Room had major issues: no electricity, no curtain, noisy, and no Wi-Fi. Staff confirmed the problems but did not apologize. Instead, I was treated rudely and even called “crazy.”in front of a group of guests in lobby at night. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service.

The staff was very friendly and eager to please and to answer my questions I would give them an A+. The breakfast room was very pleasant, and there so many nice choices of food to select. I would give this an A+. Now to the room. The room was not as nice as I thought it would be. The door frame to the entrance was not in good shape. There were no drapes to keep the room dark. In fact, the building next door would have its lights on and off at night, and each time the lights would be turned on, the light would wake me up. There is a need for decent drapes in the room. The floors are not covered with carpet, and therefore, each time the person on the floor above me dropped an item on the floor I would hear it. The room I would grade as a C. I assume that there are renovations going on, and hopefully, it will be on par with other Ibis Styles Hotels.

When I first arrived at my room, the window was open and it was extremely cold inside the room (outside temperature at that time was 3 degrees Celsius). The heater took forever to warm up, the room was still way too cold and I was genuinely shivering. The breakfast was good, decent, and plentiful. I would say the distance from the hotel to the train station is roughly 500 meters, which is great for those who commute by train.
