I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a Junior Suite, which made the experience even more special. The suite was spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, providing exceptional comfort throughout my stay. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The overall atmosphere, the quality of the facilities, and the attention to detail all contributed to a truly memorable experience. If I had to mention one very minor point, it would be that I did not receive some of the small thoughtful touches that I had enjoyed during previous stays, such as the welcome macarons. However, this is a very minor detail and certainly did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Rebooked on Amex Travel for a second night due to unfortunate event in Geneva, where I was heading to. They refused to give me the perk of $100 It’s not the money I wanted to get after all I did not even over spent my first $100 credit. Their explanation is that they treated my new booking as the same as my previous one even though it has an entirely different booking numbers. Way to keep out potential returning guest!

We were particularly sorry to learn that your overall impression of the hotel was negatively affected by the application of the American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program terms and conditions. While we fully appreciate your frustration, the hotel is required to adhere to the program guidelines established by American Express. These terms specify that back-to-back stays booked by the same Card Member at the same property within a 24-hour period are considered a single stay, even when separate reservation numbers are issued. As a result, the USD 100 property credit can only be applied once during such a stay. We sincerely regret that this policy left you with the impression that your loyalty and business were not valued, as this was certainly never our intention.
