Good hotel but not local to centre

The hotel itself looks modern and clean when entering the main reception area and the same can be said for all the communal areas. The rooms I would say are again clean and tidy but we just felt they seemed a little dated compared to the communal areas. However the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. If anything the only downside to the rooms was the shower wasn’t very powerful. The staff are all very friendly and will help out as much as possible. The breakfast had everything you needed from fully cooked (8 different options), cereals, fruits and cheese/meat selections. Overall breakfast was very good. The main issue staying here was it was about 2 miles from city centre (1 mile from train station). Although a very easy straight walk. We didn’t find any local shops in the area either. Not saying there weren’t any we just didn’t find them and carried food back from the train station if we wanted snacks. There are nearby trains but we like to walk and explore but others might want to train or be closer to the centre. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Good location f. an exhibition in the MESSE as it is within walking distance. Rooms were clean with good facilities. Room was a bit too warm even though I turned the radiator off in the room. Staff were helpful and efficient and the bar and restaurant were very good. Would stay here again if returning to Frankfurt.

Building layout not good: Came with a big team to be in one hotel and only found out at check-in that it‘s three different buildings each with their own breakfast area. Check-in was cumbersome: had to enter all my data manually although it was provided at booking digitally. Check-out was cumbersome: had to enter all my data again manually. Still did not receive invoice by mail. Coffee was never restocked. Not happy!

1 x towel per room as a couple. 2 pathetic pillows. 1 small doona/blanket, when asked for another one a charge of 4 euro to bring it it to your room. Terrible service

Absolutely "no-go" price to quality performance

During 5 days of stay: No additional bottle of water, only 3 coffee capsules... The price per night was more than 300 Euro. The rooms are old and worn out.
