1 x towel per room as a couple. 2 pathetic pillows. 1 small doona/blanket, when asked for another one a charge of 4 euro to bring it it to your room. Terrible service

Absolutely "no-go" price to quality performance

During 5 days of stay: No additional bottle of water, only 3 coffee capsules... The price per night was more than 300 Euro. The rooms are old and worn out.

Stayed in Zurich 3 nights and at Hotel Glockenhof. This hotel was very clean and the concierge and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Ms Kis (front desk) gave excellent recommendations for a few restaurants in Altatadt- walking distance from the hotel! Would highly recommend this hotel!

well located but poor experience

320 EUR/night for a standard room worth 100 EUR: pure congress effect ! No separate toilet from the bathroom Poor breakfast people at the reception not putting the company clothes supposed to be delivered in our room

Good location for the Messe

Good contact and nice people, but big problem with no hot water in a lot of rooms, some rooms had no water at all when we cheked in. the personal were aware of the problem but still we were getting the rooms. That is not what we had expected.
