My prior request to have a room with a view on the Eifel Tower wasn't fulfilled although I am a loyal customer. Moreover, the room had no tissues, no water bottles, no slippers, no basic hotel requirements (tooth brushing set, shaving set, etc.) despite paying ~150 Euros/night. The towels were not replaced everyday and there is no indication in the toilet about placing the towels on the ground for them to be replaced. In brief, the ratio quality/price is not fair at all. If you wish to keep the same pricing (which I'm very aware of for Paris), you should at least increase the quality of the basic required hotel needs for the customers. It will most likely be my last time at your hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities. The only problem was the washing machine and dryer. Otherwise a good hotel.

Loved the location, service was good and hotel was very clean. With the heat during our stay having a small bar fridge would have been a perfect.

Loved our stay here The Eiffel view from our room was a treat however I wish we were given a room with better full view However the breakfast was good, centrally located and staff was really helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone visiting
