Excellent stay in a very comfortable hotel, which is well located in the city centre. Room was very clean with good amenities and wonderful housekeeping. Staff everywhere were efficient and attentive to every need. Have stayed here on every visit to Frankfurt and would definitely stay again.

It was short stay but unfortunately they didn’t prepare my breakfast as we agree with front desk in one day before?!! As the breakfast is been paid in the booking

We are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location, your room upgrade, the comfort of your accommodation and the service provided by our Concierge team. At the same time, I would like to sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced. It is particularly concerning to learn that your prepaid breakfast was not prepared as agreed with our Front Desk team. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. This is certainly not the level of organization and attention to detail we strive to deliver, especially for our valued Diamond members. I also regret that you were not offered your welcome drink and that the welcome amenity did not meet your expectations. Recognition and appreciation of our loyal ALL members should always be consistent and personalized. Your comments regarding the level of recognition and the need for additional training for some team members have been shared with the relevant department heads. We are addressing this internally to ensure that such situations are not repeated. Your feedback regarding value for money is equally important to us, and we will continue working to enhance the overall experience so it fully reflects the standards of our brand and the expectations of our guests.
