I stayed here with my family 13 years ago as a child and remember it being such a cool hotel. It was my partner’s first time in Thailand so I thought I’d book the Novotel so that he could have the best experience! We both absolutely loved staying here. The staff are all so lovely, fun and accomodating. We got there a day late as our flight was delayed and when we got there to check in, we were given a free upgrade! Made our stay so much better. The pool bar and the restaurant are amazing too and we absolutely loved the spa. Our massages were so relaxing, we wish we got more! Our flight home was late and the staff were happy to let us stay and check out late with a small fee so we were very satisfied with this as well. We are already wanting to come back to Phuket and we will definitely be staying at the Novotel again!! 10/10 experience. Such a shame we had a short stay but we now know for next time 😊 Thank you Novotel Team!!

We love returning to Novotel Vintage because we know we are valued here. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff are as perfect as you can get. The location is the best for us. The hotel is also very safe and secure. There are plenty of quiet areas where you can enjoy a book and just gaze into blue (mostly) sky. Then you end up in the excellent, serene, comfortable and relaxing centre of the earth, In Balance Spa. We leave feeling so much better from our holiday because of all you do and give to us. In a small way we can say thanks to you all and hope you really believe we are genuine in our praise of the entire group that is Novotel Phuket Vintage Resort. We already miss our daily routine. Clean & good size room, bed was very hard, pool access room was good however we had missing and loose tiles in our private pool. These rooms get noisy from other people screaming kids unsupervised in the pool. Nice resort but could do with a update as starting to look old/warn out..we did not have breakfast on our stay but ordered food around pool plus in room and was always really good food…great staff…great tour desk…very clean big pool…overall a good family holiday resort We would return again…8.5/10 for us.

Everytime we went to the kids room for activities it was just free play as the one staff member in the room which is small was on there phone and did not interact with any child in there. When we asked about the hair braiding the staff acted like it was a hassle to do so we ended up going to a place out of the resort to do it for our daughter. We had 4 people in our room and everyday were only given 3 towels and we had to ask for a fourth every day almost there was one or two days out of 14 when we didn’t have to ask. The pool was good. The room was a good size. The verandas are small and only have one seat on them in the standard room.
