Excellent stay in a very convenient location. The accommodation is right next to the exhibition center, which made everything extremely easy and comfortable. The room was spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was well organized, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays

The temperature in my room was very hot - around 26 degrees Celsius. With no way to cool the room, it was not pleasant.

Especially during this time of year, when temperatures can vary significantly between warm, sunny days and quite cold nights, managing the indoor climate can be challenging. Our air conditioning system is centrally controlled and is currently still set to heating mode to ensure comfort during colder periods. It will be switched to cooling mode in the coming week as temperatures continue to rise. In the meantime, we would like to mention that the windows in all rooms can be opened (tilted), allowing fresh air to circulate—even on higher floors of the building. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding during this seasonal transition. The location is good, and I had an amazing view from the window. The apartment was extremely spacious. One clear downside is the lack of private parking. The underground parking costs €45 per night, so if you are traveling by car, this hotel is probably not the best choice. The breakfast was very limited and the selection was quite small. There are places nearby where you can find cheaper and better quality options.

However, we encourage our guests to explore the surrounding area, where it is sometimes possible to find free parking options. We had seen comments saying it is well-located. It is close to what looks like a convention center and feels like part of an office park. It would be convenient if you were visiting for business. But if you're hoping to visit the major sites, it's generally either two trams or a tram and a long walk. We found it was approaching 30 minutes to get to most of the places we wanted to go. We were also disappointed by the breakfast. First, we received incorrect information about the price. Then the selection was minimal, the fruit had an odd texture, and my son, who was the only one who ate the meat, felt sick to his stomach after. Fortunately, we found a cafe about a 5 minute walk away that had a fantastic breakfast for significantly less. A positive: the wifi was great and we were able to stream the olympics. In short: fine for a business trip, wouldn't recommend for a family. We've had better experiences at other Accor properties.

We are sorry to read that our location did not meet your expectations for sightseeing. Our ADAGIO is situated in a quieter area near the convention center, which many business travelers appreciate. However, the city center can be reached very quickly: the nearest subway station is only about 400 meters away, and from there it takes just a few minutes to reach downtown. This allows our guests to enjoy both convenient access to the city and a more peaceful environment away from the busy center. We also regret that you were disappointed with the breakfast and that there was confusion regarding the price. We will certainly review this with our team to ensure clearer communication. Regarding the selection, we usually offer a rich and varied buffet including hot and cold items, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, pastries, and a selection of savory options. We are therefore very interested to know what you felt was missing, as guest feedback helps us refine our offering.
