Small but well appointed and presented hotel. Close to the metro which made it easy to get around and the service from staff was high quality. Paid, automated storage of bags on check out was a big of a shock, but nothing to inconvenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Well located, chill, very good breakfast, easy Cons: everything is charged! A locker to wait for checkin and (wow!) a scale to weight your luggage before heading to the airport

We were very pleased. The staff was very friendly always with a smile. Especially the dining room staff. My husband went to the bar and found the waiters very kind. We asked for more pillows, they were brought up immediately; the only problem we think is that at busy moments the front desk doesn’t have enough staff and the line is long. But overall great experience

Arrived quite late and was given a room on the 8th floor. Upon entering it was evident the room hadn't been cleaned. The bed was unmade, their were wet towels on the floor. Had to go back downstairs to change rooms. Then on the 2nd day I was just changing and someone walked into my room, without even knocking.

Well located , however at the river of an unfortunate heat wave the air-conditioning was not very effective

Clean rooms. Well situated near train station and to Monuments . Overall not a bad experience ,however the heat wave during our visit meant the air conditioning wasn't as effective . Not a huge deal breaker but wasn't very comfortable.
