Frontdesk was so kind, and hotel is in the right spot. good heating.. For this stay, some down side were, - there was no toilet air ventilation /grill on its place at the toilet, there was hole on the wall instead. so, a bad smell was coming out of the common air shaft and filling into to room. - we were three staying in the room, there was only one chair to sit. not a big problem - there was no bed sheet on the single bed, but not a big problem. - this time, there was not hair dryer in the room, but I got it from the frontdesk.

I recently stayed at the ibis budget Aachen and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and key points around the city, perfect for both short visits and exploring Aachen. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and well-located hotel in Aachen.

The hotel is better taken care of now than before. It is cleaner and and serves better breakfast. No parking though... (€60/day is not really an option)

Room was comfortable and clean but we had to ask for more pillows as only one very flat pillow was provided for each of us. Also no tea and coffee available for free. Would be nice to be able to at least have hot water. The bed was comfortable the room was ok for our 3 night stay. Well located near the centre of Aachen.

They do not provide the combined invoice for Hotel Stay and Breakfast. Also after lots of follow up they sent me the Invoice for Breakfast.
