Our stay at Novotel was thoroughly enjoyable. We experienced the convenience of being situated central to a lot of great resturaunts and entertainment. The hotel dining and poolside bar were also great. The hotel staff, especially Raya, made our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Raya and her welcoming vibe and friendly personality we had a very enjoyable time. Raya was always there with a smile and giving customer service above and beyond what we were expecting or have experienced before.

Stay was good, courteous and a very helpful staff, clean rooms and a nice breakfast spread. Swimming pool is amazing and so are the activities they have in house for kids. Very good location, walking distance from the mall, beach, good restaurants and tourist attractions.

We stayed at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and had a very pleasant experience. The ambience, rooms, spa, and restaurant were all excellent and well maintained. One night, our child got injured, and being in a new country without knowing anyone was quite stressful. Rose from the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted us with first aid for our child at midnight and helped calm us down. Her support and polite manner meant a lot to us. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay and truly appreciate the hospitality.
