The staff are very helpful and efficient. The hotel is clean. There is a good choice for breakfast. The only thing would be that it would be nice to have normal duvet covers rather than single duvets on double beds.

My experience was fine. There are a few things that could be improved. I would try a new hotel before coming back to the Mercure.

Nice food, clean, coffe maker didn't work and it was too hot

This hotel during Messe times is mainly used by business people. It is un accepable to only have 1 large towel in the bathroom. even after asking every single day for 2 towels to be available, this was only only done 2 out of the 5 days i was there. I need to shower in the morning (1 towel used), then i need to shower after the fair before i meet with customers for dinner (1 towel used), then i need to shower the folowing morning. The room service only changhes the towels during the day. therefore i am 1 towel short in the foloowng morning. How can such a basic need be ignored??? And even asking every single day for an extra towel (and explaining clearly why) you would of thought that the reception would take the intative to ensure that there was always an extra towel ready.

The room had everything one could need, very clean and neat, the staff is always very friendly and obliging. The only thing I personally did not like was the area.

Good hotel, beds are comfortable, room are ok, bathroom a bit small and not a lot of place to put your stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful if they can. Restaurant is good and breakfast is good as well. Should renovate a bi the room carpet and re paint the wall as walk way.

In general we enjoy our stays with Mercure Hotel however, our overnight stay was highly uncomfortable due to other guests partying in the hallway all night long. The noise was almost unbearable.

Old room but well-kept, good food

Room felt a bit dated, some fixtures could have been better executed, and was unusually warm. It was hard to keep the room cool. but housekeeping does its best (including replenishing toiletries - not a common thing among Mercure and Novotel hotels). Also had dinner here one evening, and it was way better than I expected. Breakfast was usual fare for the hotel. Worst part is that parking isn’t free for overnight guests - it’s an extra 25€ per day.
