Worst air conditioning

The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working at all. Despite multiple efforts to set it at maximum cooling, there was no air coming out of the vents. Upon complaining to the staff, we were only provided 2 fans which were quite slow and didn't really help. Technical staff wasn't available. Next day I asked for a new room and they said that the new room will have the same temperature and refused to change the room. The staff even refused to acknowledge that there is an issue with the cooling. The staff was least bothered and did not try to resolve the problem. The temperature in the corridor was better than the room. My family was extremely disappointed

Great location, uncomfortable beds

The location is great as it's close to Hbf. The rooms are enough for 4 small people. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are almost non-existent. The drains in the shower and sink were slow to drain and need to be cleaned.

Breakfast good, rooms are tiny, no teabags, coffees, milk provided in room, linen doesn’t match the room rate. Check in fumble cost me credit card fees due to exchange rate even after refund.
