Nice hotel in nice location. However, after getting ready to we realized we only received one towel (for two people), which is no big problem in itself. As the first persona had just gotten out of the shower, and last one almost ready to get in, we called the reception to ask for a towel. The lady was very rude and said “we don’t have room service, is there anything else? You’re welcome, bye”. Hanging up, while we then had to get dressed, go from 7th floor, to get a towel, which they should have provided us from the beginning”. It mostly about how the rude staff really lowered our experience, despite being welcomed by a very inviting man in the reception

Clean room, good location close to the metro. The reception area was nice with plenty of seating and a small play area for children. We used the baggage lockers before and after check in/out so we could explore knowing they were safe. The room was very warm, despite all thermostats turned off and both windows wide open. Our stay was in February, I can imagine this being more of an issue in the summer.

I have a double room reservation from Ibis Paris Eiffel Tower Cambronne 15th from February 19th to February 22. Only I stayed. The hotel asked me to pay taxes for 2 people. I applied for a refund.

Staff was not very friendly. Room wasn't clean at all. Room is small. There are better places around to stay. Its a good location, decent deal, with a nice lobby area.
