Space is fair, we had 2 large luggages and a hand carry luggge. We did not have any problems with the room space available. Cleanliness: room is cleaned everyday. Location: no problems with mobility, Metro Line 6 (which in my opinion is the best line, think of Tour Eiffel and Arc de Triomphe) is just walks away. Great facilities.

I have never stayed at a worse hotel. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and ruined the entire experience. On our first evening we called the front desk and asked if we were able to get a second blanket. A nice older gentleman said of course and someone would bring it up asap. After 30 min, no one showed up and my best friend tried to call again. She was told that if we wanted something to get down and pick it up ourselves. After I she told me, I called back down. We were both showered and in our Pyjamas since we were told someone would come up. When I called back down again, someone just answered and said someone would come up and hung up on me. No hello, no goodbye, nothing. Wouldn’t let me even speak a word! On our second day, room service took all our towels and did not leave any. We called back down and asked for some towels since we could not even dry our hands, someone showed up, very grumpy and angry and just basically threw 2 big towels and a tiny one at us. Definitely not enough for two people. We felt punished for asking for the blanket and we were punished by not getting any towels. The evening before checkout, I asked if someone could order us a taxi for the next morning, since we had a very tight timeline to follow. The person said no and said we had to be downstairs since the taxi gets there within 2 min. Morning of checkout, I called the front desk and asked if they could order us a taxi, since we were just heading down and needed it there asap. I was told no again. Once we made it down, it was finally ordered. We decided to wait outside since we were told it would be 5-10 min. Already more than the 2 min we were told the day before. After 17 min of no taxi inside, I headed back inside and the front desk had to call around where it was. We of course were late for our next stop, since the taxi driver also did not speak any English really and had no clue where to go, even though we told the front desk and him. Absolutely awful experience all around.

Unfortunately, there are times when we can’t leave the reception, which is why we invite all our guests to come down to the reception for quicker service. Regarding the taxi situation, in most cases, we can get a taxi within 5 minutes. We encourage guests to go to the reception as the service is quick. However, we can’t guarantee this point, and we advise booking the day before to minimize your inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback; it’s invaluable in helping us improve.
