I was disappointed, I always try to book Ibis or Ibis styles, but was disappointed by the room. The price was good, but was expecting something better when booking Styles.

Was in a business trip so booked this hotel. Near to the train station and everything is easily accessible. Friendly staff who made the stay comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Property is well mentioned and clean.

Everything was very good except for the doors. The doors were closing very hard and making a lot of noise.

The check in staff was very helpful. However the room I was first offered was dirty and old and in need of repair. The second room I was offered was a little better but not much. A hole in the wall where an air con should have been, no body wash in the shower even after being advised it was empty. Bed ok but bed bugs. Towels and sheets old, clean but needed updating. Just really really tired.
