Convenient location, close to public transport and attractions, and reasonable prices. The room facilities are basic, especially the tiny bathroom and shower. No tea and coffee facilities in the room and only paper cups for drinking water. These are below my normal expectations for a property of this rating. I was also disappointed that luggage storage on the morning of check in was not complimentary and involved a complicated paid locker system. I watched several people struggle with this before I tried.

Please note that we provide a kettle (for making tea or coffee), a Nespresso machine, and a selection of teas in our standard double rooms. However, our bar is also available for hot drinks. I'm sorry to hear that you found our luggage service unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, we don't have a dedicated concierge service, and managing luggage directly at reception would cause some difficulties. In fact, the structure of the building only allows us to securely store your luggage via an automated locker. We appreciate your understanding and I hope to see you again soon. Bathroom is very small & wasn't cleaned properly. Heating didn't work. Portable heater provided though the 1st one didn't work. Cleaner entered the room without proper notice. Breakfast was insufficient well before end time. Staff was helpful.
