We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations or reflect the standards you anticipated. We are pleased to learn that you found the room very clean and our team friendly. However, we truly apologize for the unpleasant odor in the room and for the missing bathroom amenities during your shower. This is certainly not acceptable and has been addressed with our housekeeping team to prevent recurrence. Regarding the Platinum amenity, please allow us to clarify that our in‑room amenities are set up in accordance with Mercure brand standards and differentiated by room category. Our Platinum recognition amenities are designed around local storytelling, in line with Mercure’s brand philosophy of authentic destination experiences. That said, we acknowledge your comment regarding presentation, and this is an area we are actively working to improve so that the recognition feels more refined and memorable. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding the pool experience. The towel collection process, mismatched towels, and the cleanliness of the pool windows clearly impacted your stay. These points have been shared with the relevant teams, as convenience, consistency, and presentation are essential to guest satisfaction. We regret that your stay was shortened and that we did not have the opportunity to recover your experience. While we are sorry to know you would not recommend our hotel at this stage, we genuinely value your constructive feedback as it helps us focus on areas requiring improvement.
