I stayed at the hotel when the temperatures were up to 40 degrees, but the airconditioning in the room was perfect so i managed to have lovely night's sleep. The staff were wonderful and made my stay perfect. The room was very nice and quiet even though world cup football was being played. (429 on the 4th floor) facilities excellent. Superb breakfast. Altogether a wonderful stay, and i look forward to staying there again soon

Not a good experience. We arrived early for check-in (12:00), and were immediately notified that there we would have to wait until 15. Not even asked my name. Then, when we returned at 15, checking went ok (no welcome drink mentioned), but we were informed that we would not be able to bring our bikes (race bikes, clean and expensive) to the room. "These are the rules", they said, even though I have had my bike in the room in so many Accor hotels before. Even after explained, it was only given the alternative to leave in the parking lot, uncovered, and with easy access from the street (and we did not have a lock). Quite honestly, I had never felt so unwelcome in a hotel as this time.
