After two stays in another Accor property in Aachen, I decided to try out this hotel but it was nothing special. Staff at check-in indifferent, no upgrade, no welcome amenity, no discount on parking for hotel guests. The only positive exception was the bar staff in the evening and the breakfast staff in the morning who were nice & professional.

After a long drive the evening staff were exceptional in their helpful, cheerful manner. Having stayed previously the garage/parking situation may have been stressful but they immediately provide a perfect solution. They looked after my Schnauzer dog 'Einstein' whilst I unpacked and organised things. They relieved the stress that a 12 hour drive created and made fir a relaxed and pleasant stay.
