"I arrived for check-in after 3:00 PM, but the female staff ( tan skin)member told me to wait 10 minutes to check the room. However, I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. When I looked over, she was at the bar making drinks and completely ignored me. I eventually had to approach a male staff member to finally get my room and complete the check-in."

The disabled room was quite far from the lift, meaning my disabled father had to walk a distance to get to his room. Plus the bed and chairs in the reception area were low, making it difficult for him to get in and out of them.

Let’s be real, the rooms are tiny. If you are looking for a good budget option, it’s great. Location is right beside the metro, so public transportation is easy. A few restaurants and bakeries near by to eat out or grab a quick snack. Not many amenities included, good lobby area and baggage storage for an extra fee, which was useful. If you are in Paris to see the city and not stay in your hotel room all day, this is the perfect spot to crash. If you plan to spend some time at the hotel, or really need space, you might want to look into other options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is located in the walking distance from Eiffel Tower. You can find around a lot of nice places to eat. Rooms are small but we needed it only to sleep at night, so it was fine for us. We got a room with Tower view, and didn't regret to pay extra for it. There is two types of pillow in the room, so you can choose which one is better for you. What could be improved: - It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Or if the tab water is drinkable then put the sign about it. We were confused and had to buy water for 5 euro in the bar. - There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. that we didn't understand at all.
