The hotel is nice and clean. it is a bit far from the city centre. The personnel was nice and the bedroom was ok.

Nice hotel, ideally located near the DigitalHub Aachen - which was the purpose of my visit. Room was clean, good sized and comfortable, with a desk to allow for some remote work. Breakfast was ok, staff at the bar/servers were super nice. Reception staff so, so. Wi-fi is free with no password which for business work raises a lot of compliance risks. Worst pillows I had the chance to sleep-in in my whole live, basically inexistent (even when you put 2/3 together).

The rooms and the hotel were in general very nice. Its not very central but manageable. Disappointed with the parking fee though.
