The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and our room was clean, ready and well prepared. Unfortunately, our five-night stay was significantly affected by a very large group staying at the hotel. The group frequently gathered in common areas, creating an uncomfortable environment, particularly for families. More concerning was the repeated unhygienic behavior I witnessed at the breakfast buffet, including guests eating with their hands, licking their fingers and then touching shared buffet utensils and food. I was disappointed by the lack of visible intervention from restaurant or hotel management. I understand that managing a large group can be challenging, but stronger supervision and enforcement of basic hygiene standards would have made a significant difference. Overall, the staff were good, but the management of this situation negatively affected my experience.

I have stayed at Novotel Phuket Vintage Hotel four times already, and I always enjoy coming back. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, which makes the stay very pleasant. The hotel has a big swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for kids. There is also a playground for children and a pool bar where adults can enjoy a drink. If you prefer something quieter, there is another pool area at the far end. The rooms are simple but comfortable. They come with a TV, fridge, safety box and a bathroom of a good size. One thing that could be better is the air conditioning, which is a bit noisy. The TV channels could also use an update. Overall, I would still choose Novotel Phuket Vintage over other hotels in Patong. The location is great, the pool is fantastic, and the atmosphere makes it a place I really like to stay.

Dear Mr. Rasmus, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent stays with us, We truly appreciate your loyalty and are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed returning to our hotel on multiple occasions. It's wonderful to know that you find our atmosphere friendly and relaxed, as we strive to create a welcoming environment for all our guests. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the air conditioning system and the TV channels. I will ensure that these points are addressed with our team, as we continually seek ways to enhance our guest experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more enjoyable stays in the future. Warm Regards, Novotel Phuket Vintage Family

Had a good stay, only thing a distance to walk to Junceylon & beach however the big swimming pool was a compliment. Stayed there for 4 nights, breakfast was abundance however the stir fried chicken and pork was overcooked. Overall was a good stay, comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient store and restaurants very nearby.

Dear Mr. Freddy C.. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience from your recent stay with us. It's great to know that you appreciated the abundance of breakfast options and the compliment of our big swimming pool. I apologize for the overcooked stir-fried chicken and pork during breakfast. Your comments are invaluable in helping us improve, and I will ensure that our kitchen team addresses this issue promptly. The resort is located just a few minutes’ walk from Patong Beach, Patong Walking Street, and Jungceylon Mall. 7-Eleven stores and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. Transportation is easily available just outside the resort gate, making it convenient to explore the area. The resort is also very family-friendly. Every day, they organize different activities for kids, such as pool parties, clay art, cooking classes, and other fun activities. This makes the stay enjoyable for families with children.
