I stayed for 8 nights during the Ambiente trade fair and being located almost directly opposite the venue was a good asset. The room was functional although the bed and pillows not particularly comfortable, the kitchen, fridge and drying rack in the bathroom were all welcome features as was the work desk. Not great that the only English language channel I managed to find was BBC news.

We stayed at the hotel for eight nights. While it is conveniently located for Messe Frankfurt, it is not ideal for relaxation or getting quality sleep—especially when exhibiting at a trade show and needing proper rest. The beds are terrible; they are actually sofa beds rather than proper beds. The pillows are the worst I have ever experienced in all my travels around the world. If these two issues were improved, this hotel would be the perfect place to stay during the Ambiente show period.

Convenient since in front is tram . Aiden, the guy in the morning is helpful , he chat that he is from Turkey but he loves Switzerland . He is happy to work all the time

Did the precheckin and sent a sep mail to announce my arrival between 13.30 and 14.00. On arrival the reception lady was very surprised that I showed up at 13.35. „You are early“. To find a room took 15mins. Why pre checkin? Otherwise very nice Studio with bed storeable to create a livingroom with seating area.
