Nice pool, rooms are old but okay. Fitness area small and lacking aircon. Breakfast is good, but for the price you can get a lot more outside the hotel. Communication was a challenge.

I stayed 10 nights to relax in a safe and clean environment. The Novotel is close enough to Bangla and Beach but in a good distance to be safe and sound. The staff is outstanding professional and super friendly. If you go with family they provide great kids entertainment at the pool. If you go alone like me, you can enjoy various packages and special offers from happy hour, restaurant and Spa. Overall I would fully endorse this hotel and I will book it again.
