Overall it was a great stay with lots of value. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant team. I really liked the room including the complimentary minibar. Really liked that the hotel had a partnership with the Fitness First across the street, in particular the separate entrance to the pool. The only thing that really was a bummer was that I was not able to use my Rewards Points for paying for my stay. It was initially confirmed through my travel advisor that this was okay, but apparently someone made a mistake here. Of course, I understand that for the Preferred rates, it is up to the discretion of the hotel, so I understand if the hotel does not want to allow it, but the incorrect confirmation was just not good. While not an issue for me this time, I can imagine that when on a budget and you expect to save some money this way (and have checked just to be sure), this could have been a problem. Regarding breakfast, I really enjoyed the à la carte menu options as well as the selection (decent selection, not too much). The only thing I missed was enough vegetables options to really make a healthy salad. I also really appreciated the pro-active granting of a late check-out. It was really nice to have the room still to myself until I had to leave for the airport.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable hotel, which is well located in the city centre. Room was very clean with good amenities and wonderful housekeeping. Staff everywhere were efficient and attentive to every need. Have stayed here on every visit to Frankfurt and would definitely stay again.
