The location is great! close to the trains, shops and food. The entire place is clean and inviting. Our room was great. Zouhir (daytime front desk) is wonderful! Always cheerful, so helpful and friendly. Even if the rest of the hotel wasn't great, he would be reason enough to book again!

The Staff was helpful. It is very near the train station. Less than 10mins walk, even with luggage. About a 20mins walk to the Christmas market. Amenities had to be asked from reception They have body lotion, proper separate hair shampoo and body shower gel from Ritual. Bath robe and bedroom slipper were given. Many eatery nearby, Chinese food, Thai food, Italian food.

I am a Platinum status and I booked a privilegi suite for myself, my wife, and my daughter. Upon our arrival, the suite assigned to us presented several unacceptable problems for a property advertised as 4.5 stars on the Accor app: The TV, telephone, and safe were not functioning; The bathroom amenities dispensers were not full; There were only two towels, despite the reservation clearly being for three guests; Additional pillows were not available No avaible slippers, no bathrobe, and only one bottle of water. Because the telephone in the room was not working, my wife had to go down to the reception twice to report these issues and to retrieve towels and slippers herself, as no one brought them to the room. There wasn’t the director in the hotel, I sent an e-mail and I didn’t receive respond from the director of this hotel. Also the position it is bad, because outside of the hotel the place is full of clochard and alcoholics.
