The room was stuffy and had not been ventilated. Even with the window open and the air conditioning on, it was unsatisfactory overnight. This is regrettable, because that is exactly why I did not book a cheap hotel.

Dear Sandor K., I am sorry that you were unable to have a restful night, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the hotel is located in a peaceful environment and close to the public transports like tram and S-bahn.
