It could have been 10/10 however the payment was not communicated properly and I ended up by transferring money from different exchange rate and forced to pay at the reception even though it was agreed the payment will take place over the invoice.

Our holiday was cancelled by our airline due to the war in the Middle East. We were refused a refund… and now they want a review. Huh.
