Pos: earlier breakfast conveniently organised in advance out of standard times. Pleasant staff Neg: Smelly room, had to pay in advance even that guaranteed by CC. Stayed for corporate where such flexibility is needed. Staff unable to provide clear answer if refund possible during earlier check in. (Accor chain - same experience across Ibis locations except Novotel at BHX)

I just went there for the night, arriving after midnight and leaving early morning. The hosts were pleasant and friendly. There was gluten-free breakfast. Ample parking. Room was clean.

First and last stay at this level of hotel. Public area carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed for a few days and the room size was not what I expected. The product did not match the price.
