I stay here every year for a conference. It is so close to the Messe and central to other events I need to attend while I am there. The amenities in the lobby make it really convenient. And most of all, the staff is kind and helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel we saw something like a worm on the pillow. Contacted reception and were given a new room. I was still uncomfortable even though the next room was clean.

I booked the hotel night on a non refundable and non cancelable basis, realised the same day that I booked for the wrong date as in the app the week displayed in a table format starts with a Sunday rather than the more usual Monday. I contacted the hotel the same day asking for their understanding and asked whether they could cancel from their side so I could rebook the correct date. Which was denied.
