Before we left, we read recent news about "break ins" to private cars in city parking lots, with wind screens/windows smashed and junkie needles left inside...especially targeting foreign registered vehicles! Luckily we're fine and safe as we parked near the car park entrance of the hotel at Level 1. (4 levels overall( The female receptions seemed to have swallowed sour fruits at work, hardly a smile or emotion! Room is quiet and spacious but the double bed is 1.6m wide I gathered, wonder why they didn't provide at least a "large double bed" for big European customers??? Room prices were reasonable but daily housekeeping came in every other day only?! Never mind they didn't clean the room, but at least replenish the coffee/tea bags?! Our repeated stay over the years and hope to see some positive changes in future!

I am satisfied with the hotell. The rooms are clean, nice and friendly staff. At the breakfast meny I wish there were more of plant based food. I am not an vegan, but I am allergic to milk protein, so it could have been better marked with allergens.

Good location Hotel with excellent parking facilities for my motorcycle. Good sized room with good wifi. Excellent breakfast with Gluten Free options, we ate out at night. Comfy bed. All in all a good stay and would use Novotel again.

Keeping this review private as I don't know if I can post her name here. I would like to single out Ms. Jeanne from the reception (I hope I got the name right). She is always very welcoming and clearly one of the nicest receptionists that I had to deal with! Among other things, she gives extra effort to remember and address frequent guests by name, which makes you feel welcome and always happy to come back.
