Arrived in Frankfurt by train and this hotel is only a few hundred meters f. the main station which meant it was an easy walk not having to carry heavy bags or require a taxi. Check in process was a breeze and if you have pre paid, you will still have to pay a small amount for city tax on top of your pre payment. This is a city tax and not any fault of the hotel as you will need to pay it wherever you stay. Rooms are very comfortable and met my expectations in full. This was my third stay in this hotel and will be my go to hotel whenever I arrive in Frankfurt.

no safe in rooms, staff is going thru belongings and stealing money. I left valet in backpack which was zipped, wend for breakfast. When come back met cleaning staff leaving my room. Realized that back back is partially unzipped, first checked my wallet and portion of money was missing. "smart theft dot com". Hotel personel don't care and claims no responsibility. If anything call Cops and make sure to report it.

A layover at Frankfurt before catching our flight out. Booked the family room as I wanted a larger room but was told that the family room has the sofa bed made to a bed and will not have much room. So I was offered an "upgrade" to the standard room but newly renovated which I accepted since it was just a short stay though I had expected to be charged for the standard room price instead of the family room but it didn't happen. Room was without blackout curtain, only day curtain and can be affected by the outside noise if you are a light sleeper which I was.
