and had good water pressure and the room was a comfortable size and a good bed.

The reception were not helpful when our shower flooded in our room due to a previous guest having bandaids in it. Very cramped bathroom. No kettle or cups or bottle opener. Only good for a bed to sleep on. Central location.

Please is well located, staff is friendly, however rooms have a very small bathroom (I could not move much), do not have a safe and are colder than desired without the possibility to change it (cool air seems to be coming constantly and no way to close it).
