Staff did not seem very welcoming, left my luggage with concierge while waiting for check in and they misplaced the luggage. Definitely not the best Novotel and i have stayed at MANY..

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the pool that I absolutely adored.
