All the sights of Aachen are within walking distance and you couldn‘t fault the staff: they‘re extremely helpful, service with a smile.

Very positive experience - we were looking for a hotel in Aachen and the online booking form of the hotel suggested two separate rooms for a family of four. When I called, they were really nice and helpful and offered a big room which could host all of us - two adults and two small children. We asked for a baby crib and it was waiting for us when we arrived. The room and all common parts of the hotel that we saw were well maintained and clean. The local is great for a city visit. Walking distance to the centre and shopping area.

Room not too clean, old dated, TV was ancient, window wouldnt close leading to a draft at night, quite loud from the street. Buffet breakfast wasnt too bad. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel desperately needs an update.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and flexibility for Diamond clients (e.g. very late check-out), breakfast is also nice with many options. Wifi is underperforming though and the rooms are large and clean, but need a modernisation push (e.g., TV was 30'' and literally 10 years old).

I enjoyed my stay, but it could have been even better if there was an on-site restaurant for dinner and/or room service.
