I really liked the location of the hotel.There are so many great restaurants and bars in few meters distance as well as the bus station is right in front of it as well as the metro station. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower. When it comes to the room it could be better because the bathroom was really small and there was also a constant noise from the air ventilation, also no fridge and not enough power sockets but all in all for the price the experience was really great. I also liked the community area in the ground flour. Lastly the reception was very responsive and friendly, they responded to all my requests and I really would like to thank you for everything. I would book this hotel again!

Stayed 8-12March 2025 I have prepaid for 2 person by mistake and was unable to get my refund for almost €20+!!! This is ridiculous!! If it is a €5, i can just do away with it, but €20+ ! I can have a good meal! Wrote in before I travelled to Paris and someone told ne to ask for refund when i check in. Gave me false hope that i can refund. When i was in Ibis, they told me i cant. Can you do something to help me get at least 50%. The staff and location helped to make me give you a score 6, if not, it will be negative Zero and below. I will tell my friends about this Bad experience of just €20+that the Hotel can't do for my case. Thank You

Generally excellent but our accessible room was OK but nothing special. Access was quite tight in the wheelchair, possible for us with a smallish battery powered unit. No chair in the room for a handicapped person to comfortably sit out side the wheelchair. The heating in the room was impossible to modify except by switching it off. We found the atmosphere in the bar a little condescending. None of these things would put us off staying again but they were things we commented on at the time. The room could definitely do with in bit of TLC and understanding of a handicapped person's needs.
