I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I booked expecting a king bed, but instead I was given two twin beds pushed together to form one bed. It was uncomfortable, separated during the night, and I was unable to sleep at all. To make matters worse, there was painting or maintenance work taking place during the night, leaving a strong paint/alcohol-like smell throughout the hotel. I have a severe alcohol allergy, and the fumes caused a serious allergic reaction that resulted in continuous bleeding and required me to go to the hospital. The following morning, at around 9:00 AM, I politely asked the front desk to move me to a room with a proper king bed and to have my room cleaned. Despite returning to the reception several times throughout the day, nothing was done. Housekeeping never arrived, and my requests were simply ignored. The Assistant Duty Manager personally promised me twice—first around 3:00 PM and again at approximately 4:30 PM—that my room would be changed and everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled. After waiting for more than eight hours, with no room change, no housekeeping, and no follow-up, I decided to check out early rather than continue my stay. This experience was completely unacceptable. A hotel should provide the room type that was booked, respond promptly to guest requests, and ensure that maintenance work does not expose guests to harmful fumes. Instead, I left exhausted, frustrated, and after having to seek medical treatment because of the conditions during my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
