The stay was very comfortable and the rooms were very well kept. The location is amazing. We had our lunch and dinner in Maska restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was really great. Mai and other staff greated us with warm and tend to all our needs. Really had an amazing trip and will surely visit again

The hotel was fresh and clean, staff were all lovely and helpful. The pool was great, but this was the only outdoor area, other than the restaurants, and no outside food and drinks was allowed. It would be great if there was a space that you could enjoy where you could bring your own items as I didn't find the menu from the pool bar appealing. The rooms were comfortable, but they were not soundproofed at all, every vehicle could be heard driving by at night, and every conversation from the hallway. The blinds were not block out so they let in a fair bit of light at night as well.

We had an amazing stay at TRIBE Phuket Patong. The reception staff member Mookie was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were also amazing. Nothing was ever a bother for them and they were always friendly and helpful. The food was great and it was lovely to have such a good variety of options from different countries. We also had one room cleaner who I wish I had gotten the name of, because she was absolutely fantastic and did such a wonderful job looking after our room. The Tribe is so central to everything in Patong, which makes it a perfect place to stay. Yes, it can be a little noisy because of the location, but we actually slept really well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I visited the hotel with my family in early March 2026. We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance from Patong Beach. The breakfast had a good variety of items on offer including Indian dishes. I would definitely visit the hotel again.

Few things that needs improvement / for other guests to take note: - indicated pre check-in of my preferred room to be not next to staircase but was still given 1 upon check-in. was moved to another room on the same floor which had an adjoining room and I could hear everyone who walked pass, what their conversation were etc. Thus soundproofing is not the best. first night I woke up to the kid in the room beside us crying. so get earplugs! - second day had housekeeper come in but floor not vacuumed. saving grace: they did on subsequent nights but also not the best work done. - they don't provide hand towels. i didn't ask as I made do with the face cloths. - they don't provide plates or bowls if you order in. they gave me paper ones though. good enough i guess. Positives: - room was decently sized with a nice balcony for smokers and drying swim suits and wet clothes - staff was friendly and helpful - the hotel had a nice indian restaurant downstairs which served pretty authentic indian cuisine. - i liked the decor
