overall good breakfast was AWESOME the rooms need a refresh--scuffed furniture and still have florescent bulbs depending on the day, and thus maybe the cleaner, the beds were made, the bathrooms were just tidied, not necessarily clean one travel companion with, a lady, felt the toilet-paper could be less rough in texture all the Air-condition units were making noise....at night is almost was like an intentional white-noise machine I use Accor brands, and this one didn't fully measure up to the ibis am Wittenbergplz in Berlin nor the ibis Styles in Bamberg

Employees seemed to lack training. Room was not ready despite early check in accepted when checking in. Room key opened door to other room (508) that was not ours. Bathroom sink had sewer smell emanating from it and so we had to keep the window open to avoid smell concentrating. Employees were courteous and friendly. Room was very clean. Room furniture, room size and view from window were good. Mattress comfort was acceptable.

Overall the stay was fine, but repeated housekeeping issues such as missing bathroom floor towels, unremoved trash in the corridor, and the lack of a vanity kit for two days made this visit less satisfactory than my previous one.
