The Sofitel Spa was listed on the elevators but not the Pool or clearder direction. We had to walk outside in our robes to return to the hotel thru the lobby.

Understated on the outside. Beautiful within. Very friendly and efficient staff. Room very nice and well appointed. Downsides. Limited room service menu after 10pm. Breakfast not included in what is a high room rate. Confusing lift system.

No hot water.

The phone in the room did not work so i had to call the outside line to reach the hotel and the room did not have hot water.

At Sofitel we all take great pride in providing our guests with the highest standard of service, so I am very sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I would like to sincerely apologize for this. This was also the reason why I instructed our front office team to not charge you for the accommodation. Unfortunately I didn't manage to meet you in person to apologize for this unfortunate technical error. Please be assured that we have already taken all necessary measures to improve the quality of the services mentioned in the long term.
