No one was able to issue an invoice ! I had to come back in the morning and still not possible. I receive a copy by email, but it was empty ! So I still do not have an official invoice.... Not able to reduce temperature in the room and air con was a bit noisy.

The bed cover did not look really clean and the pillow cases kept coming off he pillow and the core of the pillow looked pretty bad. The shower drain backed up so that you had to keep turning the shower off to prevent it from flooding the floor. TV didn't work.

I requested cleaning to be performed in my room for my 10 days stay however reception refused to provide it stating that I had two separate reservations for the whole period instead of one. Was charged extra for both reservations. Never return here again.
