I had a poolside room with my own jacuzzi on the deck as part of the magnificent swimming pool, I stayed for 7 days and was in the pool on all of them, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful, Restaurant was excellent. I had a awesome stay.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach, restaurants, shops and street markets. The pool is quite large and clean. They have ping pong (free) and pool tables (minimal charge) which is good. The staff are all lovely - professional and very helpful. They have tour operators at the lobby who can organise transport and local tours, which is quite convenient. The accommodation itself is clean and adequate, but rooms are a bit on the smaller side. The hotel can get quite busy.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel 👍🏻 First of all, the lady at the front desk during check-in was very friendly and polite. Although her English was not perfectly fluent, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything. She also had a lovely smile, which made the experience even better. The hotel’s swimming pool is quite large, though the water could be a bit cleaner. It takes about a 10-minute walk T. reach a large shopping mall 👍🏻, and only around 5 minutes T. get T. the beach 👍🏻, which is very convenient. Overall, the price of the hotel is reasonable and offers good value for money 👍🏻

Fantastic hotel in the center of Patong, great sized pool with lots of space for kids to enjoy. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see.

A reasonable experience and nothing more, The staff at the reception is simply bad and unwilling to help, the cleanliness of the rooms is below average (the room was not cleaned until 5PM) In short: reasonable hotel, poor service, excellent location
