Great experience at checking in. Got a late check out with early check in. In the morning once I was too early and the friendly staff let me in anyway as I needed to catch my bus. Great experience as a Diamond member. Fab location with a quiet room and welcome amenities. Recommended!

Your colleague at the check in told me that check out was going to be at 12:00. Then your cleaning crew knocked at my door with shouting “auschecken” from 9:45 onwards multiple times. It was so rude and unexpected. Ruined my sleep. Then I went to check out to give this negative feedback to your reception. They didn’t understand that I am giving a negative feedback and they gave a thumbs up to me saying “perfect, all okay”. Weird vibes. Teach your crew English, let them know when the check out time is. Or be ridiculous.
