Stayed at Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub in the Classic Room and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location near Patong Beach, Bangla Road, restaurants, and shopping areas while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The Classic Room was clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained with a very cosy bed and great amenities. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were highlights of the stay, perfect for relaxing after exploring Phuket. Staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout check-in and the entire stay. If you are looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Patong Phuket with great service and convenient access to nightlife and the beach, I would definitely recommend Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub. A good experience, apart from the cold Western food I ordered. It was not well-cooked either. My one complaint is the Western food.

I arrived a bit late at the hotel and the room was ready. I got an upgrade to a mountain room. The room was comfortable and the welcome gifts and bed decorations were set. I also enjoyed my welcome drink and breakfast at the rooftop bar. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, there was a construction going on during the day and that was a bit annoying.
