Good location, mediocre service and facilities. At check-in, I was told, "No room, come back later". I understand check-in is at 3, but no attempt was made to take luggage or offer arrival amenities. At breakfast, I had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to take my order. No USB in the room. Only Euro sockets (and even they are poorly placed, behind furniture). Do you expect international business travelers?

I am sorry to learn that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. In particular, I regret the welcome you received upon arrival. While check in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, we should have offered a much warmer and more attentive arrival experience, including assistance with your luggage and appropriate hospitality while waiting for your room. I am equally disappointed to read about the delay in service during breakfast, the cleanliness issue in the bathroom, and the inconvenience caused by the room's power outlet configuration. Your comments highlight areas where we must do better, especially for our international business travelers who rely on comfort and convenience throughout their stay. Regarding the lack of USB charging options in the room, I am pleased to share that we are currently upgrading all guest rooms this summer with both USB-A and USB-C charging sockets to better meet the needs of today's travelers. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant department heads for immediate review and corrective action. We take your observations seriously, as they help us identify opportunities to improve both our service standards and guest experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city near the opera place. many restaurants and shopping opportunities, close to the main train station and public transport all around. the hotel, the room and facilities are all in perfect condition and brand new. the service in impeccable and amazing during our entire stay. highly recommended

The hotel is well located, and the staff is gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant is lovely, with service and food being of a high level. We came by car and did find it a bit confusing. Even though Google Maps had us make a turn, it felt like we were going into an alleyway. A sign would have been helpful for better guidance to the main entrance.
