Upon check-in, we understand that you requested an early check-in, and we were able to provide two rooms around 12:00 hrs. and the other room around 13:00 hrs., ahead of the standard 14:00 hrs. check-in time. We hope this was helpful in accommodating your schedule. Regarding breakfast for a non-registered guest/visitor, please note that we do charge for it in accordance with hotel policy. We are concerned by your comments regarding room condition, cleanliness, housekeeping, check-in experience, staff behavior, and food quality. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our management team and relevant departments for immediate review and corrective action. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are disappointed to learn that we did not provide a stay that reflects the quality and standards of our brand.
