The room which I was alloted was having issue ( water dripping from AC) and have got the replacement room at late night. The said room was for PWD

It was the poorest experience I have ever had in a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were super smelly even after we bought and sprayed them with room freshener. The cleaning lady did not come to clean after calling her 3 times and when she finally came, she did not clean the room properly even though we were sitting right there. She was not ready to clean a section of the room even after asking her to.Also, we booked room with breakfast at Accor website and when we reached the hotel we were told only one person per room can eat breakfast, which was ridiculous as we were 9 people (3 people per room). We tried talking to the hotel who were super unhelpful and even the Accor customer service was terrible as they just forwarded the query to the hotel who were already unhelpful. Overall, super bad experience at a hotel ever. And they did not keep the towels in a room and when we asked them for some, they just said that since it’s your last day we can’t give you towels which is absolutely ludicrous.Would never suggest anyone to book this hotel.

The location, staff, cleanliness is very good. Just one concern: in my 4 nights stay, I did not ask to clean my room for 2/3 days so the towels were changed only 2 times. But when I requested a new pair of towels on my last day before checkout, the reception person told me that they don’t give towels on last day. Why? Did I use more towels than my stay? No. Then why should I use soiled towels? Did not expect this from an Accor hotel

Overall a very good stay. PROS 1.Valued my Accor Gold Membership. Upgraded my room without my request. 2.Even accepted balance payment in smaller denomination of 1000 Accor Points. 3.Cleaner Swimming Pool with redeemable Drink Vouchers available with Accor Membership. 4.Shuttle service to Patong Beach/Bangla Street. CONS (For improvement only, not for criticising) 1.Restaurant bill is currently not possible to settle through Accor Points. 2. Spa centre not available.

I felt truly welcomed by Pex at the front desk during my stay. He went above and beyond by wishing me a happy birthday and kindly offering a late checkout as part of my Gold tier member benefits. All the staff I encountered were also polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have would be to improve the bathroom lighting, as it was a bit dim and could be brighter.
