Very small room, but who cares? Hotel rooms are all the same size when you are asleep. Best price I have ever paid for an Aachen hotel, easy walk to the Old Town when I was done with work. Friendly staff.

The room was ok, clean. Door very sturdy,which made me feel safe. The hotel is ok for the price but the location is terrible. They suggest to park in this parking in front of the hotel, which you pay for ,there is no discount,as listed on the website. At night someone tried to steal petrol from our car in that parking and threw old napkins on the car. The area feels very unsafe to walk, parking on the street seems very unsafe also.

Frontdesk was so kind, and hotel is in the right spot. good heating.. For this stay, some down side were, - there was no toilet air ventilation /grill on its place at the toilet, there was hole on the wall instead. so, a bad smell was coming out of the common air shaft and filling into to room. - we were three staying in the room, there was only one chair to sit. not a big problem - there was no bed sheet on the single bed, but not a big problem. - this time, there was not hair dryer in the room, but I got it from the frontdesk.
