Very dirty and dated room. Also very hot in the room even with outside temperature being only slightly above +20 degrees. Would not recommend to stay in the residenz building, maybe the hotel is better but at least where I was put it was pretty terrible.

Didn’t expect this from accor the hotel is located in 2 parts across the road one building has reception there is no proper ramp to slide up heavier luggage for 3 days no one even bothered to clean / set the room and bathroom It was quite unlike accor hotels avoid this property

The room was too hot and the AC was not working. Also, there were no AC remote available. Other than AC, it was all good and comfortable.
