As international patiant at Anca clinic for Hip resurf operation, this was my stay during the 4 day rehab after operation. The clinic is very close to the hotel. The personal fulfilled all my requests even though I was on crutches. Thank you so much.

Pos: earlier breakfast conveniently organised in advance out of standard times. Pleasant staff Neg: Smelly room, had to pay in advance even that guaranteed by CC. Stayed for corporate where such flexibility is needed. Staff unable to provide clear answer if refund possible during earlier check in. (Accor chain - same experience across Ibis locations except Novotel at BHX)

I just went there for the night, arriving after midnight and leaving early morning. The hosts were pleasant and friendly. There was gluten-free breakfast. Ample parking. Room was clean.
