Good location and staff friendly and helpful but hotel rooms a bit tired. Bedding didn’t fit the bed so had to have extra duvet which is really weird. Air condition fan did Not work Properly and drainage in shower was shocking so couldnt use the shower at full power and had to switch off to allow shower to drain.

At the same time, we are sorry that several aspects of your room did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bedding, we would like to mention that a second duvet is usually provided in the wardrobe. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated during your stay. Concerning the air conditioning, please note that our system is currently set to heating mode. Unfortunately, it is only possible to switch the system for the entire hotel, not for individual rooms. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the shower drainage and will ensure this is checked and addressed by our maintenance team. I paid for the stay upon my arrival. For some reason the breakfast was left outside of the invoice, so I was close to leave the hotel without paying completely.

The check-in and check-out went fast and simple. We loved the 24hr bar area where we got drinks multiple times. The location is amazing, you walk right into the city center.
