The hotel is nicely made. A nautic theme covers all the rooms and walls of this place. We will never find out why but it is so. You can see it‘s all a bit worn down but still all good. The location as such is good but the Entrance is close to one of Frankfurts worst streets concerning drug related problems.

Let me start with good things. The ambience was different and not like a typical hotel which I liked, and the room was also good. The beds were comfy and even better was the minibar was free, though I did not use it fully. I forgot my cap and housekeeping safely collected it and it was handed over to me later when I returned for collection. The bathrooms/toilets were neat and clean. A dental kit and shaving kit were available on request. Overall a good opinion except for a few things mentioned below. The breakfast menu/choice was not so great, fruits in the fruit basket were rotten. It is obvious that the tables are used by people one after the other but if the tables were cleaned after every use it would not be such an obvious feeling. The check-in could be better, it took me around 10 minutes to get checked in, however, the front office staff is quite courteous and welcoming. It would have been a 5-star rating if such issues were not encountered.

coconutugly Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I go to Frankfurt every year for the Messe Fair. Got a great deal on this hotel, but booked one year in advance. Quirky, fun , Youthful hotel chain. Big rooms, modern designs, lots of crazy shades of lights. Good Location in terms of distance to the Messe Exhibition Halls, 5 min uber trips costing 6/7€ each way. There is a tram nearby but I was too nervous going outside as I did not like the druggies on the street. I stayed in at night at ate at the Shuka restaurant, which is good! Breakfast was correct. Get a deal with breakie included otherwise it’s expensive. Nice efficient staff. PROS: loved their filter coffee in the mornings (no silly machines), loved the free mini bar in the room, loved the quirkiness. IF I WERE TO NITPICK, i’d say they should either offer inroom coffee and kettle, or have a coffee station in the lobby. I called at 17:30 but they were not serving coffee,, weird because they have a bar next to the reception. 🤷‍♀️ Also, i overheard certain guests complaining about the noise (club 🎵) until 7am…. I had a wonderful quiet room facing the courtyard. I guess for good sleep choose one of these….. WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? Yes! WOULD I RECOMMEND IT? Yes. Love 25Hours

Impossible to sleep ! !

Don't take a room on the street. I stayed 3 nights, impossible to sleep lots of noise, a bar is next door and people scream in the street all night, probably because of the alcohol. It's a shame because the rooms are fun and the decor is great. But really expensive for no sleep Catastrophic!

The rooms are tiny. The customer service department is not at all friendly towards guests. Although parking is available, the spaces have usage restrictions and you will need to find parking on your own. The location is terrible with a lot of drug users nearby.
