A wonderful welcome from Gedeon Mbunga. The whole team is welcoming, helpful,perfect. Lifts to all floors. Room very nice. Plenty of storage space. Very clean. Excellent bathroom. Plenty of electric sockets. In-house bicycle storage. Ideal location in the centre very close to the main bus stops. Highly recommended.

Stayed here in winter the AC was broken pumping out sauna level heat, no one was there in the reception at night to sort it out
