Regarding the absence of a safe in the rooms, all our guests are invited through signage to leave their personal items in the safes available at the reception. As for our luggage service, we’re sorry that it didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately, our establishment does not have a dedicated concierge service. To ensure the safety of our guests' belongings and due to the layout of our establishment, we are not able to keep luggage directly at the reception. That’s why we provide a secure locker system, accessible for an additional fee. Finally, regarding the room change, we understand that this situation may have seemed inconvenient to you.
