We were happy with our choice from the moment we made our reservation. Before our trip, we contacted the hotel with quite a few questions — about the room (the coffee!), parking, and more — and every single one was answered quickly and in a very friendly manner. Check-in was as smooth as it could be, with clear signage throughout so you always know where to go. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We especially liked that the hotel is located on the upper floors — reception is on the 4th floor, and so is breakfast, both with a fantastic view. We stayed in a four-person apartment on the 10th floor, which offered a great view as well. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious enough for four people, and well equipped: plenty of cutlery and plates, scissors, dish soap and new sponges, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker (note: bring your own beans, whole coffee beans). We travelled by car and booked a parking space at the Q-Park next door. It was very easy to arrange online. While it does add to the overall cost, that’s common in many hotels, and we appreciated being able to reserve a spot in advance — something that isn’t always possible. The location also worked very well for us: right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop, and within a four-minute walk you can reach either the U-Bahn in one direction or the S-Bahn in the other. We’ve already booked a room here for our next visit.
