I was extremely disappointed by the rude and impolite treatment I received. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and fell far below the standard of service I expected from your hotel. Mr.Daniel from front office behaved very rudely and even shouted on me yesterday night when I told him to provide email I’d of GM regarding a feedback. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be addressed appropriately. I look forward to hearing from you regarding correctness of this. Iam Platinum member since 10 years and a frequent traveller but never had an experience like this. I will never stay again in this hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay here as they will get insulted fir the stay here.
