I had a wonderful 7-day stay at Aparthotel Adagio Frankfurt City Messe. The room was very comfortable, well equipped, and made the stay feel much more like home than a hotel. The whole team was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Nwiya Tammo, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. He really went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything, and his attitude made a huge difference to our experience. I have stayed in many hotels across Germany, and I have to say that this level of warm and personal hospitality is quite unusual. The team genuinely made us feel at home, and at times it did not even feel like we were staying in a hotel. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to stay again, and I will be spending much of August and September here during my upcoming visits to Frankfurt. That probably says everything about how satisfied I am. Highly recommended, and many thanks again to Nwiya Tammo and the entire Adagio Frankfurt City Messe team!

The Studio was dirty, the bedsheets had stains and the cushions in the bed-couch where also dirty and dusty. I would never go near that and lay. I told them to wash them, but they just swapped other dirty cushions from another room. Filthy... When you enter the room there is a bad smell. I opened the window but the open is very narrow. Its obvious their rooms are never used, cleaned or filled with fresh air. The washing machine smells like some dead animal was there. The kitchen equipment is also dirty. The water tap Spout in the kitchen has a hair on it. You could get a serious infection if you drink water from there. Now to the staff. Rude and incompetent. They didnt clean the room as I told them. They where untruthful about giving a refund. Overall i would advise keeping away from this hotel.
