Ms. Damarad didn't welcome us and she had more important work to do even more important than serving us, the hotel guests!

Wonderful premises, close to city, nice staff, great room, great cleaning service, excellent kitchenette, very good and fast wifi. I had a wonderful time and would stay there again if I could.

the temperature in the hotel overall is always so hot - my room was so hot it melted the lipstick in my toiletry bag that was in the bathroom (which is the coolest area in my room!). it wasn't pleasant and it's always the same every year during our Book Fair stay. The breakfast was very poor too. Not a great selection.

I am an Accor member and so far I've always stayed at Novotel whenever I visit Frankfurt, but this time around I decided to try Mercure instead. Overall it was a good stay, I don't really have any big complaints or annoyance. Room size was good, bed was comfortable, bathroom was pretty nice. However, I feel more welcomed at Novotel (welcome drinks, welcome notes & cookies, etc.) which is a plus especially since I book these hotels primarily due to my membership status. So all in all it was ok, but for me Novotel still has the edge.

hotel was nice, great breakfast, but the lack of air conditioning during the week was a problem, it was way too hot and opening the windows to my room on the busy and loud street caused sleepless nights.

Mercure has everything to make you feel home. If you are planning to stay for a long time, it's gonna become your house and you're gonna feel home, although everything looks like a hotel. Clean but the presence of mice in the garden is a bit annoying. Receptionist should speak a better English

Good location but disappointing overpriced hotel

The hotel is in a good location next to the exhibition centre, with easy access by tram and in a quiet residential area. However the hotel is over 2 buildings and the 2 rooms booked were in the secondary building across the street and tram racks. The rooms were clean but really old with brown carpet - not inviting. The rooms were also very hot and we had to keep the windows open days and night. There is nothing in the min-fridge and no complimentary water in the room. The menu for room service is very limited and advantages for Accor members is very limited and not in line with the other hotels of the chain. At the complete opposite the restaurant/bar was very nice and the food lovely. Overall disappointed with the stay in a very average hotel way overpriced.

I had to way more than 30 minutes for check in I had wait for my dinner more than 45 minutes, the dinner was ok the room was to warm i couldn't pay the parking at the reception. I had to pay it seperatly. the automate is in an area you cannot see it when you go to or coming from the garade. the parking fee increase dramaticly

Good hotel but: sink smell and coffee machine needs cleaning

I already stated this in a former evaluation: The sinks in the rooms start to smell when the water flows. Also: since weeks if not months I got a room where the coffee machine needs cleaning (red light). That’s disgusting.

I had a really good experiences, with some very good and some excellent aspects. The food is excellent, the service provided by the employees and the friendliness is excellent, the service provided by the hotel is good but missing small points, like for example a phone charger and a working air condition ( eventhough I was offered a new room, but in a different building,,,)
