Nice hotel great location within walking distance from the city centre. Room was good as we it could accommodate a family of 4, this applies for children up to 16 years old. Bath and separate shower in the room. The shower head holder was not stable so the shower would not stay put while showering. Breakfast was OK, had better in other Novotel hotels. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating, no issue to leave bags at reception after check-out, so we could walk into the centre and do some last minute shopping. Overall, a great choice for Aachen.

Excellent stay: very welcoming staff, and we loved the particular care shown to our dog. The leaflet in the room on tips for dogs was a particularly nice touch.
