Regarding the room view, the room category you booked faces the inner courtyard area. We understand how important a pleasant view can be, and we offer higher room categories with beautiful mountain views that many guests enjoy. Our team would be delighted to assist with these options during a future visit. We also appreciate your understanding during our enhancement period. Our main reception building along the front road is currently being upgraded to create a more welcoming and spacious arrival experience for all our guests. While this work is underway, we are temporarily using the 8th‑floor reception. We recognize this may feel less convenient, and we truly thank you for your patience.
