Rooms were too small for a couple. Water was leaking from the split AC. No great views. Food options for vegetarian were very limited and taste was below average.

Our cleaner sometimes did not clean our room until after 6pm just when we were resting or getting ready to go out. When they did clean it was to a good standard. The bar area was not always the cleanest either. Staff were very friendly and polite Nice hotel overall

Bad location, no view, aircon can not adjust, table light broken room too small for the price 3180 baht per night pretty low standard with cleaning bathroom still have stained few hair drop on the floor no fan for circulation air mattress too old.

The rooms had no view. Our windows opened to a shaft or service area. We were disappointed opening the curtains. The access to the room was also challenging. We had to take the elevator to 8 th floor reception , and then take a different elevator to room. The pool was good. The hotel didn't feel very spacious.

Our main reception building along the front road is currently being upgraded to create a more welcoming and spacious arrival experience for all our guests.
