well located to reach the centrum, parking place for 15€/d, the room was ok but a little bit noisy if you are on the street side. The continental breakfast was ok, but could have more German specialities. The personnel is very kind.

Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. The reception staff were always friendly and chatty, and very helpful when I forgot my phone charger. We had a room at the end of the hotel, very light, good size and spotless. It was nice to be able to open the windows so didn’t have to have the AC running. The location is perfect, and we were right next to the Christmas market (you could see from the window!) and a range of restaurants and bars. A short walk to the thermal spa and we also visited the Dreilandereck, something I would recommend (a short bus and then about a 1.5 mile walk, although is uphill). If returning to Aachen again I would definitely stay here.

After a somewhat harrowing journey our welcome drink was very welcome. We were upgraded to a very nice room with one wall being all glass so very light it even had a balcony which we did sit on briefly even though it was pouring down. Nice big bathroom with large heater that dried out our shoes and coats. Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable beds and well located. Friendly staff. Window was slightly open for first night and very noisy from street below even on 6th floor. Odd that a Superior room had no fridge nor bath. Not sure about breakfast as did not have it.
