We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water leakage from the air conditioning in your initially assigned room. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver, and we understand how disruptive and uncomfortable this situation must have been. We are glad that our team was able to provide a replacement room; however, we truly regret that this occurred late at night, causing you further inconvenience. We regret the issues you encountered regarding the room condition and the delay in housekeeping service. Regarding the breakfast situation, we would like to clarify that although your rooms were booked without breakfast, an additional breakfast promotion voucher was purchased for only one person per room. This voucher did not cover all guests in your group. Our team explained this upon arrival, but we understand it may have caused frustration. We will review our communication process to ensure guests have a clearer understanding of the details before check‑in. We are also concerned to hear about your experience with towel replenishment. This is not acceptable, and we have addressed the matter with the team to prevent similar situations in the future.
