The bad: There was a big roach in the room at check in Attendant (the one asking for the room #) at breakfast on Apr 5 is not fit for the job (short girl with glasses): unfriendly, no welcoming smile, zero hospitality, not even an “enjoy your breakfast” after verifying the room #, just waving through to move on. She should not be allowed to deal with guests. The good: check in & check out person at the front desk was nice and friendly. Overall, below average experience with room for improvement.

The Room and Service Issues: Around 11:00 PM, the lights in my room completely failed. When I reported this, the staff moved me to a new room, but it was located as far as possible from the elevator. To make matters worse, the noise from the neighboring room was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. When I requested another room change due to the noise, the staff appeared visibly annoyed and showed a very unprofessional attitude. I didn't finally get settled into a functional, quiet room until nearly midnight. The Billing Issue (Unresolved): The most frustrating part is the billing error. I was double-charged for an extra bed. It has now been over a week since my stay, and despite following up, I still haven't received my refund. Summary: Between the technical issues, the poor staff attitude, and the ongoing financial discrepancy, I cannot recommend this hotel. For a brand that markets itself on lifestyle and service, this was a major letdown. I am still waiting for my money back.

Food was excellent. Great location and price for where it was. Staff were also very helpful. Overall the hotel was a bit “grubby”. Dirty corridors, ants in bathroom and room. Also as an Accor member (the reason I booked) I didn’t get any additional services (welcome gift, late check out) except for welcome drink which did have a wider range of options than some other hotels I stay at regularly. Good to have onsite parking but the parking structure with the hydraulic lifts was difficult to use especially with a bigger car.

The staff are absolutely fabulous, very welcoming always ready to help from the Gateman reception the housekeeping ladies are wonderful and kind. The food is lovely. The atmosphere is beautiful because the staff are friendly and always happy always greeting you with a smile.. my daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the tribe. We will definitely come back.. we felt very welcomed.

The front desk staff are the very best I have seen in all my travels over 50 years. The breakfast choice of food is very good . Mr Goldie made extra effort to ensure we are satisfied with the food .Room size good and clean. Something need to be done for the noise from the street to sleep better Possibly the balcony requires double glazed double doors without being left open as now.
